Where do I begin? Not only was this my first-ever rehabilitation experience, but it was also the most eye-opening experience I have ever had. I was uncertain about what to expect and, ultimately, I made the best decision possible. The staff, whom I refer to as specialists, made me feel immediately at home, and my counselor, Mike, went above and beyond in his duties. The facility offers numerous perks, including exceptional cuisine, impeccable grounds, and a spectacular overall atmosphere. I must note that the nurses are exceedingly polite and attentive to their patients' needs, although I did find it somewhat disappointing that doctor visits were limited to only once. Personally, I did not experience any significant issues during my stay, aside from one supervisor who, I discovered, was not particularly friendly to either patients or staff. One of the highlights of the facility is the presence of Monarch butterflies, which are hatched on-site. Deb, one of the specialists, consistently displayed a warm and welcoming smile that brightened everyone's day. Marworth offers a wide range of activities to keep patients engaged, as well as tailored treatment plans for individuals requiring additional support. I commend the facility on its outstanding work.

I went to Marworth for the first time after relapsing after about 5 years sober. When I went there I was a wildly unpleasant person to be around. I hated the world and myself. I was truly terrible to most of the staff. My behavior was argumentative, smug and mean at best. They still welcomed me back 3 more times. I was eventually given Amy as my primary counselor and, she not only took the time to try and understand why I was like that but, she also challenged me to be better. Over my time there I had the chance to get to know the staff very well. They're good people. Who genuinely want to help people get to the life they're meant to have. The specialists, rec team, cafeteria workers,house keeping,security(the list goes on and on)are wonderful. That's what makes Marworth great. It's not the amenities. It's not the rock climbing wall, gym, cafeteria, or anything else you can think of. It's the people that make this place what it is. Is it perfect? Absolutely not, but nothing is. When I went in there looking for all the things that bothered me, I got nothing out of it. When I allowed them to help me, I got everything out of it.

My personal experience I was screwed around with for a year straight along with my case worker because they didn't want to keep their answer straight on what they were doing to help me, now I find that the rumors from others especially those who went to trauma therapy from a different services are true and Concern has become as bad as Northern Tier when it comes to telling patients exactly how many 'missed' appointments they have and having poor understanding that unforseen occurrences happen in life and not everyone can give a 24+ hour notice.
AARC is far more kind and helpful and understanding and I will certainly suggest them to family and friends.

Don't get services from here unless you're willing to ignore whatever emergencies come up in your life if they happen to coincide with an appointment. They don't care! If you don't call a FULL 24HRS+ ahead of time it's a black mark against you and after 3 you get discharged. They don't care about actually helping people!

Serenity mountain changed my life! Between the caring house staff, knowledgeable clinical team and great activities, this is a great place to grow, learn and recover. While I was there, I was able to learn so much, about myself, my disease, and God. We had opportunities to go to off campus activities including drum aerobics, enerchi, yoga, church and even special things like concerts, ice cream runs, local NA/AA meetings and women’s retreats! The councilors genuinely care and want the best for each and every one of the girls on the mountain, and the house staff does everything they can to keep us safe, healthy, and happy throughout our time there. Sandy and Joe genuinely do their best to help each individual woman and truly care about recovery. The food is much better than most rehabs, and the rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. There is even two house dogs, Chloe and poppi, who make adjusting to the mountain much easier and provide great emotional support when needed! Overall, I highly recommend serenity mountain if addiction is something you struggle with, the road to recovery isn’t always easy, but the mountain is a great stopping point along the journey!

This place just sucks.. rules are to strict first of all...second of all if u don't give them 24 hour notice to reschedule if u do that 2 times then they discharge u which is ridiculous cuz in some situations u just can't let them know 24 hours ahead of time third of all they make u pay if u miss a appointment which sounds like they don't even care about your mental health and rather use you for money market reasons and then 4th of all why tf is there door locked all the time sometimes I'm waiting outside forever this place truly sucks

I recently had my Son there for services, he has special needs. His therapist didn't address any the issues we were most concerned about. Scheduling was a nightmare I rescheduled appointments and they had two different days in for him and told me the guy that was filling in wasn't familiar with scheduling.

I agree with Carl a comment down. I have been to Marworth in the past and it was the best experience and gave me many tools to use on the outside. Staff was amazing. Now 2025 it's a different story some staff in so nice. Now for the nurses station I am very concerned. The nurses talk about you right In front of you and talk about other patience calling them by the drug they use ex. (Methhead) I find this very unprofessional especially in the line of work they do. Maybe the nurses need to be on the otherside of the desk. When I was there in the past it was calm and no drama and chaoticness from patients(maybe a little drama). I think most were there because they had to because court order. Also most patients seemed to be likely to use again once out. It seemed to be a joke to them while I really wanted the help and took it seriously. Marworth might as well be the next First hospital or psych ward. I was very overwhelmed and somewhat scared to be there. I left at day 4. My best bet is to seek help elsewhere if you really want to help yourself

Moving Mountains exceeded every expectation I had for a treatment center. The team was amazing. They were compassionate, patient, and deeply committed to helping every person succeed. Sunrise cherry hill was a godsend. The nurse Sydney is absolutely the sweetest person you'll ever meet. I went there over a year ago and and she remembered me and made sure my stay there was comfortable. Unfortunately I've stayed at quite a few other facilities and NEVER was treated with such respect and kindness that she treated me with. She deserves a raise lol!
On the other hand..I made a very good friend in my time staying there..we kept in touch and we were both struggling. I was trying to be a good girlfriend and put my own health aside waiting waiting for him. I now know know that I need further assistance than just detox . He's not even. Being a decent human being/and/or being nice about it. I tried called the Sterling location 5 times where my friend is. She told me there is in IN FACT beds available but the person on the phone wasnt so friendly..almost demeaning. He said "just because there's beds available doesn't mean there's beds available". I was very confused...almost like he didn't want to help me save my life. And he was just annoyed to be answering the phone. He told me over and over in an annoyed and stern voice as I was in tears to call back at 9am. Im just lucky im not someone who is WAY more fragile and sensitive amd nothing terrible happened 🥺

My Mom was brought there with an aneurysm at the end of October, and even though she didn't make it, I would like to say thank you to every person there. From Doctor to Nurse to orderly or any other employee walking in the hallway that was polite, helpful, informative, you really helped our transition be a little less painful. I forget her name, but the therapist/counselor that talked to us as we were waiting for the worst was truly good at her job. She helped us see things in perspective and calm out nerves. I am so glad that the ambulance driver decided to bring my Mom to Morristown.

My daughter had a wonderful experience at the Breast Center! The nurse Renee T. was very compassionate and held my daughter's hand with reassurance and care. Renee, RN was very exceptional with her reassuring demeanor. From the mammogram tech Jamile to Dr. Menendez I felt I was in good hands. Alison the admin clerk was very pleasant. I would highly recommend this breast center to anyone who requires further testing.

I had such a wonderful experience during my labor and delivery stay at Morristown Medical. From the moment I arrived at the admission desk to the incredible care I received from every nurse, pediatric doctor, OBGYN, tech, nursery staff member, and even housekeeping—everyone was exceptionally kind, accommodating, and supportive across both day and night shifts. We delivered our baby on a very busy night, yet our entire stay was absolutely perfect. I have been coming to this location since the Mt.Pocono office was closed down. Ishima was my therapist at that site, and I make the drive to Allentown specifically to see her.
