Everyone having babies seem to think they need to go to danvile well I promise that your experience going there to have your baby will be beyond anything you would experience anywhere the staff was unbelievable and was amazing for my 17 year old grandaughter she was treated and took care of like a queen .you don't find people that work anymore I'm just amazed how good they are

I attended twice, Great facility, however I’m on my wife’s UHC plan through her employer,not Medicare. No problem with insurance the first time I went, however (going the 2nd time) they are trying to say I’m on Medicare. I called UHC and nothing has changed in my coverage. Trying to charge me 15,000. I'm truly happy and grateful that I got to come to Silver Pines. I had my reservations seeing as I don't suffer from substance use addictions but I chose to come here for my mental health. For the downsides: there's a 14 day blackout on personal electronic use unless you get approved for important things like calls, bills etc, but I needed that time to disconnect. You'll also be woken up in the middle of the night by the behavioral health techs doing their checks , and if you're unlucky you might get a roommate that's messy or snores. The BHTs truly do care about you and want to help you on your recovery journey, they've all been truly stellar to me, especially Will. The therapists are very compassionate and helpful in processing your issues, my thanks go to Alisha my personal therapist, Deidre, Zack and Jesus especially for helping me so much. The kitchen staff is full of hard workers who make great food and they're so kind, especially miss Dre, who cares a lot about your nutrition and if you have any dietary restrictions or eating disorders. Angie the janitorial worker is always working her butt off and I appreciate her so much. The nurses are bubbly and delightful and cared a lot for me, especially both Karens, when I was struggling to settle in. There's meaningful and helpful resources for helping yourself or those who struggle with SUDs, there's great aftercare as well with the alumni coordinator Jenn, and they're always willing to accept feedback and address any concerns you may have. My only complaint is that there's probably only 2-3 LGBTQ+ groups a week, which is a HUGE boon but may make it harder for those who aren't openly out to process their struggles with identity and their SUD/Mental health. Other than that, I'm hoping that if you or someone you love and care about needs help with any sort of addiction, you can come here. There's a truly loving community here who'll support you and share their hearts with you. Thank you Silver Pines for helping me on my recovery journey.

This is the best rehab I attended and has been my last. First time I even felt sad after leaving because I made so many great connections with staff, nursing, and the community. Cooks are extremely skilled and provide the greatest food you will get in rehabs. There is a desert and savory treat made every single night and theres always numerous snacks to pick from. The nursing staff is the greatest staff of all time they should honestly be awarded somehow. Everyone in the staff there is just amazing and they always foster a connected community. Counselors are super chill and knowledgeable about addiction and thoroughly aid you through the process. After the rough detox beds you are moved to the residential side. The Beds and Pillows on this side are super comfortable. They allow you to use your phones quite often and take care of emergencies through your phone typically without a problem. I could honestly go on forever talking about my amazing experience. If you need help please come here you won’t regret it for real.

This place was amazing 99.9% of the staff actually cared like frfr cared.... Gary,John& Michelle, Ryan, JohnG, they are BHA's they are amazing and really know what they are talking about and most definitely are not there for the money but to see to it that people get the best treatment possible so that the people can do their best in recovery, James was my counselor and he to was also amazing. Ashley was another amazing counselor that I got to work with..... all of these people have beautiful personality's and will go outta there way to make sure that you are successful. My overall experience with Gaundenzia Fountian Springs was good, the Program help me obtain and maintain sobriety while learning about addiction and taking parenting workshops. This women's or Mommy&me program also helped me regain full custody of my 2 children because I worked the Program by putting my all into it, they put their all into helping me fight for my children back. I loved most of the counselors most of the time LOL. But it was a life changing experience that help me take control back of my life to create a better future for myself and my kids. There is also a women's and mommy&me soberliving housing program connected in the back called Gaundenzia New Destiny which bridges the gap after one completes the rehab. Very few programs that help families like this.... I wish there were more to help others who need and want it

My mom started rehab at this center about maybe 10 years ago. This rehab center is amazing! The fact that you can allow patients to have their kids with them and getting help at the same time is great! I’ll never forget what they did for me and my siblings and my mom. This rehab center is the best I’ve seen so far. Unfortunately I think I’ll be sending my mother back to this place.

I've been meaning to write this for some time, but after reading some of the other reviews posted on here, decided I want to share my own experience. I have a family member who came here when that person was really struggling, not only with SA and sobriety, but with life in general while navigating a life of sobriety. I am purposefully keeping this person's identity ambiguous because this person doesn't wish to disclose their identity.
This person was very nervous and anxious to begin treatments anywhere and chose this clinic based on the reviews posted here. This person was matched with Cory for counseling. Cory has been absolutely amazing. He is incredibly easy to talk to, doesn't make my loved one feel the typical stigma that's attached to SA, and has become a mentor and trusted confidant. My loved one says that Cory doesn't JUST focus on SA and sobriety, he helps his clients with everyday life struggles, like issues that sometimes come up at the workplace, dealing with trauma like the death of close family members, troubles with traumas that occured in childhood, and traumas related to past he helps to treat the WHOLE PERSON, and and doesn't focus solely on the addiction issues. My loved one says that it's not just the medicine that helps an addict live a life in recovery. It's the counselor who helps the addict live a life free of SA. They say it's the combination of the two that's really helped them stay sober for several years now.
I know most people reading this are probably most concerned about dosing. So, it starts out with dosing at a certain MG based on the information given at intake, and probably COWS testing, etc. The lines are very short, if there's a line at all, and most of the nurses that dose are nice. I've been inside the clinic before, and it's very clean. There seems to be plenty of seating, and there's a TV in the waiting room. The bathrooms are exceptionally clean, but there is a camera in them, lol, I'm assuming that when the clients have to submit a UA.
You USED to start by dosing every day during the week and get a take-home for Sunday with your Saturday in-clinic dose. If you've followed the program by having clean UAs and getting in the minimum amount of counseling hours, you get one week of take-homes after around 6 months. If you continue to stay on the program, you get 2 weeks of take-homes after around 13 months. You get a month of take-homes after doing what you're supposed to for appx 26 months. However, thers a new director, and tbings are changing at the moment.
They can call you at any time the clinic is open to count your bottles and do a UA. If you've tampered with your bottles, lose one of your bottles, or failed a UA, there's obviously going to be consequences. I can't tell you exactly what they are, because my loved one has maintained sobriety!
The staff were all very friendly to me, with the exception of one lady, who I've been told is the new director. This has been the only individual who has EVER not been extremely warm and friendly to me. She seemed like she didn't want to be there or something, Im not really sure. My loved one says that she has started implementing new rules that, to me, seem to discourage new clients to choose this clinic and may drive current clients to other clinics.
I dont know exactly what else she has in store for clients in upcoming months, but it seems that she's going to make things a bit more challenging for new and current clients, which really sucks, for lack of better words. This clinic, and counselors like Cory, are the main reason my loved one has been able to remain sober this long, and we fear that things are going to change in a negative way. So, while we recommend this clinic to anyone struggling, I'll be sure to update this review in a couple of months to see if this new director makes changes that lower the star rating.
I really really recommend this place- as far as counselors, I obviously recommend Cory, but I know that Julie and Sarah are also really good people. Good luck in your recovery!!!

I've dosed at clinics across the country and of 10 different clinics i can honestly say these folks have treated me very well and the biggest thing was I've yet to stand in line for hours on end . And I read these comments and the only people that have negative things to say about them is the people who got discharged....just sayn.

Great place to get methadone daily for the rest of your life if you want also please people please look at the ratio of success compared to those who have been discharged 😂 it's pathetic. If you want gigantic doses of methadone for like 3 years this is the place. You'll get 175 mg's if you want . It's just a Job to them. Adrian is truly the only one who really does care an that's just the truth. Don't believe me ask the people who use to work there. I mean one counselor was caught sleeping with a patient. Anyway be careful and don't let them know anything about you and only trust the one who actually cares Adrian

I've updated this review because I traced the issue down to the VBA as being the ones sending my SSN over the mail. They use it as my File# usually appearing right under my name. I requested it be left out of mailings to me, or not to include the whole #.
I never registered with the VA after retiring in 2011 because a lot of bad things were on the News back then having to do with the poor service provided to veterans.
However, this year I decided to register and I'm happy so far. The only thing I'm not happy with is that the VA back in 2011 and still to this day continuously sends all correspondence to me with my full name and full social security number.
Like doesn't the VA know this is a big no no? Thanks for sharing my PII information with whomever receives any of my lost mail. And everyone knows nowadays that pieces of mail get lost a lot. The VA is a government agency, don't you all go through PII information safeguarding training? Like wow and this is why I couldn't give the VA a 5 star because apparently training is needed on safeguarding a veteran's personal identifiable information. Fix this issue or give veterans an option to receive all correspondence via e-mail versus snail mail.

I was on the psych unit for a few days and the staff was always attentive and compassionate with me while I was struggling. The one staff member, Logan, gave a really great group about depression and he helped me feel comforted when I was feeling really bad about certain things. Alex helped me feel understood and I could relate to him, he never made me feel like I was left out or awkward. I didn't get the other two RN's names (horrible memory) but they always came in a pair and whenever I saw them, I instantly felt at home and relaxed. Incredible staff who genuinely care about what you're struggling with and help with accomodations for your needs. (The one RN gave me fidget toys because I needed a distraction and they're still in my pocket everywhere I go) Thank you so much to the amazing staff and doctors who treated me while I was there, every single person on the 5th floor unit was incredible in their own ways, extremely grateful I got to work with such a terrific team!

My father was in the ICU this past February. The staff was great! Our nurse, Dan, was so kind and helpful. He even comforted me when I broke down when we finally made the decision to take dad off life support. It's not often you find a staff member that cares as much as he did. His kindness was much appreciated. The doctor was very informative and explained my father's condition in terms we could understand to help us make decisions about his care. While dad was in the ICU, his wife was also admitted on the 7 tn floor, she has dementia and dad was her care giver. So they took care of her while we tried to figure out where she could go after dad passed. My 95yo grandmother was also admitted at the same time on the 6th floor. Every staff member we dealt with was amazing. From the nurses to doctors to the clergy. When my dad passed they didn't rush us out. Let us take our time to say goodbye and grieve. That was so appreciated. Highly recommend this hospital.

Embark had highly trained people who were so supportive to our whole family during our child's stay. We saw significance differences in our kid's core beliefs, ability to pause and question assumptions, emotional regulation, and communication skills. It was amazing. I would highly recommend their program. The staff there are just great to work with.

Ok. So let’s just say I’m a very neutral person so my review will ONLY be about my recovery and not my exper With my stay there because what everyone needs to understand is that mental illness is the root of all addict behavior. So compassion is very important to me anyways.
The staff was very polite. My first night was great they listened and they heard me and they helped me immensely so thank you to the nurse staff in detox you ladies are awesome. And thank you for not co-signing my nonsense even though I never gave you the opportunity to put me in my place because I already knew what I needed to do and why I came there in the first place.

My goodness girly your job is tough so I understand why you are the way you are. You helped me so much and I’m upset that I never got to vocally express my gratitude towards you because of the fast pace in that place my thoughts were scattered.
So I want to tell you THANK you for getting me out of there on time. I was not looking for problems I just wanted peace and do some self healing with my grief of losing my mother and family members in the last 4 years. I couldn’t open up to you in such a short period of time knowing I was leaving soon. I would have loved to continue an outpatient treatment plan with you but because of location and the fact you guys do not offer that I pushed back a lot. I was trying to leave so I can make sure home was safe. So thank you all including Mrs. Donna the director in that place. It was a mutual respect and no word’s needed to be said for it to be the way that it was.

You came in late and if it wasn’t for me yelling it would have been worse. You should take more classes. I was in detox with a girl and I was there and saw who was around when she got robbed. But that’s over with and we all left incomplete but that’s ok with me but not sure if the thieves were mandated if so karma is ruthless when it comes to honesty and sincerity. One came in sober and left a fiend. Ijs. It’s the honest truth.
It had NOTHING to do with staff or nurses she chose that life. Now she has to deal with it.
Now as for me I can only say this in light of what happened I was denied my night meds and had 0 hours of sleep so when I stayed up until I got home guess what happened I was 3 days sober sober I came home to use my personal suboxone strips. I may microdose but I cried when I truly didn’t want to take it. And it’s all because I never got my night time meds. 🥹
I was punished for no good reason.
So I have to start over unfortunately.
But like I said before it has NOTHING to do with the treatment itself it’s what’s done if they believe you stepped out of line.
It defeated my purpose and those 3 days sober were completely gone. It broke me when I placed that strip under my tongue.
But I know that Jesus will help me when it’s time because I’ve done it before on my own.
So if you are thinking about going there for treatment and are willing to take your recovery seriously this place is for you.
