Ok. So let’s just say I’m a very neutral person so my review will ONLY be about my recovery and not my exper With my stay there because what everyone needs to understand is that mental illness is the root of all addict behavior. So compassion is very important to me anyways.
The staff was very polite. My first night was great they listened and they heard me and they helped me immensely so thank you to the nurse staff in detox you ladies are awesome. And thank you for not co-signing my nonsense even though I never gave you the opportunity to put me in my place because I already knew what I needed to do and why I came there in the first place.

My goodness girly your job is tough so I understand why you are the way you are. You helped me so much and I’m upset that I never got to vocally express my gratitude towards you because of the fast pace in that place my thoughts were scattered.
So I want to tell you THANK you for getting me out of there on time. I was not looking for problems I just wanted peace and do some self healing with my grief of losing my mother and family members in the last 4 years. I couldn’t open up to you in such a short period of time knowing I was leaving soon. I would have loved to continue an outpatient treatment plan with you but because of location and the fact you guys do not offer that I pushed back a lot. I was trying to leave so I can make sure home was safe. So thank you all including Mrs. Donna the director in that place. It was a mutual respect and no word’s needed to be said for it to be the way that it was.
Thank you I see you ladies. Mrs. Linda Mam you have to fix your vision because baby it’s not ok for anyone to be hit with a bean bag and not react. You came in late and if it wasn’t for me yelling it would have been worse. You should take more classes. I was in detox with a girl and I was there and saw who was around when she got robbed. But that’s over with and we all left incomplete but that’s ok with me but not sure if the thieves were mandated if so karma is ruthless when it comes to honesty and sincerity. One came in sober and left a fiend. Ijs. It’s the honest truth.
It had NOTHING to do with staff or nurses she chose that life. Now she has to deal with it.
Now as for me I can only say this in light of what happened I was denied my night meds and had 0 hours of sleep so when I stayed up until I got home guess what happened I was 3 days sober sober I came home to use my personal suboxone strips. I may microdose but I cried when I truly didn’t want to take it. And it’s all because I never got my night time meds. 🥹
I was punished for no good reason.
So I have to start over unfortunately.
But like I said before it has NOTHING to do with the treatment itself it’s what’s done if they believe you stepped out of line.
It defeated my purpose and those 3 days sober were completely gone. It broke me when I placed that strip under my tongue.
But I know that Jesus will help me when it’s time because I’ve done it before on my own.
So if you are thinking about going there for treatment and are willing to take your recovery seriously this place is for you.

I’ve been in a treatment program with Crossroads since mid April of this year. Today is my last appointment as I have now finished treatment. Today also marks 3 years, 1 month and 21 days since my last drink or drug. This place was amazing 99.9% of the staff actually cared like frfr cared.... My overall experience with Gaundenzia Fountian Springs was good, the Program help me obtain and maintain sobriety while learning about addiction and taking parenting workshops. This women's or Mommy&me program also helped me regain full custody of my 2 children because I worked the Program by putting my all into it, they put their all into helping me fight for my children back. I loved most of the counselors most of the time LOL. But it was a life changing experience that help me take control back of my life to create a better future for myself and my kids. There is also a women's and mommy&me soberliving housing program connected in the back called Gaundenzia New Destiny which bridges the gap after one completes the rehab. Very few programs that help families like this.... I wish there were more to help others who need and want it

My mom started rehab at this center about maybe 10 years ago. This rehab center is amazing! The fact that you can allow patients to have their kids with them and getting help at the same time is great! I’ll never forget what they did for me and my siblings and my mom. This rehab center is the best I’ve seen so far. Unfortunately I think I’ll be sending my mother back to this place.

well I am going to give it a five star because if it wasn't for the evergreen program itself I would have never made it in society. I spent the majority of my adult life in prison, I needed a program to help me learn how to life outside of the walls. This program did that for me. 99% of the staff were amazing. That 1% were power hungry. I did notice that over the yrs the comments left went from great to really bad. Maybe that is something that should be addressed. Please don't just blame it on the client who wrote the survey. Like really look into it... Also I would like to give a major shout out to MS.MADDY , MS.LIZ, Ms.DANA , MS.SOPHIE, MS.BRITTNEY, MS.EBANY, MS.L (sat morning shift) and MS.TEE they really took the ti,e out to help me change my life.

I completed evergreen about 4 months ago. It was rough on some days. The rules (so I thought) were there as a punishment, WRONG, they were in place to teach me responsibility, accountability, routine and much more. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to gone there. Most staff helped me. Some not so much but to be honest that’s going to happen no matter where I would have went. My counselor was absolutely AMAZING. Ms. Maddy really to the time out to help me in any way she could. I am now in the willow way recovery house right out back. I want to thank Ms.Maddy , Ms.Tee, Ms.Liz , Ms. Brittney, Ms. Lorece , Ms, Ebany, Ms.Dana and Ms.Sophie. Because of ya’lls help, encouragement, and belief in me I am thriving and truly living,.

They metal wanded Carmen dressed and undressed, then they put him in an outfit that looked like a prisoners outfit then they had a lady outside the door that stared constantly at him and when he said I want to get out of here she said oh NO You have to wait till you see a Dr., Nurse and Psychatrist and you might be sent somewhere else plus you don't get the Psychatrist in person She was on a laptop! Its been 3 weeks since I completed the 28 day program on (August 5, 2025) at Alina Lodge . From the moment I arrived (July 8, 2025)I felt comfortable and safe. THIS PLACE NOT ONLY SAVED MY LIFE IT ALSO BROUGHT LIFE BACK TO ME MENTALLY EMOTIONALLY AND PHYSICALLY! The program they have is great and I learned more and more about addiction but even more so about myself. The staff there are great , kind, loving amd compassionate. My favorite spot to sit and reflect was in the gazebo close the the river . The food was great each meal was also good and filling. To say I am grateful for Alina Lodge is a true understatement. This was the first rehab I completed. Everything about this place was 5 stars. If there was an issue, it was promptly addressed and resolved. I stayed for the full 28 days and received so much love and care as well as very helpful and informative classes, groups, counseling, therapy, grief therapy and more. The staff are truly there to help each guest and not just there for a paycheck like many other places I have been to and heard about. Of course there is always going to be something that us addicts will find wrong and complain about, but in all honesty, this place has something really wonderful going for it. It is a very special place. Just passing through the gates on the first day, I knew that I would receive the help I was so desperate to receive, and I did. I recommend Alina Lodge to anyone who is truly serious about their recovery. Like anything in life, what you put into it is what you will get from it. Thank you Alina Lodge! I am forever grateful.

It's been a few years since i stayed but time hasnt eraesed the good memories. The place is very nice with a large cobblestone court yard in the the middle. Theres some small water features as well. I will admit that the rooms could use some updating.The folks there were very kind and respectful and the food was always good, its buffet style if I remember correctly. My counselor was great and the nursing staff was freindly. It's coed and they do the classes together but do not mess arounnd with the girls because they will boot you quickly.

Water Gap provided me with amazing treatment! A real home away from home.
The facilities are modern, clean and well kept. The grounds are absolutely stunning, a tremendous asset while going through the healing process. No matter the season wster gap is truly beautiful. I am so grateful to g-d for sending me here. Only he could have orchestrated for me exactly what I needed.
The classes are inspirational, engaging and very informative. I learned so much and my entire life has changed for the better. Through my amazing Therapist Tina, I really got to understand myself so much better and to feel good about what I have to offer plus your amazing compassion and commitment to your job! I am pleased to give this 5-star review of MRC. I attended PHP and IOP, and had individual counseling twice a week. The counselors are excellent. They encourage a lot of participation in the groups. The topics are relevant to recovery- stress management, 12 steps, nutrition, body-mind connection, gratitude, and a lot more. Weekly yoga is offered and it doesn't matter what level you are. I was supported and cared for all the way through the process of outpatient recovery.

I am very happy going to Montco Recovery Center. I get a lot out of my groups and I especially like my counselor Bill. He's very helpful in my recovery. I also get along with the majority of people in my groups. If anyone asks where to go for recovery I will definitely recommend Montco!

If your reading the reviews for this facility because your planning on getting help or even contemplating getting clean. Let me tell you....DO IT! It saved my life and many of my friends as well. I was scared at first obviously because i didn't want to be sick from the withdrawal. This facility actually does care about your safety and sobriety, your not just a number here. Youll be listened too and treated like a human being unlike a lot of places where your just an addict. Even if your not ready and just have questions, give them a ring....it could actually really change your life. The transition from the street drugs to the methadone was quite painless and I finally got relief. No more going days without and being sick, no more being sick at work, no more being sick around the kids, no more excuses! Long story short I can gladly say that I've been clean for so many years now and I owe it all too pyramid and the staff. I know it sounds silly but making that change and that choice was so scary and hard for me but when I found out how easy it was and how painless it was I felt so silly. You can do it. Make the call, you deserve it!
