I never had any problems here.The only mistake they made was after I told them numerous times that I couldn’t stand to be around pregnant women (due to past trauma issues) they gave me a therapist who was pregnant but that was easily fixed by switching to a different therapist. Not a bad place at all.

It takes a little bit to get an appointment, but once you do you can go as often as your therapist has an opening. Great place to go if you need any type of mental help. Please don't be afraid to reach out. I know I was, but I'm so glad I did. 😊

My adoptive parents took me for a SECOND adoption screening to rehome at age 11 and placement was nearly secured. Concern tears apart families and is NOT child centered like adoption should be. This place has some of the most unprofessional staff. The doctor here , doctor v. Doesn't listen to his clients and just repeats the same stuff over and over. He doesn't take his job serious and changes or removes medications without warning . He will interrupt you or talk over you. He will just repeat the same stuff over and over and make you feel poorly about your weight. I've reported him and no one has any solutions for me so it's either I put up with him disrespecting me just because he is a wanna be doctor or I leave therapy and meds all together.Then the supervisor just leaves you hanging when you wanna explain how you don't feel the doctor is truly trying to help.Thanks concern. You've really gone down hill.

RISE Counseling is fantastic! New in town and coming from a place where most of the options for counseling are at the hospital which is cold and clinical or the nearby health department, pretty much the same, I really appreciate the atmosphere.The waiting room is so relaxing! I much prefer the small private setting to big clinics which can make you feel like you're being processed like cattle.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST COUNSELING EVER. Im ashamed I took my daughter here (corning office) for 18 months. The attitude I got when I questioned the stasas counseler about appointments even though I reached out numerous times to set them up, the info they give others that is false at family services and it took a year to figure out my daughters insurance and now I have a bill! All unacceptable actions. Not to mention I witnessed a zoom session my daughter had with the MH counselor and she literally argued with her for 30 minutes. The list goes on. Go somewhere else.

The AMAZING staff at the Caron Foundation facility in Del Ray Beach truly saved my sons life. As of tomorrow, he will have been sober for one full year!! The treatment at Caron surpassed all of his and my expectations. He had been in several rehabs over many years, and they would assist in helping him to get sober but after 15 to 30 days, out he went. The reasons for his continued addiction was never addressed. At Caron, the program they offer is life changing. Not only did they help get him sober but FINALLY the reasons behind the addiction were brought out front and center. The staff's ability to guide and push when needed to help get at the root of the origin of his addiction was our answer. We know he will struggle each day but going from where he was, on the street, homeless, to where he is now, brought him back to his family. We truly went years not having the knowledge to help. The staff at Caron , not only helped my son , but helped me. We went to visit him a few times while he was in treatment and the staff were beyond accommodating, along with their kindness and compassion for what they do, with each patient. I would highly recommend the Caron Treatment Center for anyone or any family hoping to have their loved one back .

Relevance Treatment Center was a necessary step in my recovery to secure sobriety and live a life worth living. Their PHP, IOP programs helped me to regain tools and skills to support my mental & physical health. I have been struggling very much and when I arrived, I was met with the upmost respect, care, support and kindness. It is a comfortable & safe environment for those struggling with mental health issues, substance addictions, etc. and it is all owed to the loving staff. In their own respective manners, the amazingly sweet receptionist LeaAnn made the environment feel warm and friendly from the very beginning, she always said good morning and how is your day, truly caring about how you felt and being honest, it was hard for her not to make your day better. The technician and maintenance team involving the hilarious and comforting Joe & Rob would always find a solution to any of our needs and make us priority #1, yet would always have some time to talk and joke around with us during our groups in between groups. They are tremendous and I thank them for making rough days better. Words cannot describe the level of care and effort put by the clinical team, but Chelsea, Gracie, Henry, Monika, Josh, Julie & Victoria (Both case managers who helped individual clients with housing, financial, income, etc.) were monumental in my recovery and ability to cope with my issues in life. I am grateful for the work they do and their passion behind every intent. I felt validated everyday and I cannot thank them enough. The medical team including Dr. Paul Gazzara, nurse practitioner Latifah Oparison & Nurse Patty were incredibly helpful and understanding in the medications that were necessary for me in my beginning stages of recovery. Everyone in the admissions team including John, Gina, Dan & Tabitha made the initial steps very easy to grasp and helped throughout the way. They helped majorly ease any financial burden. Clinical directors Jess & Melanie deal with a lot of work and not often did I see them, yet they always made time for anyone to come and talk about any issues or just to have a conversation with them. They are incredibly kind and amazing at their field of work, they care and I am very grateful. Would definitely recommend for those who have or are currently with mental health/substance abuse. In my experience of rehab centers, detox, sober living, this has been one of the greatest.

As a service-connected disabled veteran that has been in the VA system 1994, I love being able to receive my primary care closer to home. For years I went to the Lebanon VAMC for ALL my healthcare needs and the drive alone made it inconvenient. Let alone the constant construction and parking lot mess. The care at Lebanon VAMC is wonderful but the facility is big and busy so the much closer Lancaster VA at Willow Street is a godsend for me. The front desk, lab, nurses and my PCP are incredible. Very clean office, very quiet peaceful office and generally there is plenty of nearby parking, unlike Lebanon VAMC.

Had a consultation and it went well. After that I was instructed to complete the required documents and then he will get back with me to schedule an appointment. I never heard back from Duronn. I called the office twice and left messages and he returned my calls. This was very disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend him if you need counseling and help getting better.

I was here when I was 14 in 2022. I was at a very low point in my life, not wanting to be alive anymore. Embark was a very nice place. 99% of the staff were very kind and caring. The facility was very nice, and the food was pretty good. I didn't like being there, but looking back it wasn't too bad. I was transferred to a long term facility after 2 months at Embark. That is where I entered the world of The Troubled Teen Industry in Utah. I was not placed at one of the embark facilities there, rather an ROP program. But, it's important to know every single facility in Utah is BAD. Embark at the Poconos or one of their other locations far away from Utah is the exception. Embark at the Poconos was like a vacation compared to the other places I was sent. While I don't think you should send your child ANYWHERE unless absolutely necessary, it should be here if needed. I have heard bad things from friends who went to the embark locations in Utah. But, this one was pretty good. That being said, I thank embark at the Poconos for always treating me with compassion. Almost 3 years later, I am accepted to college for nursing and on track to graduate.

I tried to contact them via email. The person responding my email (Jade) did not even acknowledge my email, and just responded with "what's your insurance" and following my response, "we don't take it." I remained calm and polite and asked if she can give me a list of resources, and she said she does not know what "resources" is. WOW! I am glad you don't take my insurance as I would not want to go or bring anyone to a place for mental health support where their employees do not know what "resources" are.

I had 15 sessions with Ana. She really knows what she is doing. She gave me some exercises I could use when my anxiety starts getting really bad. I am so happy to say that they really work. There was an problem someone else was having and it escalated where this man was yelling at the admin team. It made me feel so uncomfortable and they had no security. The one security guy that was working down stairs clearly wouldnt have been able to help. I hope they fix that issue.

Facility is beautiful, private and well placed. But the important part of course is the care provided and our family found it excellent. There were abundant highly qualified and inspirational staff.
