The staff are compassionate, knowledgeable, respectful, non judgmental & easy to open up to. You ll feel warmly welcomed even as you walk into the front door. My guard was definitely up when I began at the clinic. I ve been there for several years & don t know where my life would be without the clinic & staff members I ve grown to know & trust. When it comes to M.A.T. and Outpatient Therapy, there are 2 options in the Altoona/Duncansville Area. Having personally tried both facilities, (Discovery House & Dolminis Pyramid), I can say without a shadow of a doubt that Dolminis is by far the superior choice. Staff is helpful and facility is clean. They offer 2 maintence programs for opiate addiction. Methadone and Suboxone. They take most insurance or you can pay cash. The methadone program cost roughly $125 per week. However they will work with cash paying patients that need some type of payment arrangement.
