Everyone I have dealt with in this office goes above and beyond to make sure the clients are taken care of, and well. They are kind, compassionate, and just good at their jobs. Highly recommend! My guard was definitely up when I began at the clinic. I’ve been there for several years & don’t know where my life would be without the clinic & staff members I’ve grown to know & trust. I highly recommend this facility no matter where you are in the hopes of long term recovery. Recovery is a lot of work but oh so worth its success! My favorite 2 staff members when I was in the Echo unit was Mackenzie and Allison because one night I was there and I let her French braid my hair before I went to sleep and Mackenzie is amazing because my last night I was there I asked her if she could help me to my room after I got off the phone with my boyfriend because I was dizzy and I had ankle pain at a 8 to where it hurt for when I walked. Also Tammie is amazing she was like a mom when she was in my section at night. Also while I was there it gave me thought to be a staff member for maybe the Echo unit when I’m out of college. Did acupuncture, at Christmas time the music program let us go Carroling around campus to all the other units , we built snowman, I was there for all major holidays that year and we was treated like a human being 😍 ALOT of ppl complain about not being able to talk to family but I actually found it a relief the first month I was there , I had crap I was dealing with (guilt ,shame , embarrassment )and the once a week I did call home those feelings of inadequacy would come back ten fold , but after the initial few weeks my confidence began to build and I learned forgiveness!!!
