Everyone I have dealt with in this office goes above and beyond to make sure the clients are taken care of, and well. They are kind, compassionate, and just good at their jobs. Highly recommend! My guard was definitely up when I began at the clinic. I’ve been there for several years & don’t know where my life would be without the clinic & staff members I’ve grown to know & trust. If you're expecting perfection, you're wasting your time because it doesn't exist in this world. However, if you're looking for dedicated staff as well as amazing community there is placed in an amazing rural environment. Offering a holistic approach to recovery with physical therapy , sound bath , swimming, tia chi and so much more. The clinical , RA, and nursing staff are all amazing, person centered and caring! They have a well put together humongous facility for freetime activities as well. Then after completion, its not over. My favorite 2 staff members when I was in the Echo unit was Mackenzie and Allison because one night I was there and I let her French braid my hair before I went to sleep and Mackenzie is amazing because my last night I was there I asked her if she could help me to my room after I got off the phone with my boyfriend because I was dizzy and I had ankle pain at a 8 to where it hurt for when I walked. Also Tammie is amazing she was like a mom when she was in my section at night. Also while I was there it gave me thought to be a staff member for maybe the Echo unit when I’m out of college. Looking back this was the best facility and program that we ever did (and we did more than just this one). The family day really brought a new perspective and it wasn't all about the addict. It’s a rehab and a partial hospitalization program which means people with severe psychological problems are roaming around . The staff are aware of who the threats are, but the patient does not. Your head always needs to be on a swivel. In my opinion it was more threatening than a holding center or jail. Couldn’t have a pair of nail clippers for safety concerns, but here’s a metal horseshoe in the horseshoe pit. I will say this, the best counselor I’ve ever had was from here, Joe.
