Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. It became clear very early on that they focus their resources on the quality of comfort and care their patients receive, as well the experience their staff provides. They nurture a safe and welcoming environment that quickly becomes a safe space to grow with your fellow housemates. Even the highest of leadership positions takes a hands on and personal approach to providing a safe and nurturing environment, often times seeking out feedback from their patients. This place helped me find the greatest friends I could ask for. The techs there are amazing and help way more than they even have to. I learned so much from them and continue to do so. Hailey, Alyssa, Melissa, and Deon are the absolute best and are always there for whatever you need. I met some lifelong friends there and at that point in time was the best place to be. I am forever grateful for the techs and the therapists there!

Inpatient

I was in pretty bad shape when I got to Detox. I was so physically, mentally and emotionally sick. The staff went above and beyond when they treated me. They showed true care, compassion and kindness to me throughout my entire stay there. Detoxing from drugs and alcohol can be a matter of life and death if not treated properly. They immediately addressed my issues and treated me accordingly. I am truly grateful to have been cared for in such a caring manner. Detox is never easy, but they made me as comfortable as possible. I would 100% recommend this organization.

Seemed like a great place for my son but he hated it so much he lasted 24 hours He said it was fithy roaches everywhere!! Worst part they refuse to give me my $3500 payment back !!! $3500 for 24 hours Ridiculous.No where is it stated no refunds. If no refunds they shouldn’t have let him walk out!! Do disappointed in this place. They seemed so helpful until he got there !! STAY FAR AWAY !! And don’t trust anyone there !!! Julie Jacob’s mom
