The facilities were very clean and well organized. The staff were not only highly knowledgeable and energetic, but defined professionalism and positive support. I've recommended to others previously and will continue to moving forward for all of us in need of professional support.

What an amazing treatment facility.The name says it all. Recovery.I had problems with drugs and alcohol .Everyone was very professional and caring from intake to discharge.In my opinion it's all of the TRV staff that helped create the foundation to my recovery.If you need recovery from drugs or alcohol and mental health, I am recommending The Recovery Village.Also a special shout out to the kitchen staff, Matt, Kellie and Bobby. Food was delicious..

I spent about 3 weeks here in the mental health section and did not regret it. The staff, the food and the environment was outstanding. I was able to learn many life long lessons that I will carry my entire life. Recovery Village did an exceptional job helping me with my road to recovery. I would like to shout out all of the amazing chefs as well as the staff. Glenda, Nick, Dave, Kortni, Tammy, Rockstar and many more, you all are amazing people and I will never forget you guys. I definitely recommend this program to anyone who is struggling with their mental health, these people really do care and I thank them for coming to work with such caring and great attitudes. I was able to gain a lot of confidence in myself within those past 3 weeks which is something I thought I would never have. I thank you guys again!-Drew C

I had no idea what to expect going in here. This was my first time getting help for drugs and I was really nervous going in. I was even more anxious because the place is faith based,which was new to me. But the staff was nice and didn’t treat me like a screw up and the structure helped me feel normal. The food was better than I thought itd be and they had a decent gym. The whole program was pretty strict, but I get why and it helped me get more stable then I’ve been in a longtime.

I was a student at TC Orlando for 1 year and5 days. During one of my first weeks in the program a lady at the car wash was kind enough to ask how we were doing that day and encouraged us by saying "remember there's no perfect program" and she was right. There's plusses and minuses to every aspect in life.I am not here to discuss what I thought was wrong with or right about TCO. I will say that many of the negative things I read in other Google reviews have been rectified and are no longer relevant. My aim in writing this review is that you will enter TCO eyes wide open and not be upset or surprised at what you do/don't find and will encounter God, graduate and maintain sobriety afterwards.Let me tell you what Teen Challenge Orlando has to offerProfessional Services-If you require doctors visits or dental work, TCO offers transportation to and from appointments.Mentors provide regular opportunities forstudents to open up and talk about personalstruggles.AmenitiesKitchen/Cafeteria- Top of the line as far as rehabs go.All the coffee you can drink during breakfast but don't over do it.Meals are protein heavy, diverse and have a good amount of vegetables, essential for the brain's recovery on a chemical level.Stear clear of the sodas and limit your dessert intake or you'll get what's known as the TC 30 in your first 30 days. If not more...Dorms- Always cold but just in the way that you want.Mattresses- Par for the course. However, bring a $10 foam topper and you'll sleep like a baby, guaranteed.Closets- Each student gets half plus ample shelving space.There is a shed outback for shoes so the rooms don't stink and floors stay clean, 5pair limit.Bathrooms- They are super clean and you'll never run out of hot water; plenty of sinks and showers. Usually no wait time for your morning shave. Remeber to be a gentleman and clean up after yourself. Your Mrs. or future Mrs. will appreciate this later.Laundry- They will have a couple of designated students assigned to laundry duty and your clothes will be washed and folded on a weekly basis.Gym- Outdoor, covered weight area with elliptical, free weights, multi-use lift machine, mat for stretching and a HUGE tire to flip around campus and compete with others for bragging rights!A half court for basketball and sandpit volleyball area.Sorry, no in-ground pool. This is rehab, nota resort.Need something?TCO has a massive thrift store.If you're lacking anything outside toiletries and socks/underwear all you have to do is fill out a slip and an intern or mentor will have you hooked up and "drippin" in a day or so.Library- Several hundred books ranging from addiction recovery strories to deep subjects of the Bible and personal growth. I read over 60 books during my time spent at TCO. The best part was a series of biographies about Christian heros of the faith. I read all of them. My one take away was this- Not a single one lived a boring, unfulfilled life once they fully surrendered It over to God and chose to walk in faith and obedience. The same can and WILL happen for you if you make that choice.Work DetailMonday 12-5, Tue, Thur, Fri, 9-5; Wed 9-4:30, Sat. 8-5Usually done a little early to make it back for dinner."What?! This sounds like a labor camp, not a rehab!!!"Well all your needs are provided for and "regular" people work 40 hrs a week. Think of it as a 12 months of retraining for when you get back out into the real world.You get to build up your work ethic without the pitfalls of spending a paycheck on drugs or alcohol.Furthermore Teen Challenge has over 1400 locations in 125 countries. Not all are financially self supporting. So the efforts put in here ensures that others receive help elsewhere. Atmosphere awesome. Counselors are great and make you feel comfortable there. Very educational.

My experience at BTC has been eye opening. I have learned quite a bit about the struggles and biology of addiction. The staff there is very professional. Our counselor Jamie does a fantastic job with our group. She keeps it on point, educational and interesting. I would absolutely recommend their services.

I had a very good experience with break the cycle. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. In particular the counselor Jamie was incredibly helpful throughout the treatment.

This hospital has a Great staff of nurses and doctors.

Polite, friendly and great on time.

Everyone is nice and professional As I came in I was making a them lough and smile thay did the same for me to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed

This was a great place I spent time at the staff and case manager so as the therapist was a big help and I ve sober since then they was helping and caring.

So my experience at harmony hills was great. I ended up with a 2 week extension because for once after my son's death and so many therapists later, I was finally getting somewhere.Melvin,Tim,Greg,&Amber helped me through this from 1on 1 to trauma tract and then some. BHT's WOW where do I start. They were AMAZING especially Shannon,Jessica,Sherman & Big Greg,but all in all the entire BHT staff does their job and they treat everyone equally their isn't no favortism.The nursing staff just wouldn't be the same without Tom on it he really knows and cares for his patients as well they all do but he gives you that true comfort.Mr Josiah the Executive Chef man his food is 5 star by itself along with his staff beside him especially Mrs Gwen. So all together it doesn't matter how many reviews anyone reads good or bad it's what YOU AS A INDIVIDUAL put into your recovery and mental health.and follow rules I was there when some of these people and their bad reviews was there so do what the book says , don't have sex , have drugs trying to be snuck in. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I meant to write this review a lot earlier but I'm in my last treatment center for IOP when I was referred to Harmony hills I was raised skeptical about even going to treatment I had wasn't familiar with what to expect first I want to just think Erica rigsby from business development that she really made this admission very pleasant she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable she explained everything very clearly and it was a very pleasant experience I didn't know what to expect but to tell you the truth it was actually one of the most times in my life that I felt at complete peace Harmony hills is on acres and acres of Greenland overlooking a beautiful scenery and a horse ranch in front of it The staff is incredibly compassionate and sweet you can feel the love there Dr Kaplan is one of the best doctors that I ever seen He's probably the best one and the nurse practitioner the summer she's amazing and you can have access to them every single day the nurses are extremely sweet and caring and they're available 24 hours The food is incredible you know you have six different The chefs and the menu is to die for I'm really happy that I went there not to mention the the facilitators and the therapist are above and beyond I went to two treatment centers after that for PHP and IOP and nothing compares to Harmony hills Tim Sullivan and Greg Jeff and Amber the whole cell theater is were amazing and also the case manager I mean that she was very nice so if you want to get better and you want a true healing place I recommend this place and I have it on the back of my mind if God's forbid I ever needed a boost bag or a reset or any type of mental maintenance that's the place that I would go

This place was very nice. They started me on my way to sobriety. And now I'm sober. Thank you Aspire I literally haven't had a drink in 3 years. I was a hot mess and now I'm back to my old self thank you so much.

My son was seen by Dr Amanda. she was so understanding and kind to my son. So was the nurse who gave him his injection. Receptionist was very kind too. I am grateful to Aspire.

Kevin is very helpful my husband is on oxygen and in a wheelchair he is always there to help any way he can. The Dr is great and most of the staff

I wouldn t say this clinic has always been in and out or one of the best clinics. But recently; since they have hired a new Director and staff, all the workers have been on top of everything and it s been in and out very quick. All the worker, and counselors are very kind and helpful, the front check in host is always willing to go out the way to help people whenever he can and just in the last year or so the changes have been immense

My husband and I have been going to this clinic for about 9 years now. It has had its ups and downs like any place would, but I can say, without any doubts, it saved my life. The methadone itself is great and does the job in eliminating withdrawals and cravings.However the real gems in this clinic is the staff and there are some i'd like to mention by name because they go way above and beyond.Annette, a long time counselor, is always there to talk no matter what. She is very "real" and nothing is off limits to discuss. She is quick to get things accomplished and to make things go as smoothly as possible. She has formed a great professional bond with him, she's one of the people in his first line in his support group. when life is tough, or great, she's always thereStephen, another long time counselor, and my counselor is always dressed to the 9s and conducts himself accordingly, always with grace and respect. He is so involved with his patients he's gained more than a few "grandkids" from his patients kids. My child is autistic and calls hisway grandpa stephen. His office is always full because so many patients enjoy his groups, which he always brings Krispy Kreme doughnuts too. He has particularly helped me, remembers every detail I tell him of what's going on. He's more like a psychologist than a counselor at times.When you open the front door, 95% of the time you can expect to see Kevin, a bright light in our morning routine. He is always there with something positive say and a helping hand to help us get through the occasional chaotic mornings that can arise. He is patient, organized, kind and good at descalating, he is who you see in and out, to leave with a positive day.Finally there's Tia, a nurse that knows the names of plenty of patients. She asks about my husband, my kid, jokes and talks with me. Always an enjoyable funny person. She goes out of her way to way to feel excepted and unders the struggles that arise in substance recoveryPs thank you for the kids room for our son, who is young and not in school so he has to accompany us, and all the patients are so sweet to him.
