Since joining groups my life has completely changed the counselor's and group members are very supportive. I never have any issues getting my meds, and there's rewards for attendance in group. My insurance covers all expenses and prescriptions. I would recommend this to anyone struggling with addiction or any other life issues.

Easy to fill out application, after 8 days even though last week was Thanksgiving I have yet to receive a call back. I have since went to the Citizens Service Center of Ocala and gotten further help with my situation. I'm seeking shelter at this moment. I was also referred to the Recovery House by many of my acquaintances, associates, and family/friends.

Dynasty Ortega is such a great person. She has helped me and my kids in more ways than one. She’s helped with food pantry resources when I didn’t know what to do. She has helped defend me during a really difficult time at a school meeting. Sometimes us moms are doing it all alone but in reality we aren’t . She was and is my net. I was struggling in more ways that I could handle and she stepped in and went over and beyond. People like her is why companies like this stay active

This place is awesome, there’s a children’s case manager named Dynasty that always goes out of her way to really help her clients and never complains, she put SMA healthcare on the map for our family. My family really needed help, and everybody was accommodating. I couldn’t be more thankful for them and all the services that SMA healthcare provide. Thank You SMA healthcare!

I previously reviewed this practice, and this is to add on to my initial findings. The staff and all personnel working there are truly five star, as I stated previously!!!! However , I injured myself and needed an appointment last Monday. My Dr. Dr London was enjoying a well deserved vacation, and I was asked if I would like to see Dr. Gerard Casale. I agreed and I am here to say after meeting and being examined, I was so happy that Dr. Casale was able to exactly diagnose the problem, and he prescribed the proper medication for the proper time, and the proper strength!!!! It has been a week now, and I’m almost back to normal!!!! Dr. Casale said it would take 7 to 10 days. Being older at 62 years of age, I’ll take the full 10 days. I’m in no hurry!!!!!! Simed medical has done it again!!!!! When my five star Dr. Heather London is on vacation, no problem, as long as I can see my five star Dr Gerard Casale, I am very happy and very well taken care of !!!!! I am so pleased with the Super Dr. Gerard Casale, and there is no practice that I will go to for my primary care other than this Simed medical, because I only allow myself to be treated by the best physicians!!!!!!!! Dr. London and Dr. Casale are the best in the business. Thank you Dr. Casale and, I am so proud and honored to be your patient, and the gratitude I feel for you, and Dr. London, and all the staff is so strong, I am very unique patient, and I am very knowledgeable medically. Because of this I feel I have the credentials to write these reviews. What I have presented to you is actual fact, I have to be examined and treated by ONLY Dr. London or Dr. Casale , because they understand respect and honor the needs of a patient, who is like no other patient. Trust me, I am very different than the majority of our population, and I need to be treated like a very different and special individual!!!! These two doctors are on a scale of one to ten, they are both ten,at treating me correctly and then properly. In Ocala, I had major problems with 2 other practitioners, and now I have finally found a home!!!!!

Dr. Clunn is an excellent doctor, very knowledgeable in her field. From receptionist to the phlebotomist everyone is professional and treat everyone with respect and dignity.

I've seen Dr Jenny Chen for about 4 years. She makes sure you understand everything. She takes the time. She is a caring doctor. I am very glad that I have her on my side and my primary! Thank you 😊 💓

Awesome group of people and very confidential...

Ive been coming here for 3 months now. I've done my full protocol for spravato and started TMS therapy. I also come weekly for counseling. I really like this place. I like the people that work here, and find it very easy to get the help im needing. I cannot say enough about Mindy, Lynsey and CarryLynn. They are helpful, kind and efficient women to have in a medical setting like this. I have had nothing but good experiences here. These women are absolutely paramount in helping me along my healing journey. I dont know what they make here, but they all deserve a raise for their professionalism and compassion. Ocala needs them and the services they offer. They are patient and listen well always. Im so grateful that I found this place. Thank you to the entire staff!

I want to thank the wonderful staff at LTAW. After a horrifying traumatic event I was in, my INCREDIBLY caring and supportive NP Jill Winston recommended TMS for my treatment resistant condition. She was so caring and truly wanted me to be well again. Hesitantly I signed up for their TMS. My first day I was so afraid and so overwhelmed I cried when I got there. But I have to say I had two of the kindest and most supportive ladies helping thru everyday for the several week therapy. Talking me thru, encouraging me, laughing with me, pouring themselves into my journey with compassion. Brianna and Mindy were my MA’s each time. I honestly do not know what I would do without them. I am smiling again. Happy again. Miracles do happen and I am so grateful for the care from Ms Jill, Brianna and Mindy. Thank you ladies for being there! I will never forget your care and kindness!

Leticia has changed my life for the better and has seemed to find the perfect combination of medication for me, which she even has done on the first try for all my medications. Working with her is the perfect balance of my input based on knowing myself and my body and her medical expertise. She listens to me very well. I have spent years trying to figure out what I need, and Leticia has done it effortlessly. She has changed my outlook on psychiatry as a whole for the better. I highly recommend seeing Leticia in the Ocala office, and seeing her via telehealth if you are not in the Ocala area!
