I was referred to Pamela a couple of weeks after my wife of 33 years passed away unexpectedly in January of this year. Pamela was a Godsend. She was vital in helping me to navigate the grieving process by going through-not around or avoiding it. While i will always love and miss my wife, Pamela has helped me to start to live my life again. My journey of grief will be with me for the rest of my life, I do have a life and owe it to myself and those i care about to live it.
So grateful to have met Coach Pamela and to have had her guidance for the past 8 months.
God bless you Pamela 😇

I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible support and guidance I received from Pamela over the past several years. When I first began my journey with her, I was struggling with deep trauma from loss and grief, as well as the complexities of addiction. I felt lost and overwhelmed, unsure of how to move forward.
From our very first session, Pamela created a safe and nurturing environment that allowed me to explore my feelings and experiences without judgment. Her compassionate approach and deep understanding of human emotions helped me confront painful memories and begin to heal. With her expert guidance, I learned to let go of the burdens of my past and develop healthier coping mechanisms.
Pamela equipped me with tools and insights that transformed my perspective on life and pain. She taught me that it's possible to rebuild and move forward, no matter how heavy the past may feel. Thanks to her support, I have emerged as a completely different person—stronger, more resilient, and ready to embrace life.
I’m thrilled to share that I have started a new chapter with a loving partner and am in the process of building a new home. I truly feel like I am putting my life back together, and I owe a significant part of this transformation to Pamela.
If you are navigating your own pain and suffering, I wholeheartedly recommend Pamela Hand. Her wisdom, empathy, and dedication to her clients are unparalleled. She has the power to help you find the light at the end of the tunnel and guide you toward a fulfilling life.
Thank you, Pamela, for everything you have done for me!

From experience, I understand residential care very well and how important of a decision it is for a client and family. I have nothing but great things to say about Harmony Hills. She has recovered thanks to the efforts of all the staff- especially Eddie, Leah, Christine, and Nicole...and many others. Most importantly, my daughter received quality mental health counseling! She also reported great food (she's a vegetarian), that the accommodations were very good, she enjoyed activities, and that compassion and care were continual during treatment. Further, the staff kept me updated and were collaborative about her care. She is doing great now and I could not be more pleased and relieved. They were professional and personable from the intake to the completion of her program. I cannot say enough good things about them. i am writing this review as a loved one of someone who was treated at Harmony Hill. I wish to express my deepest gratitude to Shannon who clearly cared about my daughter and our family. In my experience thus far, she stands out with her caring and thoughtful ways. My daughter has not sounded this clear headed since her addiction started. Although we don't hold any false expectations, we are very hopeful that our daughter will continue in her journey of recovery. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the discharge process. I hope administration reads this. Discharge plans should start on the day of admission. Planning does not start when you get a discharge date. The centers explanation for last minute planning is that they don't start looking for availability until they have a d/c date. While i understand this, a list should be compiled of options before d/c that are within ones ins network to allow us time to make the best decision as not all sober living is equal.

First of all, HH was a great facility. If you genuinely WANT to help yourself and stay sober/clean, you’ll appreciate every single quality that this center has to offer.
1. The staff is amazing. My therapist was Shannon and she was a real person. She treated me not as an alcoholic but acted a mentor through my journey. Eric was the best therapist I’ve ever worked with. He challenged me and made me face issues that I didn’t plan on addressing in treatment.
2. The facility itself was BEAUTIFUL. It was quiet, serene and simply looked like a ranch in the middle of nowhere. The IDEAL atmosphere to focus on yourself and your recovery.
3. The ‘cottages’ or residences were new, CLEAN and felt more like a hotel than a hospital. People who are complaining about this facility CLEARLY

Referred through Truehealth for adult outpatient therapy. Quiet and clean environment. Intake process is respectful, thorough, and informative. Telehealth services are offered. Fantastic sliding fee scale and low-income/underinsured resources/services offered. Lots of options for people looking to manage complex trauma.
The medication clinic has some wildly rude staff but also very helpful staff, which helps offset the rudeness. The physician Anne Roy is great. No telehealth, which is inconvenient for anyone with transportation restrictions. Not easy to reach front desk and have to go in person for authorizations and any updates.

The front desk staff was amazing over the phone and in person. Lia and Mia were professional, patient, friendly, and helpful. Whoever answers your phone and is the first person you see in an office makes a difference. Unfortunately, the majority of doctors offices today don’t have the kind of staff that this place has. Marissa in the back was very patient and thorough. I barely waited 2 minutes which was fantastic. Stella was a great nurse practitioner, patient with all my questions and did my body check with dignity with proper eyewear and lighting (that has never happened at my prior derms office). She provided a lot of helpful suggestions and a prescription for future use for a concern I have. She also cared about my medical history and ensuring my safety and skin health. If I needed to suggest what green flags to look for in a medical practice it would be everything this place is. The facility is also clean and kept up with. I can’t say anything negative at all! 2023 is gone! And now I can go into 2024 with a new attitude and a new life mostly thankful for Perspectives 2. I made some dumb decisions last year that I ended up paying the price for. I consider myself smart and well educated but when alcohol does your thinking its a games changer. I ended up in jail with a DUI and court ordered treatment. The blessing in disguise was the court ordered treatement. I went 12 weeks to group thearpy at Perspectives. I was reluctant and not excited about going until I got there. All of us were in the same boat....nervous, shamed, scared about facing the consequences of our poor decisions. Perspectives group sessions were awesome and extremely helpful. They gave you practical suggestions to help with your addictions and how to deal with the pain you caused others and yourself. The staff that ran these sessions were incredible mainly because they truly cared! It was not a job to them but they had compassion for what your were going through in fact most of them faced similiar situations. I "had" to go to these treatments but would easily have volunterred to go after seeing what they had to offer. Great discussions with a staff that emplified compassion to every one in the class. When you know you messed up and are already down on yourself it is comforting to know folks at Perspectives 2 was there to listen, suggest and most of all show they really cared about your well being and getting you on the right track. They continue to follow up with me a year later! Jamie is awesome in her care and concern....Kudos to her and her staff. Thank you Perspectives 2 for showing honest concern and compassion!

I didn't have a good experience there. The counselors are not liscenced and don't give a damn about us. They treat you like you are a liar and a thief. They don't focus on what you need to do to get better. They shoot you down before you get up.

This place offers a safe environment off the streets and off drugs. October 6th I decided to get out from living in a tent for 5+ years and with an addiction that was fully running my life. Lifestream detox on Tally road saved my life. Not only did I have a safe place to detox but after three days they sent me to the hospital where I was out into ICU with sepsis and a spider bite with mersa along with my blood pressure tremendously low I kept passing out. I got hooked up with the Anthony house recovery place before I even left the hospital. A week later I returned to the detox to get my things and to discharge myself from lifestream. The Anthony house said bc it was on a Friday there was no way of transporting me to them so the only other option is have was the
street and back in the environment with the drugs. I was able to talk with two the ladies who worked there and the company did pay the ride fare for Lyft to the Anthony house so I could start my recovery journey. I completed the residential recovery program and all their requirements. I started getting set up with GED classes they have there along with my case plan classes I was already required to take. Ex. Parenting, healthy relationships, co dependency, grievance, 12 steps, finance, and they do take you to NA meetings. counseling sessions with a great great counselor Ms Jamie. I've never had a great counselor I was comfortable enough to talk to till I met her. She goes above and beyond for her consumers/clients. There's other classes they provide. They do have a on site daycare for young kids. One thing I did struggle with was they didn't allow kids older then 13 years old. My kids are teens under 18. I started from my rock bottom in a tent out in the street with a huge drug addiction and 8 months later I'm following my dreams. I'm 9 months clean and sober with a career, a home/apartment, my family back in my life, my sanity and my life I was able to get all of it back with making that one step. I highly recommend this place. It's your recovery and sobriety and if you want it as badly as I did you have to consistently fight for your life and fight your self obsession to become a better version then what you were. #wedotecover #justfortoday
