Hello my name is Adam. I came to Reign about a month ago. I came from NJ and enrolled to the treatment center because I was struggling with some mental health symptoms that were unmanageable with life and needed assistance with getting myself back on track. The admissions team was so helpful and supportive, they were there when I was making my 22 hour drive. Jake, Benzi, Justin, and Morgan were so supportive on my drive. When I arrived at the facility and during the duration of my stay Corey the primary therapist was very friendly and welcoming. He wasn t like normal therapists where you would have your 30 min session and you re out but he gave me as much time as I needed and let me use my phone and make calls as much as I wanted to do. Then there was Brantley the operations manager and he Was just the absolute best. I developed a great friendship with him and every night we had a thing where we watch movies together. Gina was a great group facilitator and had very informative groups. Overall I had an amazing life changing experience,

I was referred to Pamela a couple of weeks after my wife of 33 years passed away unexpectedly in January of this year. Pamela was a Godsend. She was vital in helping me to navigate the grieving process by going through-not around or avoiding it. While i will always love and miss my wife, Pamela has helped me to start to live my life again. My journey of grief will be with me for the rest of my life, I do have a life and owe it to myself and those i care about to live it.So grateful to have met Coach Pamela and to have had her guidance for the past 8 months.God bless you Pamela

I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible support and guidance I received from Pamela over the past several years. When I first began my journey with her, I was struggling with deep trauma from loss and grief, as well as the complexities of addiction. I felt lost and overwhelmed, unsure of how to move forward. From our very first session, Pamela created a safe and nurturing environment that allowed me to explore my feelings and experiences without judgment. Her compassionate approach and deep understanding of human emotions helped me confront painful memories and begin to heal. With her expert guidance, I learned to let go of the burdens of my past and develop healthier coping mechanisms.Pamela equipped me with tools and insights that transformed my perspective on life and pain. She taught me that it's possible to rebuild and move forward, no matter how heavy the past may feel. Thanks to her support, I have emerged as a completely different person stronger, more resilient, and ready to embrace life.I m thrilled to share that I have started a new chapter with a loving partner and am in the process of building a new home. I truly feel like I am putting my life back together, and I owe a significant part of this transformation to Pamela. If you are navigating your own pain and suffering, I wholeheartedly recommend Pamela Hand. Her wisdom, empathy, and dedication to her clients are unparalleled. She has the power to help you find the light at the end of the tunnel and guide you toward a fulfilling life.Thank you, Pamela, for everything you have done for me!

They specialize in res | Treatments Programs Payment Options | From the moment I was introduced to The Refuge, I knew something powerful was about to unfold. What followed was nothing short of transformative.
I expanded my capacity to live life on life’s terms, no longer needing to cope with life, but learning how to live it fully. I discovered that boundaries aren’t just something we set with others, but something we honor within ourselves—especially when the outside world may not. I learned to accept myself not just as I was, but as I am, while creating a vision for who I want to become.
Acceptance isn’t about staying stuck or glorifying the past. It’s about understanding it—recognizing patterns, asking what they reveal, and deciding what to do with that insight. My path has not been linear. Allowing myself the time to simply be, and to be guided by professionals, was—at once—fear-inducing, frustrating, ego-challenging, and ultimately liberating.
Many treatment centers speak of recovery “tools,” but few prepare you to actually use them. The Refuge not only introduces you to these tools, but helps you uncover the motivation and build the inner drive to keep going when it’s hard.
Shelly, the Clinical Program Manager; Jessica Gomes, my therapist; Matthew Brinker, therapist; Alex Van Dyke, therapist; and Yogi Ana—all played pivotal roles in my healing. They gently (and sometimes not so gently) pushed me into the uncomfortable places where real growth happens. Just when I thought I was in over my head, they’d ask me to stand—and I’d realize the water was only waist-deep. With their support, I built resilience.
To them, I extend my deepest gratitude.
And to the community I shared space, time, and the most sacred parts of myself with—my hopes, my fears, and my love—thank you. You are forever part of my healing.
To anyone considering this journey: It may not be easy, but you will not be alone—and it will be worth it

I was hesitant when my psychiatrist HIGHLY recommended I come to The Refuge. I was at wits end - my depression and anxiety were killing me slowly. I have Complex-PTSD that desperately needed the specialized treatment that The Refuge was able to provide. Don't get me wrong - it's a LOT of work. It's go go go! But the staff GENUINELY cares, from medical (shout out to Nancy and Jessica), therapists (shout out to Nicole, Randy, and Brianna), BHAs (Kim and K), and even food (Justin). They want you to feel better and succeed. You have group therapy sessions that are informative, you have assignments and processing groups, oh, and don't forget Kelly in art therapy! I ended up extending my stay from 30 days to 45 because I needed to, to truly get the most out of it. It sounds cheesy, but I can honestly say that I think they may have saved my life. I can't recommend them highly enough.

So my experience at harmony hills was great. I ended up with a 2 week extension because for once after my son's death and so many therapists later, I was finally getting somewhere.Melvin,Tim,Greg,&Amber helped me through this from 1on 1 to trauma tract and then some. BHT's WOW where do I start. They were AMAZING especially Shannon,Jessica,Sherman & Big Greg, but all in all the entire BHT staff does their job and they treat everyone equally their isn't no favortism. The nursing staff just wouldn't be the same without Tom on it he really knows and cares for his patients as well they all do but he gives you that true comfort.Mr Josiah the Executive Chef man his food is 5 star by itself along with his staff beside him especially Mrs Gwen. So all together it doesn't matter how many reviews anyone reads good or bad it's what YOU AS A INDIVIDUAL put into your recovery and mental health.and follow rules I was there when some of these people and their bad reviews was there so do what the book says , don't have sex , have drugs trying to be snuck in. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I meant to write this review a lot earlier but I'm in my last treatment center for IOP when I was referred to Harmony hills I was raised skeptical about even going to treatment I had wasn't familiar with what to expect first I want to just think Erica rigsby from business development that she really made this admission very pleasant she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable she explained everything very clearly and it was a very pleasant experience I didn't know what to expect but to tell you the truth it was actually one of the most times in my life that I felt at complete peace Harmony hills is on acres and acres of Greenland overlooking a beautiful scenery and a horse ranch in front of it The staff is incredibly compassionate and sweet you can feel the love there Dr Kaplan is one of the best doctors that I ever seen He's probably the best one and the nurse practitioner the summer she's amazing and you can have access to them every single day the nurses are extremely sweet and caring and they're available 24 hours The food is incredible you know you have six different The chefs and the menu is to die for I'm really happy that I went there not to mention the the facilitators and the therapist are above and beyond I went to two treatment centers after that for PHP and IOP and nothing compares to Harmony hills Tim Sullivan and Greg Jeff and Amber the whole cell theater is were amazing and also the case manager I mean that she was very nice so if you want to get better and you want a true healing place I recommend this place and I have it on the back of my mind if God's forbid I ever needed a boost bag or a reset or any type of mental maintenance that's the place that I would go

2023 is gone! And now I can go into 2024 with a new attitude and a new life mostly thankful for Perspectives 2. I made some dumb decisions last year that I ended up paying the price for. I consider myself smart and well educated but when alcohol does your thinking its a games changer. I ended up in jail with a DUI and court ordered treatment. The blessing in disguise was the court ordered treatement. I went 12 weeks to group thearpy at Perspectives. I was reluctant and not excited about going until I got there. All of us were in the same boat....nervous, shamed, scared about facing the consequences of our poor decisions. Perspectives group sessions were awesome and extremely helpful. They gave you practical suggestions to help with your addictions and how to deal with the pain you caused others and yourself. The staff that ran these sessions were incredible mainly because they truly cared! It was not a job to them but they had compassion for what your were going through in fact most of them faced similiar situations. I "had" to go to these treatments but would easily have volunterred to go after seeing what they had to offer. Great discussions with a staff that emplified compassion to every one in the class. When you know you messed up and are already down on yourself it is comforting to know folks at Perspectives 2 was there to listen, suggest and most of all show they really cared about your well being and getting you on the right track. They continue to follow up with me a year later! Jamie is awesome in her care and concern....Kudos to her and her staff. Thank you Perspectives 2 for showing honest concern and compassion!

Maybe he thought he couldn't sell cakes, covers, custards, etc.....or he couldn't benefit from that man and that it would perhaps be a burden for him and for the center. Don't be fooled because many of them Those homes see lives with the Dollar sign and not as souls of Salvation. Thanks to Casa Bethesda who helped him and to Discipleship House A New Beginning in God Pastor Ral Cancel who helped him "the glory belongs to God" and today that A man has an apartment, he has a wife, he has a car, he doesn't use drugs, he does Uber as passengers, he sells clothes, among other things. With Christ everything is possible so don't be fooled, amen Greetings to Mndez

I recently used this facility's services and I only have positive feedback to share about my overall experience with the care I received. The staff were polite, compassionate, caring, thorough and very attentive consistently throughout each day. Medications, as well as nourishment (I thought the food was fine), were provided on a scheduled basis (which I felt was right on point). I felt comfortable, cared for and safe during my brief stay. I know every individual has their own perspective about this facility. However, for me, should goodness forbid I would need help again in the future (I strive to keep in good health from this point forward), I would not hesitate to choose this facility for inpatient services. Thank you to all of the staff for all that you do, and I appreciate the help and care I received from every single one of you. Your compassionate care is incredible and imperative in an often overlooked part of healthcare. I wish you all the best.

Recovery House is a great program for anyone with an addiction!!! I am a graduate from the program this year. I did relapse after 10 months in the program, but with the tools I learned from the Recovery House I regained my sobriety and have continued living a sober life. Without the help of the staff and the guidance they provide to each and every resident there's no way I would have been able to regain my sobriety as quickly as I have. Thank you everyone at Recovery House of Central Florida!!!!

LifeStream Be | Treatments Programs Payment Options | # Improved ReviewI've been to this facility a few times over the course of a few years, and the last visit was miles ahead of the others. The transformation was remarkable to me. While the staff coordination was lacking in the past, the current team operates with an impressive efficiency and attentiveness. The facility itself has been noticeably upgraded with a more welcoming atmosphere and modernized amenities. Wait times have decreased significantly, and the administrative process flows much more smoothly now.You definitely get what you put into it here their personalized approach rewards patients who actively engage in their care plan. Tsitsi Stephens was exceptional very professional with a wonderful bedside manner that made me feel comfortable and valued. She took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and created a tailored treatment plan that addressed my specific concerns.I highly recommend this facility and particularly praise their commitment to continuous improvement, to make way for better quality and outcomes in the future. The positive changes they've implemented demonstrate their dedication to patient care and satisfaction. I wasn t paid to write this review, just inspired to.

As much as my stay here. Suckkkkkkked so bad. The staff knew how to ruffle my feathers enough to allow me to feel pain for 20 days and feel honestly amazing to finally get a breath of fresh air, and remember what it was like to feel content, and whole, in myself with no worries any longer toward my lifes path. Strategically, i would say this is longer lasting treatment results. You need pain by lack of control, lack of freedom, lack of full choice, to be grateful and know why to be grateful to recieve that hope and chance in this REAL world once again. Jail does this too. It just basically annoys the crap out of you.

I just recently releases from this place. I thank God we have a facility in this industry here. I think they have a tall order to fill but they are very diligent. Mental health is not an easy battle. A lot of individuals lose their life to depression, substance abuse, or not being able to get the treatment that they need in America. These are cold hard stats without the numbers. However, individuals at this facility and many others that I have been to like Lake Nona VA for example, truly are inspiring and effective if you trust the process. Its good to know there are people 24/7, at the ready, to do their best to provide us with the services we need. I d love to see this organization grow, I can only pray because I don t know what else it would take other than a community effort of volunteers and contributors. Thats always America s secret recipe though, The People .
