The communication at the place is poor. Our daughter was there for 3 months and some of the counselors seemed young and more to be her friend rather than focus on her real problems. I don’t recommend this place for your kids. Looks elsewhere

Other Forms of Payment

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

Aa a form of outpatient treatment, a partial hospitalization program (PHP) typically requires a minimum of 20 hours' treatment per week for an average of 90 days. PHPs commonly include individual therapy, group counseling, relapse prevention strategies, and medication management. The program duration may span around 90 days but can be tailored to your needs. Insurance coverage for a partial hospitalization program can vary, however, is often fully or partially covered.

Clients in an intensive outpatient program (IOP) are typically in early recovery or are at an elevated relapse risk. This includes those who are exiting detox or inpatient care, those in crisis, and those who have chosen IOP in lieu of hospitalization. Intensive outpatient treatment involves a minimum of nine and a maximum of 20 treatment hours weekly. Most rehabs offer a variety of services, including medication assisted treatment (MAT), addiction counseling, recovery-focused life skills training, and holistic therapies.

Treatments

mental-health iconMental Health And Substance Abuse

In Idaho, specialized dual-diagnosis addiction treatment programs prioritize comprehensive care for individuals with co-occurring substance use disorders and mental health conditions. Care levels include outpatient, inpatient, and partial hospitalization programs. Therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy, or dialectical behavioral therapy, experiential therapy, and family therapy address substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders while promoting mental health and well-being. Other recovery supports include 12-Step meetings, skills training, and educational groups, and an aftercare plan to enhance your chances of long-term recovery.

Programs

Teen programs are designed to address the unique pressures teens face, pressures that can drive them to experiment with dangerous, addictive substances. They need programs that meet them exactly where they are and give them tools for long-term recovery. Therapy can help teenagers understand and work through underlying issues so they can reclaim the life ahead of them.

Clinical Services

Research has shown that cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) in Idaho is one of the most effective forms of therapy to treat substance use disorders and accompanying mental health disorders such as anxiety and depression. The focus of this method is to learn about and change patterns of thinking and behavior.

Dialectical behavior therapy involves individual and group sessions. During individual sessions, you will work on managing intense emotions. Group skills training sessions aim to enhance skills for daily living. They focus on mindfulness, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and emotion regulation.

The goal of trauma therapy is to help you mentally, emotionally, and physically heal from the effects of witnessing or experiencing a traumatic event. Your therapist helps you process the experience and develop effective coping strategies. This improves your emotional well being and your ability to function in the community.

During family therapy in Idaho, members have a safe space to express their feelings about the impact addiction has had on the family unit. The process helps reduce the stigma associated with mental health and enhances each member's understanding of addiction. By promoting a unified approach, family therapy helps to support the recovery journey.

Group therapy teaches participants in Idaho how to learn and practice conflict resolution skills. Within the group, you learn how to improve relationships and reduce stress. Both of these are crucial for achieving and maintaining your recovery.

Men and women in Idaho may choose a customized drug and alcohol treatment approach using individual therapy. This focuses your attention on the unique challenges in your life and helps you understand the triggers and stressors that increase your risk of drug use. You develop healthier coping strategies to promote sustainable sobriety.

I have gone through the Imagine program four times in the span of two years and it was overall a very healing experience. The staff were amazing, even when dealing with their own struggles in life, it felt like they were always there to support me. I would recommend this program to anyone.
