Nicole is probably the best doctor I've had. She's intelligent, articulate, and very easy to talk to. Many doctors treat patients like a number or an annoyance or a set of test results, but Nicole really listens and cares and tries to find a solution to your health issues. She explains things in a clear, helpful way, and, unlike many doctors, understands that when you have a health issue, there's an emotional component, too. She treats you like a real person. The nurses and front desk staff are also friendly.
I see Dr. Nicole Palm who is absolutely fantastic! She’s thorough, personable, professional, and most importantly I just feel a sense of trust when I go to see her. I’ve been here for a few years and the front desk customer service has improved tremendously.
