I was at la amistad for residential and PHP and I had a phenomenal experience. I felt very safe in the facilities and whenever I had a question it was answered with haste and concern. I appreciated the staff, in particular Ms. Alyssa, Abigail, Bobby and Ruby were very helpful to my treatment. Whenever I had difficult days they always made sure I was okay and helped me through my issues. I also learned a lot from the groups about my mental health which has helped me not only in the facility but outside as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of mental health help.

I'm not sure why La Amistad has been on my mind lately. I was admitted to La Amistad 32 years ago, time has really flown by. The staff, therapist, psychiatrist, and teachers were all amazing. If it weren't for one particular teacher, I would have never graduated from highschool. I pray everyone that passes through La Amistad great success in their future.

I ve gone in the past, three years ago and it was so helpful that when I started struggling again I knew it was where I needed to go again. And now there s an Alumni program where we can keep meeting up after we graduate from the programs and it s super helpful for not relapsing again.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the care and compassion shown by the staff at the Center for Discovery in Maitland, Florida. From the very beginning, they treated my daughter as if she were their own, walking alongside her through every stage of her recovery journey. Tristin and Kathleen, in particular, went above and beyond, providing not just expert care but genuine empathy, making my daughter feel understood and supported in every step.The admissions department also deserves special recognition for their dedication in ensuring my daughter received the help she desperately needed. Their commitment didn t stop at intake they continue to check on her progress, even after treatment, showing that their care extends far beyond the walls of the facility.As an overly involved parent, I needed constant communication, and the team was always on top of it. Whether it was updates, reassurance, or addressing concerns, I always felt informed and involved in my daughter's recovery. Like any treatment facility, they aren t perfect, but the heart and commitment they have toward their clients and their families is unmatched. I knew then and I still know now that my daughter was, and is, in the hands of truly amazing individuals. If she ever needs help again, I have full confidence that she ll receive the same exceptional level of care.Thank you, Center for Discovery, for going above and beyond for my daughter and for our family.

I've been at Center for Discovery in Maitland since I left residential at Monteverde and it has been a wonderful experience overall. I've received so much support from all of the therapists, dietitians, diet techs, etc. They take time out of their day to talk to you if you're struggling and the care is really personalized, they take a lot of time getting to know you even if you aren't their primary client. The staff has gone above and beyond to give me and my peers so much support.

As a private practice therapy in the area, I can rest assured that referring clients to CFD Maitland, that they will be taken care of. CFD Maitland s team is very efficient as far as cultural competency, ethics, and clinical interventions and skills used.

i got the best care here. when i relapsed i came back immediately and this is the only rehab i have trusted. nurses are great, techs are super cool, the NP listens to you fully & they will work with you. negative comments are coming from people who do not want help, but i pray they get there. food is excellent. life saving for sure. thank God for this place.

this place has staff that actually cares about you and sees you as a person. You can feel that they have love for you and they want your recovery. The nurses listen to you, the nurse practitioner listens, the techs are always there to help and the counselors are amazing.. This place saved my life and I wouldn t go anywhere else.It doesn t feel like a jail or a lockdown. It is nice inside and feels extremely comfortable.

Simply Divine From The Staff To The Environment

ORC was a wonderful experience with talented therapists and a beautiful BHT staff. Caring and kind isn't even close as to how I can describe all of them. Special props to Troy, who is a genius at his job, and my therapist Ashley, who is smarter than me when it came to my recovery.

I received exceptional care from Orlando Recovery Center. For those invested in recovery, it is the perfect environment to focus fully on your mental health. Johana was my primary therapist and she was calm, non-judgmental and caring. However, she also held me accountable in ways that I needed coming back into sobriety. Excellent groups were administered by Kelly, Veronica and Ally; both got me out of my comfort zone and challenged me. I entered treatment uncertain of whether or not I wanted to be alive and rediscovered the joy of living again. I'm forever grateful.

Orbit did an outstanding job supporting my family in making our decision to select ORC. The actual intake process could have been more nurturing but is being addressed. My sister had a positive experience throughout the detox & residency process at ORC. Case Manager, Troy, was very attentive, responsive & supportive. Our therapist, Ashley, is highly skilled & the consummate professional!

Very informative, Helpful, Patient and trustworthy

Group sessions are very helpful and I have learned several new techniques. The one-on-one sessions have not been as useful as I don't have things I really need to work on outside of group. Overall, I have had a very positive experience and really like the flexibility.

Quite possibly the most relevant help I could imagine. I look forward to what I learn and experience each session. Really appreciate Minor Hawk.

The therapist Ramona is amazing as well as the case manager Regina. Amazing place to go to.

The IOP program here is amazing, would highly recommend it to anyone continuing on in their recovery journey. Lyma is an awesome therapist, in the group setting and in one on one sessions. Amy is a really helpful case manager and will answer any questions you may have and point you in the right direction of resources to help you.The men s sober living on Concord Street is a really nice, supportive environment that s conveniently located a two minute walk away from daily AA meetings. The house is run by Patrick and Glenda and they make sure you are well taken care of, make you aware of any and all resources available to help you get back on your feet, and really care about your success in your recovery.

Great supportive staff , very friendly and helpful . You will always have a few people you like more than others but over all my experience was very good . I made alot of connections and learned a lot about myself and plan on to Continue this journey .

I had no idea what to expect going in here. This was my first time getting help for drugs and I was really nervous going in. I was even more anxious because the place is faith based,which was new to me. But the staff was nice and didn’t treat me like a screw up and the structure helped me feel normal. The food was better than I thought itd be and they had a decent gym. The whole program was pretty strict, but I get why and it helped me get more stable then I’ve been in a longtime.

I was a student at TC Orlando for 1 year and5 days. During one of my first weeks in the program a lady at the car wash was kind enough to ask how we were doing that day and encouraged us by saying "remember there's no perfect program" and she was right. There's plusses and minuses to every aspect in life.I am not here to discuss what I thought was wrong with or right about TCO. I will say that many of the negative things I read in other Google reviews have been rectified and are no longer relevant. My aim in writing this review is that you will enter TCO eyes wide open and not be upset or surprised at what you do/don't find and will encounter God, graduate and maintain sobriety afterwards.Let me tell you what Teen Challenge Orlando has to offerProfessional Services-If you require doctors visits or dental work, TCO offers transportation to and from appointments.Mentors provide regular opportunities forstudents to open up and talk about personalstruggles.AmenitiesKitchen/Cafeteria- Top of the line as far as rehabs go.All the coffee you can drink during breakfast but don't over do it.Meals are protein heavy, diverse and have a good amount of vegetables, essential for the brain's recovery on a chemical level.Stear clear of the sodas and limit your dessert intake or you'll get what's known as the TC 30 in your first 30 days. If not more...Dorms- Always cold but just in the way that you want.Mattresses- Par for the course. However, bring a $10 foam topper and you'll sleep like a baby, guaranteed.Closets- Each student gets half plus ample shelving space.There is a shed outback for shoes so the rooms don't stink and floors stay clean, 5pair limit.Bathrooms- They are super clean and you'll never run out of hot water; plenty of sinks and showers. Usually no wait time for your morning shave. Remeber to be a gentleman and clean up after yourself. Your Mrs. or future Mrs. will appreciate this later.Laundry- They will have a couple of designated students assigned to laundry duty and your clothes will be washed and folded on a weekly basis.Gym- Outdoor, covered weight area with elliptical, free weights, multi-use lift machine, mat for stretching and a HUGE tire to flip around campus and compete with others for bragging rights!A half court for basketball and sandpit volleyball area.Sorry, no in-ground pool. This is rehab, nota resort.Need something?TCO has a massive thrift store.If you're lacking anything outside toiletries and socks/underwear all you have to do is fill out a slip and an intern or mentor will have you hooked up and "drippin" in a day or so.Library- Several hundred books ranging from addiction recovery strories to deep subjects of the Bible and personal growth. I read over 60 books during my time spent at TCO. The best part was a series of biographies about Christian heros of the faith. I read all of them. My one take away was this- Not a single one lived a boring, unfulfilled life once they fully surrendered It over to God and chose to walk in faith and obedience. The same can and WILL happen for you if you make that choice.Work DetailMonday 12-5, Tue, Thur, Fri, 9-5; Wed 9-4:30, Sat. 8-5Usually done a little early to make it back for dinner."What?! This sounds like a labor camp, not a rehab!!!"Well all your needs are provided for and "regular" people work 40 hrs a week. Think of it as a 12 months of retraining for when you get back out into the real world.You get to build up your work ethic without the pitfalls of spending a paycheck on drugs or alcohol.Furthermore Teen Challenge has over 1400 locations in 125 countries. Not all are financially self supporting. So the efforts put in here ensures that others receive help elsewhere. Demi Soulet is truly incredible, and I highly recommend her. She is very knowledgeable, and it s clear that she loves what she does! I have seen Demi and her assistant, Melissa Martinez, for my last three appointments, and they have been fantastic, always bringing a warm energy to the experience. Overall, the entire team has made me feel welcome and has been very kind.

Dr Aneja performed a thorough skin exam for my 6 month screening.

So much better than It was. Still needs more work done, for the vets!

For Veterans and our families the VA healthcare System treats us like Family! This is absolutely true and consistent at this location. It is always a pleasure to go to an appointment or meet a provider. The employees treat Veterans like kings here. GOD has his hand on this place!

My first time engaging with a VA medical facility, and I can honestly say it was the best medical experience I ve ever had. From the information booth to my doctor s checkup and finally to the pharmacy, the VA in Lake Nona was exceptional. It made me feel proud to have served in the U.S. Army.

The care my husband received by everyone was beyond amazing. One person in particular, a wonderful nurse named Kris (on the 4th floor) was especially helpful and caring. She got my FMLA paperwork all handled and took such great care of my husband. Thank you, everyone, but especially Kris!

Visited the VA dentist, 3A, today and the whole experience was great. My check in was very nice and Shayla gave me a disposable toothbrush at my request so I could clean up before sitting in the chair. My cleaning lady, Holland, is amazing and she does great work and very nice, also great dental advice for cleaning. Leslie took my X-rays and was awesome! Dr Ross was great as well when she did my exam and they were all great!

Big and Beautiful! The architecture and landscape alone honors Veterans. More importantly this Medical center is a one stop shop for all medical and mental health needs.

This place was very nice. They started me on my way to sobriety. And now I'm sober. Thank you Aspire I literally haven't had a drink in 3 years. I was a hot mess and now I'm back to my old self thank you so much.
