I thought that my so called counselor was working with me. But, turns out she turned out to be just like all the reviews here say she is. I vented a frustration about MY situation, she of course turned it into something about herself and tried saying a swore at her when I clearly stated it was about my situation. She really needs to grow up. Now they said that they would call and explain why they recommended treatment, never did. Put it on my court filings and all. So, I got a 2nd opinion by advice… surprise! Being a year sober with a good support system, they said that I DO NOT need treatment, this place is god awful.

Not a good experience at all. Jennine was not empathetic at all emotionally or financially. Paid out of pocket when someone I know had her sessions covered by the same insurance company I have... Was rude and the sessions were deemed unethical because I expressed how I didn't like the approach to our sessions. Overall a bad program and a money grab for them :)

At first, I was a bit skeptical because of some of the reviews and my initial intake appointment—I felt a little judged, and the communication seemed a bit brusque. But over time, I actually started to enjoy the process and developed a real connection with my counselor, Jennine. I appreciated our conversations and felt like she truly listened and cared. At my last appointment, Jennine requested a UA, which I was willing to do. I understand that the UA was meant to be random, and I respected that. I was ready to comply; I just needed some extra time to cover the $100 fee for the UA and an additional $75 for the prescriptions I take. These fees came unexpectedly during back-to-school time, which was a real financial challenge for me as a single mom with three kids and only one income. When I reached out to Jennine asking if there were any options, resources, or payment plans to help, I was told it was “out of her hands” and reminded that I needed to “hold myself accountable” because I should have been aware of the policy from the beginning. Just before this, Jennine was actually ready to discharge me, praising how great I was doing, how well I was progressing, and how much I had improved. But because I couldn’t get the money to complete the UA, she then recommended that I attend a Level 2.1 intensive outpatient program. All I really needed was some guidance or support. I thought Jennine was my support person, so it was really hurtful and disappointing to feel so unsupported during this difficult time. Balancing work, children, and finances is challenging enough, and adding a Level 2 program would mean more time away from my family and job. I was doing well and happy with my progress, so this outcome felt unfair and disheartening. Overall, while I appreciated the relationship I built with Jennine and the support I initially received, I felt hurt by how things ended and wish there had been more flexibility and understanding given my circumstances.

This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. I took some classes more than 2 years ago and it turns out that to this day they have not sent the courses to the corresponding departments and they do not give me an answer to anything
