I call this Nursing Home my home. Some great things about it and some quite negative. Ownership changed and tightened everything up. The food service is questionable giving me a miniature cup equal to two bites of Cole Slaw for dinner last night and all the residents received the same quantity.

First off, do NOT believe any of the pictures. This is an insanely run down, ancient facility that is more broken than fixed. And that isn't the fault of maintenance, it brings up one of the two biggest issues of this place. Upper management keeps this place HORRIFICALLY understaffed. All the staff is good and tries their best, which is why it's two stars and not one, but 2 people can only do so much for 20 people, half of which need constant medical and other care. Add to that the fact that housekeeping often has 2 people to clean the entire facility of a hundred rooms, which causes huge cleanliness issues. The entire place has a roach issue. The first maintenance person I told about this, a fellow LGBTQ person who was mistreated by many of the upper management, quit shortly after I told her, which is probably because management refused to give any help for it. Now, this roach issue didn't become an issue with me til I got sick, and had some food left in my cabinet, which then promptly got infested. I cleared the food out, but that doesn't fix a facility wide issue. This place is so bad it literally drove me back to drinking. And I'm mostly self reliant. I'm surprised there weren't more deaths purely because the nurses and aides simply aren't given the help they need by management. If you care even slightly for your lived ones, DO NOT send them here. And, again, it is NOT the staffs fault. It's the fault of management and an ancient, run down facility.

This place was horrible did not treat my father with any kind of respect for my father force him to take medication that he did not want to take as well as had him sleeping on the couch with no fall risk button no nursing button for him to call for and refused to release him on his own will although it was his right and wishes of which we had to take police officers there to get our father out of a more dangerous situation than he actually walked into at the hospital I would never wish this upon anybody's family which is why I'm making this review I hope that no one would ever take their family to this place completely disappointed and absolutely reported this place please officers informed us that they are well known for allowing patients to die and not taking care of them properly

Accepted Insurance

Carington Health Systems works with several private insurance providers and also accepts private payments when possible, please contact to verify your specific insurance provider.

Other Forms of Payment

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Addiction Treatments

Treatments

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

Drug rehab in Ohio provides comprehensive treatment to address the physical and psychological needs of those struggling with substance use disorders. This may involve inpatient and/or outpatient care.

A combined mental health and substance abuse rehab has the staff and resources available to handle individuals with both mental health and substance abuse issues. It can be challenging to determine where a specific symptom stems from (a mental health issue or an issue related to substance abuse), so mental health and substance abuse professionals are helpful in detangling symptoms and keeping treatment on track.

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

Programs

adult-program thumbnail image

Adult Program

Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.

Young Adult Program

Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Clinical Services

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

Direct admission josh is amazing and isn't afraid to tell you if he not sure on certain things he always finds the answers very quickly . Area is great . Only down fall when taking a little more awareness what residences are buying cigarettes to hide in there room so they have more on there smoke time schede which them dispense them one at a time. My MIL paid a resident 50 bucks on a pack from another patient . Otherwise love this place so far
