I do not recommend. Ozark Eustasis used to be my provider of choice and things have gone down hill since the merge and closing of the Ozark Eustasis. Now everyone has to go to Springfield Eustasis. Terrible, you'll wait over an hour to see a provider and if you are a NEW patient they will not see you after 3:30 pm. I am currently looking for another behavioral provider for my clients. The wait times are ridiculous. You'll be turn away as a NEW patient if not seen before 3:30 pm. Absolutely terrible since the merge and I wish Ozark Eustasis was still open. I really don't have any positive feedback since the change. Eustasis has gone down hill. I recommend you find someone different unless you mind waiting two hours to be seen and make sure if you are a new patient that you go before 3:30 pm. I live in Branson, Missouri. I have been taking my clients to Eustasis in Ozark for 2 years. I was told by the receptionist after calling and verifying that I could bring both my clients to be seen and one of my clients was turned away for the second time by Eustasis and refused to be seen by a provider even after being checked in, vital were taken and waiting two hours to be seen my autistic client was turned away by Amy Ashley, NP. My client was considered a new patient and couldn't be seen after 3:30 pm. Amy was rude and unprofessional, she made both of my clients feel uncomfortable. She hadn't read the chart before hand and had to be corrected. She saw my client for a total of 8 minutes after waiting two hours. She refused to see my autistic client even after I told her that I called and verified that she could be seen since as we come 45 minutes away and she can't miss school. Amy refused to see her as "she is a new patient and we don't take new patient after 3:30 pm. We don't have a provider here that can see her since it is passed 3:30 pm." Just an overall terrible experience since the merge of Springfield and Ozark Eustasis. Cons- *Extremely long wait times *Doesn't take NEW patient walk ins after 3:30 pm *Different provider each time

Absolutely worst experience I have ever had. I had an Appointment scheduled at 9:30am and have been waiting for over 2hrs..This place is unprofessional, rude, and don't seem like they know what they are even doing..I would advise anyone to go somewhere else like Jordan Valley anywhere else but Eustasis, also I think the rating should be a 0 out of 5!

Up until the last month or so, I was enjoying Eustatsis. Now, I cannot seem to get a hold of anyone on the phone, ever. When a pharmacy is out of your meds, and so are you, and it's a scheduled substance, and your doctor's office won't return your calls for 3 days or get your prescription switched to another location as per the messages you left, one starts to get super frustrated. I have had issues with medication refills before and have never had such difficulty in getting it fixed by Eustasis. I don't know what has happened recently, but it feels a whole lot like they are focusing on getting as many people in the door as possible, with no limitations, so the staff becomes greatly overworked and the established patients fall to the wayside. Imagine trying for 3 days to reach someone at the docs office, with the weekend cutting in between those 3 days, so you are REALLY out of your meds. Your normal pharmacy finally gets your meds in, but magically the doctors office cancelled that prescription that morning, but has YET to send it to the other pharmacy you requested in you voicemails left the previous days. Still no call from the docs office, have no clue what's going on and hoping that wherever the prescription ends up, that that pharmacy will STILL HAVE your meds, since they seem to go so quick. I will be looking around for a different doctor. I do not feel valued or cared about AT ALL at this point.

Other Forms of Payment

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Medicaid is a state based program that helps lower-income individuals and families pay for healthcare. Medicaid covers addiction treatment so those enrolled can use their coverage to pay for rehab. When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Medicare is a federal program that provides health insurance for those 65 and older. It also serves people under 65 with chronic and disabling health challenges. To use Medicare for addiction treatment you need to find a program that accepts Medicare and is in network with your plan. Out of pocket costs and preauthorization requirements vary, so always check with your provider.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

Outpatient rehab enables clients to continue to work, attend school, or reside at home while undergoing treatment, including addiction counseling and recovery-focused life skills training. Evening, night, and weekend sessions are available at many facilities to ensure continuous access to care on the client's schedule. Many centers also offer ancillary services, such as career coaching and peer mentoring, to promote clients' sustained recovery and community integration. Higher-level outpatient treatment, including intensive outpatient (IOP) care, is also widely available.

Treatments

Individuals who suffer from alcoholism drink to the extent that they harm themselves or others and have an impaired ability to stop drinking. Their alcohol use disorder may be classified as mild, moderate, or severe. At any level, alcohol rehab in Missouri can help individuals overcome alcohol addiction. Treatment includes physiological, psychological, and social aspects to provide comprehensive care that leads to long-term recovery.

Substance abuse treatment programs in Missouri help individuals struggling with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. These programs utilize evidence-based therapies like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions. With a range of treatment options available, including outpatient, inpatient, and residential programs, you can find the right program to meet your unique needs and improve your quality of life.

Specialized dual-diagnosis addiction treatment programs in Missouri include inpatient residential rehab, outpatient, intensive outpatient, detox, and partial hospitalization programs. Offering a full continuum of care, their clinicians have the expertise to treat individuals with co-occurring substance use disorder and mental health conditions at the same time. The benefits of dual-diagnosis treatment are enhanced recovery outcomes, improved overall health and well-being, and it equips individuals with the information and skills required to sustain long-term sobriety.

Inpatient treatment provides mental health services with residency in the rehab facility for the duration of treatment. During treatment, you'll likely participate in evidence-based therapies like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), medication management, and skill development – all under the guidance of an expert mental health therapist. By focusing on both aspects of your mental health and treating your addiction, you'll gain vital skills to cope with cravings, manage stress, and prevent relapse. Family therapy or mindfulness training may also be available, which helps to improve mental health.

Programs

Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.

The providers who specialize in the children's rehab space understand the specialized needs that this population faces. School-based and social services such as tutoring and family counseling are often central to treatment. Child programs may also address the needs of youth experiencing substance abuse in the home, including a parent's or sibling's addiction.

Nearly one million adults age 65 and older live with a substance use disorder. Treatment providers who specialize in senior care understand the social, psychological, and physical effects of aging and how they relate to recovery. They can help clients address particular challenges and risks they may face as they get older such as overdosing and medication interactions and dependencies.

Clinical Services

The goal of cognitive behavioral therapy in Missouri is to help clients change their thinking and behavioral patterns. Strategies of treatment include role playing, facing fears, and calming techniques.

A complete course of dialectical behavior therapy typically takes six months. Skills training happens in a group setting. You'll also attend weekly individual treatment sessions to receive coaching from a therapist. You'll work on understanding and accepting your feelings and learn how to manage them to make positive changes.

Family therapy sessions help individual family members in Missouri learn to improve their communication skills and understand how the family dynamic is both affected by addiction and affects their loved one's addiction. Therapists work with individual members to identify and modify negative behaviors which helps create a more supportive home environment.

Peer support within a group therapy session in Missouri allows you to interact with your peers who are also struggling with drug addiction. You can share your stories and learn how to express your emotions openly in a non judgmental setting. These strategies help to reduce your feelings of isolation which are often associated with addiction.

In Missouri, therapists and patients work closely in individual therapy to address the personal challenges and triggers that drive addictive behavior. Using a customized approach helps foster self awareness so you can make positive changes toward a healthier, substance free life.

Horrible experience. I don’t recommend this place at all. I was referred by my primary care doctor for a stronger ADHD and anxiety medication as the ones he can prescribe weren’t doing the job. My first appointment was at 2:30 PM. They finally saw me at 5 PM. They spent 3 minutes talking with me and decided that I don’t have anxiety and ADHD (which I have been diagnosed with for 20 years) and rather decided I have a completely different diagnosis that I don’t even meet the DSM V criteria for. I expressed my concern with this, and they argued with me and told me why I was wrong and why I don’t have anxiety. I expressed that I couldn’t afford to pay them for weekly visits to monitor me on a medication that I don’t need. They were adamant that I wouldn’t have to pay for follow ups and just the initials. The medication prescribed came with a horrible side effect of vivid nightmares that only made my anxiety worse. They scheduled me for ADHD testing that they said I can do from my phone. Turns out when they send out the instructions you can’t. I had to schedule in person. To which they tried to charge me $65 since I didn’t have a laptop to complete it at home. They finally said “oh you’re right. No copay”. Then they want me to pay another $30 just to discuss the results that I have already had for 20 years. This place is a scam, and their main goal I appears to be to give you a new diagnosis to treat so they can keep you coming back to pay more money because the treatment doesn’t work because you don’t have that disorder. They do not listen to you about your current symptoms and will argue with you about why you don’t have those symptoms.
