Was referred by my doctor. They called me but I wasn't able to answer. I called them back, and they acted like they had no idea who called or what's going on. They called me again the next day. I answered, and they just hung up when I said hello. Called back, once again no one knows what's going on. How can you help people manage their mental health when you can't even handle patient appointments. The only thing this place is doing for my mental health is to make it worse.

Medication assisted treatment (MAT), including medication induction and maintenance, are common in outpatient care. Most facilities offer multiple levels of care to accommodate clients' evolving needs, including intensive outpatient (IOP) and standard outpatient programming.
Intensive Outpatient Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) are for those who want or need a very structured treatment program but who also wish to live at home and continue with certain responsibilities (such as work or school). IOP substance abuse treatment programs vary in duration and intensity, and certain outpatient rehab centers will offer individualized treatment programs.
Aftercare Support Clients receiving support in a rehab aftercare program typically have abstained from drugs or alcohol for a period of weeks or months and have completed high-level (often inpatient) treatment.
