Went for a procedure December of 2023 and gave birth April of 2024 and January 2025. Besides not being able to keep my placenta because of mix communication or no communication at all, my experiences with this hospital is a 10/10. Nurses are 10/10, doctors are 10/10. I trust this hospital with my life. The cafeteria though, they should give direction on how to order the food especially if you are ordering for you and your partner. Both times I have birth in this medical center, I wasn t asked what I wanted to do with the placenta and the cafeteria people were rude as if they needed the food to keep for themselves.

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Medicare is a federal program that provides health insurance for those 65 and older. It also serves people under 65 with chronic and disabling health challenges. To use Medicare for addiction treatment you need to find a program that accepts Medicare and is in network with your plan. Out of pocket costs and preauthorization requirements vary, so always check with your provider.

Medicaid is a state based program that helps lower-income individuals and families pay for healthcare. Medicaid covers addiction treatment so those enrolled can use their coverage to pay for rehab. When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Financial aid can take many forms. Centers may have grants or scholarships available to clients who meet eligibility requirements. Programs that receive SAMHSA grants may have financial aid available for those who need treatment as well. Grants and scholarships can help you pai for treatment without having to repay.

Military members, veterans, and eligible dependents have access to specific insurance programs that help them get the care they need. TRICARE and VA insurance can help you access low cost or no cost addiction and mental health treatment. Programs that accept military insurance often have targeted treatment focused on the unique challenges military members, veterans, and their families face.

Levels of Care

inpatient iconInpatient
Residential treatment programs are those that offer housing and meals in addition to substance abuse treatment. Rehab facilities that offer residential treatment allow patients to focus solely on recovery, in an environment totally separate from their lives. Some rehab centers specialize in short-term residential treatment (a few days to a week or two), while others solely provide treatment on a long-term basis (several weeks to months). Some offer both, and tailor treatment to the patient's individual requirements.

Treatments

Mental health rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from mental illnesses like bipolar disorder, clinical depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, and more. Mental health professionals at these facilities are trained to understand and treat mental health issues, both in individual and group settings.

Programs

adult-program thumbnail image
Adult Program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.

Clinical Services

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

Research clearly demonstrates that recovery is far more successful and sustainable when loved ones like family members participate in rehab and substance abuse treatment. Genetic factors may be at play when it comes to drug and alcohol addiction, as well as mental health issues. Family dynamics often play a critical role in addiction triggers, and if properly educated, family members can be a strong source of support when it comes to rehabilitation.

The NICU Department has been a true blessing for our family. The nurses and doctors are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They treat you like family and take such great care of our little one. Knowing our baby is in such capable hands gives us peace of mind, even when we have to leave. We are extremely grateful for their support and for making this challenging time so much smoother.

Waiting on transport to rehab since 2pm. Now 443. No one updates unless you go to nurses desk and ask. They showed up at 230 with a child's wheelchair for a 270lb man. Left work to be here. Then they said 3pm. At 320 I left went back to work. They called atc345 said 4pm. Now 445 on their way. Again had to ask. When I asked my diabetic dad whst he had for lunch, pasta potato salad pudding and peaches, sound diabetic to you???

Had to take my husband on Saturday 05/10/25 to Holy Name Hospital. I've been to this hospital countless times, bc I like it, their service overall is decent. So it seems hubby has a bad virus, not flu or covid but possibly a type of coronavirus. That day, there was a nurse, not sure if she was an LPN or CNA bc I couldnt see her tag well but her name was Keyla Silva and she was stellar! I have never written a review about a nurse but she was awesome! So kind, caring, helpful and I really felt that she was genuine and wanted to help. she offered us both warm blankets, a pillow for my husband, water, etc. she took off my husbands socks and put the hospital ones on him, like I could've done that myself but she insisted and I thought, this is different, this is a nurse that cares. She checked on us several times, more so than the actual nurse. Not to disparage the RNs but after a while it just becomes common place to do well but not always go above and beyond and that could be because they already work a lot and are tired. But Keyla was the sweetest, friendliest nurse and I just wanted to commend her because it made a huge difference in our night. Thank you Keyla, I hope your superiors acknowledge your hard work. You're definitely a special nurse that people will remember.

If I could give this hospital a zero star I would. There is no sense of urgency here, nurses are terrible and give false information, and is a terrible place overall. I came for an MRI which the nurses said I would be able to do today. I have previously had an X ray done at urgent care which I let them know. They made me wait over an hour just for them to schedule another x ray without letting know, and telling me I couldn’t do MRI.

Disrespectful call lines with the backing of there supervisors, they'll flip it on you or basically there supervisors are gonna supervise you not there operators. Ridiculous, cancelling my appointment. All of they're replies jokingly say call us back at there ending in 3000 number i promise you this is an automated end message to make them look professional and to make them look good, this place is far from caring for your needs and professionalism is not a requirement to work at this hospital.

Left to sit in unimaginable pain by a hospitalist that went home and never submitted orders. When it was found out I had no orders the NP that took over for the physician who failed me, NP Fuchs did ZERO and allowed me to sit in pain after knowing mistakes were made because she was afraid to order medicine. Yes, Holy Name put a NP as my hospitalist and she could not order medicine leaving me hours and hours of pain and nothing done. The standard of care at Holy Name fell well short of caring for this patient. My recourse is to file with the state and do reviews like this so that the next unsuspecting patient does not go through what I was FORCED TO ENDURE AT THE HANDS OF A SADIST. MY RIGHTS WERE VIOLATED AT NOT ONE PERSON CARED

Updating my review as things have turned around. Appreciate the help from the Director of the infusion center Len who has helped remove the hurdles that delayed my treatment process. The infusion center is so clean and newly renovated. Had the pleasure of receiving great bed side manners from nurse Tiffany B. She is probably the most caring, gentle, and kind nurse I’ve ever met.
