Overall, I had a very positive experience and was impressed by the hospital’s excellent service, cleanliness, and professionalism.I checked in at approximately 10:10 a.m., and Pat, who registered me, was very kind, welcoming, and helpful. She made the registration process comfortable and easy.During my visit, I underwent a Coronary CT Angiography (CCTA), which uses computed tomography to take detailed images of the heart and coronary arteries. During the examination, Lorna, the CT scan technician, administered medication to help slow my heart rate so the images could be taken properly. Lorna was very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. She did an excellent job explaining and handling the procedure. She is originally from the Philippines.The X-ray technician was also very nice, professional, and helpful.The hospital floors and facilities were very clean, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my visit. The only concern was that it took some time to get my appointment. Hopefully, in the future, appointments can be scheduled a little earlier.Overall, I am very happy with my experience at Holy Name Hospital and truly appreciate the kindness, professionalism, and excellent care provided by the staff. My mother recommended JFCS after having a good experience with a mental health issue years before, and I entered therapy with one of the professionals at the services. It was a lifesaver. I was able little by little to find my way through grief and manage things (as far as I can). I don't think I would be able to even type these words if not for the good people at JFCS. Thank you! I thibk due to the telahealth aspect people are more willing to dig into there traumas and passed. I can only hope they 1 day accept medicaid again not only for me but all the other addicts and alcoholics who cant afford insurance to 1 day be able to receive treatment in the same manor I did. I’ve been there before bc I had my original surgery on my intestines there 15 ya . This time I came back to having emergency surgery for a blockage. The original admitting staff was so quick with getting my surgeon to me. By the time he got there he was up to date on my scans etc rushed me into surgery saying they would explore first then try to fix any issue . My recovery was in a beautiful wing had my own room . The nurses were amazing specifically Morgan , Danielle . Victoria and Raasha . All of the primary care techs were also great. After a a terrible two months in the hospital, my dad had weakened his swallow muscles and couldn’t eat or drink. He had a stomach feeding tube when he entered the rehab facility. He wasn’t walking independently but Amanda Burkart, the speech pathologist at Christian health brought so much energy, positivity and consistency in her care that my dad started eating and drinking and passed his swallow test. The nurse and care staff: Jetta, Nancy, Akina and Marwa were all so attentive and caring. I also appreciated Trisha who helped me manage all the follow up appointments for my dad.
