JABA Club Inc

The Jacksonville Benevolence Association (JABA) was formed in 1982 as a sober club of people who met for meetings. Over the years, it has evolved into a meeting clubhouse, a sober living facility, and an event space used for sober events. 

Serving the community of Jacksonville, Florida, you’ll find 12 step meetings and sober living quarters at this location. They’re also building a new sober living facility called House of Miracles. 

The current residential addiction treatment program is for men in the early stages of their recovery. It’s important to note this is not a clinical treatment program.

Easily Accessible From Central Jacksonville

Located in the Spring Park area of Jacksonville, JABA Club is in close proximity to San Marco and St. Nicholas neighborhoods. Cuba Hunter Park and the St. Johns River are nearby and could serve as a calming green space to incorporate into your recovery. It’s also in a great location if you’re coming from main roads or central Jacksonville.

A Welcoming Judgment Free Zone

JABA Club offers a variety of men’s, women’s, and co-ed peer support groups. They are offered seven days per week several times throughout the day. The JABA sober living home is a residential structured sober living environment that promotes personal growth. 

Residents who live here are expected to attend 12 step meetings, maintain employment, secure a sponsor and participate in service work. The JABA Club also provides community service hours for individuals who have requirements set by the Duval County Probation Department.
