I ve been a loyal customer at this hotel every week for work. I love staying here because the rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff is great, and it s safe and convenient. However, I will no longer be staying here because they started charging customers to park here. It s already a bit on the pricey side, but I have gladly paid it because of the consistent quality. I will not pay $10/day extra just to park my car, though, so Courtyard has just lost me as a frequent guest. So disappointed Noteworthy details: Be prepared to pay $10/day to park here now!

Note parking is advertised as $10, but it is more than $10 because you are forced to pay via a third-party app which charges a convenience fee and, of course, sales tax.Noteworthy details: Note parking is advertised as $10, but it is more than $10 because you are forced to pay via a third-party app which charges a convenience fee and, of course, sales tax.

Other Forms of Payment

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Addiction Treatments

Treatments

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

Drug addiction causes psychological and physical damage through repeated and uncontrollable use of substances. Drug rehab in West Virginia focuses on providing a full continuum of care, from detox to aftercare, and treatment can take place in outpatient or inpatient settings, based on your needs.

A combined mental health and substance abuse rehab has the staff and resources available to handle individuals with both mental health and substance abuse issues. It can be challenging to determine where a specific symptom stems from (a mental health issue or an issue related to substance abuse), so mental health and substance abuse professionals are helpful in detangling symptoms and keeping treatment on track.

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

Programs

Adult Program

Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.

Young Adult Program

Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Clinical Services

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

Dude you guys are missing the whole part of Parking Validation Please get with any other Hotel manager /brand at any 'real' destination city and the charge people who use the parking spots /ticket them and the people who are loyal brand hotel members that stay, you validate their parking for staying at your damn hotel I'm staying at the Hampton in Gallopolis instead on my return leg. They have 2 luggage carts and don't charge you for parking there if you stay at the hotel. How it's supposed to work Hopefully your staff will get off ass and keep the damn carts at the entrance Some people travel with kids and you make it really damn inconvenient when there isn't a cart to be found on premises

Ok Marriott Town center what the blazes are you doing with your parking? I suspect because I wasn't born yesterday you want to capitalize on folk who park in your lot for events in downtown/town center area who don't stay in your hotel. Great I get that, but the whole damn point of validation and validating parking is so the people who create business revenue by staying at your hotel can get their parking validated by staying at your hotel. I've stayed at downtown San Diego, Bourbon Street, and Tampa and that's how this is supposed to work. You charging a room rate +$10 +tax and fees for loyal customers to the Marriott brand. This is how you lose loyalty. Also y'all need to work on baggage cart game. Like you have 1 busted ass cart for the whole hotel. Not cool. I travel to and from NC to MI at least 5 times a year and stay here consistently but you have forced me to look elsewhere.

Great location downtown Charleston. Nice outdoor space with views of the River. Decent amenities. Pay attention to the parking signs! You must pre-pay for parking. Very friendly staff.

This hotel has the potential to be nice but my room refrigerator wasn’t working and the hotel staff wanted me to troubleshoot the refrigerator as if I was maintenance and on the payroll.

I had another great stay at the Courtyard! The staff here is always welcoming and friendly, making sure guests feel right at home. The rooms are consistently clean and well-maintained, and the outdoor area is a nice spot to relax. What really stands out, though, is the manager—she genuinely cares about her guests and goes above and beyond to ensure everyone has a great experience. It’s always nice to stay somewhere that makes customer service a priority. Definitely a solid choice!
