This is a nice PHP. Now I’m not gonna sugar coat, it’s a rigorous program with a back to back schedule, at least till your IOP. Outings are mandatory on Saturday for all PHP. The Techs here are amazing. And you will have some problems while you’re here, which is to be expected with the large group of people here. It’s not all rainbows and kittens either. it’s a recovery program, you are gonna have bad days were you won’t like anyone, you’ll think everyone’s out to get you. But it’s never as bad as you make it. It’s only as bad as you let it be. It’s your choice to make the best of your recovery, and you can’t get upset with higher ups for your mess-ups in treatment. They are here to help you, not to be your friend. So keep that in mind when you mess up because it’s bound to happen at least once we’re humans navigating through our lowest of life. If you work the program right and put in the work all will work out for you. Stephanie and Meg are gonna seem like an opp to you at some point here but it’s only because they truly care for the clients here and want to see everyone succeed . So at times what they decide for you may seem harsh it’s for your own good wether you recognize it at the time or not they are here to help you not let you fall.

Accepted Insurance

Olympic Behavioral Health works with several private insurance providers and also accepts private payments when possible, please contact to verify your specific insurance provider.

Other Forms of Payment

Financing your treatment can make treatment more accessible. You'll work with your care provider to set up payment plans, including interest rates and repayment timelines. Financing options vary widely and not all programs offer them, so be sure to get the full details before enrolling in treatment. If you have insurance or other benefits, financing may help you cover your remaining out of pocket expenses.

Military members, veterans, and eligible dependents have access to specific insurance programs that help them get the care they need. TRICARE and VA insurance can help you access low cost or no cost addiction and mental health treatment. Programs that accept military insurance often have targeted treatment focused on the unique challenges military members, veterans, and their families face.

Per session payment lets you pay for each treatment at the time of service. You may also pay for a certain number of sessions up front and then pay for more if needed. This format allows you to tailor the financial investment to your specific needs and avoid having a large lump sum payment due at the end of the treatment program.

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Sliding scale payments are based on a client's income and family size. The goal is to make treatment affordable to everyone. By taking these factors into account, addiction recovery care providers help ensure that your treatment does not become a financial burden to you or your family, eliminating one barrier to care.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

12-step icon12-Step

12 step programs support recovery through emotional, psychological, and spiritual development to address the root causes of addiction. These programs are peer directed, with participants regularly attending 12 step meetings, which are anonymous, free, and accessible day and night, year-round. Recovery is based on "working the steps" to understand the source of addiction, take accountability for one's life choices, and relinquish control for that which cannot be changed. Age-specific, gender-separate, and other specialized programs are widely available.

aftercare iconAftercare Support

Rehab aftercare programs are a collection of highly individualized services designed to promote long-term recovery. These services evolve as your needs change. Case managers and recovery teams typically begin formulating the rehab aftercare service plan early in the recovery process to facilitate your reintegration back into the home, workplace, and community.

intensive-outpatient iconIntensive Outpatient

Intensive outpatient programs (IOP) involve frequent and robust therapeutic sessions for clients requiring high-level care. Clients may engage in a combination of medication assisted treatment (MAT), addiction counseling, recovery skills training, and holistic therapies for a minimum of nine and a maximum of 20 hours per week. Intensive outpatient rehab is designed primarily for persons in early recovery, those exiting detox or inpatient care, and those at an elevated relapse risk.

medically-assisted-detox iconMedically Assisted Detox

The first step of the recovery process involves the removal of all drugs and alcohol from your system while under 24/7 medical supervision. Known as a medically assisted detox, you are closely monitored by medical staff who can provide medications, if necessary, to help alleviate any potential withdrawal symptoms. Medical detox is usually followed by a period of inpatient addiction treatment.

outpatient iconOutpatient

Outpatient rehabs encompass multiple levels of care to facilitate clients' progress through their recovery journey. Clients who are stepping down from inpatient treatment may require intensive outpatient (IOP) treatment, which involves more frequent and substantive therapeutic interventions than does standard outpatient care. Outpatient centers typically provide extensive addiction counseling, including individual, group, and family therapy. Medication assisted treatment programs (MAT) and recovery-focused life skills training are also common in outpatient care.

partial-hospitalization iconPartial Hospitalization Program

Often referred to as "day treatment," a partial hospitalization program (PHP) offers an intensive treatment option that allows individuals to return home at night. PHP treatment typically requires a minimum of 20 hours a week for an average of 90 days. Participants attend daily therapeutic sessions, receive medication management, and have access to skilled medical professionals. While costs can vary, most insurance will fully or partially cover a partial hospitalization program.

sober-living iconSober Living Homes

A sober living home in Florida often serves as a transitional residence for individuals coming out of inpatient rehab. This helps those in recovery avoid isolation that can sometimes happen after they return home from treatment. It offers a supportive environment where they can practice skills learned in rehab. Offering a combination of structure and freedom, men's or women's sober living is a good stepping stone to independent life in recovery.

inpatient iconInpatient

Clients typically choose inpatient rehab when they are in early recovery or are experiencing a crisis that puts them at an increased risk of relapse. They reside at the treatment center for the length of their program, which may range from two weeks to more than 18 months, depending on the program design. Intensive psychotherapy is often the primary treatment modality, but clients in inpatient care may also receive holistic treatment and recovery-focused life skills training.

Treatments

When a person has alcohol use disorder (AUD), also referred to as alcoholism or alcohol addiction, they experience withdrawal symptoms when they stop drinking. This physical dependence results from overuse of alcohol, which may be used as a coping mechanism or escape. Individuals who have AUD can overcome the alcohol addiction through alcohol rehab in Florida. This treatment process involves essential therapy and supports to help the individual achieve and maintain recovery.

Drug rehab in Florida provides quality treatment to help individuals overcome dependency related to a wide range of addictive substances. Programs address both the physical and mental aspects of addiction in order to help you make a full recovery.

In Florida, dual-diagnosis addiction treatment treats mental health and substance use disorders concurrently to enhance successful recovery outcomes and improve overall health. Specialized rehab programs include medical detox, outpatient, residential treatment, and intensive outpatient programs. Using evidence-based therapies, like dialectical behavioral therapy or medication-assisted treatment, clinicians successfully treat dual-diagnosis addiction and mental health conditions. Other activities include group therapy and skills training, to equip you with the skills required to achieve and sustain your recovery.

When you have a mental health disorder and an addiction, it's known as a co-occurring disorder. Since treating both conditions at the same time is critical, you'll want to seek out a dual diagnosis treatment center. These specialized rehabs offer the care needed to overcome both disorders, which drastically increases your chances of success in long-term recovery. Types of therapies provided tend to include individual and group counseling, relapse prevention education, coping skills training, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

mental-health iconMental Health And Substance Abuse
opium iconOpioid Addiction

In Florida, substance abuse treatment focuses on treating mental health and substance use disorders concurrently to improve recovery outcomes and overall health. Levels of care include medical detox, outpatient, residential treatment, and intensive outpatient programs. Clinicians utilize evidence-based therapies such as dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) or medication-assisted treatment, group therapy, and skills training activities. This comprehensive approach to treatment helps to ensure sustained recovery.

Programs

adult-program thumbnail image

Adult Program

Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.
program-for-men thumbnail image

Program For Men

Men face specific challenges and concerns when seeking addiction treatment. Gender-specific recovery programs help them tackle these issues head-on in an environment that's focused, targeted, and distraction-free. It also gives them the opportunity to connect with and learn from other men who have been through a similar journey and can offer support for the next step.
program-for-women thumbnail image

Program For Women

Rehabs for women provide a safe, nurturing space for female clients to heal. These treatment programs consider the specific obstacles that women can face during recovery and place a special emphasis on mental, social, physical, and reproductive health. They explore how each woman's experience has shaped the trajectory of their substance use, addressing issues such as sexual abuse and past trauma.
young-adult-program thumbnail image

Young Adult Program

Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.
lgbtq-program thumbnail image

LGBTQ Program

Recovery is most successful when clients feel accepted and validated by their peers and treatment providers. Facilities that offer LGBTQ-inclusive programming are committed to creating a safe space where everyone can grow and recover without fear of judgment or discrimination. They will have dedicated policies in place to create a safe and supportive environment that fosters free expression.

Clinical Services

Therapists who apply cognitive behavioral therapy in Florida believe patient thoughts and behaviors are closely linked. They use this treatment method to help clients change their thought patterns so they can also change behaviors and break free from substance abuse.

Dialectical behavior therapy in Florida consists of individual therapy and group instruction. This structured program is a form of psychotherapy that incorporates the development of skills for managing emotions and relationships.

eye-movement iconEye Movement Desensitization And Reprocessing

During family therapy sessions, you navigate the complexities of addiction and are provided tools to help improve communication and resolve conflicts. When you work together, families can better support their loved one's recovery and restore balance and harmony within the household.

Group therapy provides a safe and supportive environment for people in Florida who are struggling with drug addiction. There you can openly discuss the challenges and progress you're making without fear of judgment from your peers who experience many of the same things you are.

Individual therapy often includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. This is a structured approach to identifying and changing negative thought patterns. During therapy you learn how what you think drives your actions so you can develop healthier coping strategies to manage addiction triggers and reduce drug use.

As a short term therapeutic method, motivational interviewing in Florida requires only a couple of sessions. During these sessions, you'll have the opportunity to talk about your circumstances and any discrepancies between your current situation and future goals. You'll then decide for yourself what changes you want to make.

Substance abuse creates biochemical imbalances in your body and brain. By implementing dietary changes, you can restore that balance. This is the goal of nutrition therapy in Florida. You'll gain an understanding of what nutrients your body needs and learn best self care practices.

Trauma therapy helps you work through the psychological impact that traumatic events have had on your life. Your therapist helps you identify the physical, emotional, and mental triggers and develop coping mechanisms. This helps rebuild a sense of safety and trust in yourself and others.

The staff tends to cause problems and act immature. Too problematic at times and although some staff is cool some others are too much. This is from someone outside noticing stuff in and I dont appreciate their behavior.

What a beautiful, family style program this place is! From the staff that clients deal with everyday, the facilitators and therapists, all the way to the top, I received nothing but love! They also never once gave up on me and my journey. What’s more impressive is that I definitely did not make it easy to stick by my side and yet they did anyway. Very comfortable housing and accommodations, fun outings multiple times a week and in depth, meaningful groups make this program thrive but I have to say my favorite part of the whole experience is the camaraderie within the community. There is very little divide between management, alumni and current clients and it creates a great space for continued care. Once you join this family you’re always a part of this family! I highly recommend Olympic to anyone in need of help, whether that be with substances or mental health.

Response from the ownerInvalid relative date format:
Tyler-<br><br>Thank you for sharing such a heartfelt and honest review. It’s incredibly powerful to hear how deeply supported you felt, even during the toughest parts of your journey. The sense of community, unwavering support from staff, and meaningful programming at Olympic really shine through in your words. Olympic Behavioral Health is a treatment center that sets itself apart from the norm of rehabs. Having gone there myself I can say they have the best clinical therapy team in Palm Beach County, if not the county. Not only are their clinicians exceptional at what they do, but they truly care about their clients. On top of that their groups are extremely beneficial. This is due to the facilitators who can combine psycho-education, group therapy, and fun in a way unlike most facilitators are capable of. I’d highly recommend Olympic to anyone struggling with addiction or mental health.

My Name is Tadhg. I came to Olympic Behavioral Center at the end of January in 2024. I was a mess lol. I had no idea where I was going or what I was doing in life. I'd came down from NY and was lost in life. I can't say enough good things about these guy and how the helped me build my life back up and now it's better than I ever had it. The teach of self awareness and to look I side you for the answers. And what I found was the best version of myself I could ever wish for. Thanks to Olympic they gave me a life I never new I could have. There whole team were always there to support me and pick me up and motivat me when I was feeling down. They pointed me in the right direction for sure and showed me how to manage situation rather than me going for a drink. I'm a year and 5 mounts sober today and I have my own construction company set up down here. I have me kids back in my life and my mother is so happy and relieved who I am today. Thank you so much. I'm sorry I wish there was another option to give 10 stars. Love you guys always. And thanks

I would like to take a few minutes to share my gratitude for a program that is beyond belief. I know you hear about facilities that have this and that one has that, but in my life I’ve never seen an organization (treatment or not) that cares so much about the wellbeing of their clients. All of the staff come to work each and every day with your best interests at heart! The Director of Operations has an open door policy, and unlike some places she welcomes you in and makes you feel heard! The therapists, facilitators, case managers, alumni coordinators, technicians, nurses, and all other support staff are wonderful! They go out of their way to see you succeed and recover. I can’t say enough about the experience I’ve had at Olympic! I owe so much to them! Thank you so much for everything you guys did for me. - Jesse
