Totally out of the blue and for no reason this DO and her MA ( whom the DO lets act in the capacity of a Registered Nurse) refused to refill prescription medication. I was forced to take my son to the ER whom became involved in this farce. Despite ER intervention this DO just absolutely refused to even speak with us about why she was just shutting us down. Absolute uncaring behaviors towards her patients. Leaves her patients hanging without care. We were fortunate to locate another provider who immediately stepped in to help. Avoid this DO and her managing ma (Nancy). UPDATE The Dr./do arrested by federal agents last week on felony charges of inappropriate, illegal narcotic prescribing. I'm surprised it's taken this long. Did no wrong but I'm sure you understand I was not allowed to do anything at that time. The ER did very little intervening from my point of view.

Dr Norris is incredible. She cares deeply for her patients and advocates for them. I feel like I matter to her. The treatments she performs on me have me feeling so much better than when I arrived. Shes a godsend to the body, mind and spir>t.

This place. The employees. Dr Norris, NO DOUBT SAVED MY LIFE. I finally got the medication i feel i really need which isnt by self medicating OR abusing my medication. I just couldnt be any happier or any more proud to say Doc saved my life 1000%
