About RES Physical Medicine & Rehab

RES Physical Medicine & Rehab in Buffalo, New York, provides pain management, medical treatment and rehabilitation including treatment for opioid addiction. They are located in a multitenant facility with free onsite parking. Your treatment is within walking distance of several restaurants, retail stores and local businesses.

There are also several green spaces nearby worth visiting including Ellicott Creek Park, Charles Burchfield Nature & Art Center and Reinstein Woods Nature Preserve.

MAT and Counseling for Prescription Drug and Opioid Addiction

At RES, they provide treatment and counseling services when you are struggling with withdrawal symptoms from prescription drug addiction and opioid addiction. I find it good to know that they provide treatment from doctors who specialize in suboxone treatment.

MAT treatment will assist you in reducing cravings and other painful or uncomfortable symptoms associated with withdrawal.

Prolotherapy for Chronic Pain

I like that they also offer unique pain management and treatment services including Prolotherapy. This helps repair and address chronic pain in your joints, tendons or ligaments through an injectable solution directly into the injured area. This form of treatment can help back pain, headaches/migraines, injuries and other areas of chronic pain.

My fiancé came here for two appointments after his car accident. The PA we saw was an older woman—her name was either Jessica or Jennifer—but she was probably the nastiest “professional” we’ve ever encountered. She was very condescending, and smirked when he struggled to stand up due to his injuries. She was a vile woman with absolutely zero empathy for others. I’m a nurse practitioner, and frankly, her behavior and attitude gave the impression of someone who should be a patient in a substance abuse program, not a provider. They offer very limited treatment options here—I honestly have no idea how they even operate. If you’ve been in an accident, go somewhere that will actually help you—like a physical therapist or any clinic that offers treatments that actually work. Needless to say, we will not be returning. We’ll be warning friends and family and informing our regular doctor about this establishment and its low-quality providers so he doesn’t refer anyone else here. The only positive part of our visit was the kind older woman at the front desk and the younger staff who took vitals—they were polite and professional. But aside from those very brief interactions, this place is absolutely not worth it. I’d give it 0/10 stars if I could.

Do NOT ever rent from them ever. The “manager” Lindsay literally forgot she managed my building and she has been working there for a year. This woman seems like she is constantly on so much medication because she cannot remember one single thing. I call about a problem with no heat and she can’t even remember the following day. Have only seen her one time. Otherwise she just sends her minions to do her work for her. Place is a joke.

This organization has a history of issues with Service Dogs. Found them to be really ignorant and difficult to work with. Per EEOC and DHR they have had other Service Dog Complaints. This is proceeding to litigation, so if you have Service Dog Issues, contact EEOC and DHR because the fine goes up every time they break the law and it gets documented. Also, engaged in patient abandonment, for which a complaint is being filed with the NYS Medical Board Office of the Professions. Also withheld medical records in violation of HIPAA.
