Spravato Treatment for Depression
The center offers Spravato treatments for major depressive disorder. These treatments have proven to be effective for individuals who have been resistant to previous treatments and medications.
The nasal spray quickly alters brain chemistry to reduce feelings of hopelessness, sadness, and indifference. Levels of norepinephrine and serotonin are increased which reduces depression. Clients will participate in talk therapy in addition to Spravato treatments.
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Treatment
Transcranial magnetic stimulation uses a repetitive magnetic pulse to stimulate the area of your brain that produces mood regulating neurotransmitters.These outpatient treatments are administered five days per week for four to six weeks and lasts for 40 minutes.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Aina and the entire staff. From the very first appointment, I felt listened to, respected, and genuinely cared for. The psychiatrist is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough, and takes the time to truly understand the whole person rather than simply focusing on symptoms or quickly prescribing medication. He has an incredible medical mind and doesn't just prescribe meds, but talks to you as a human being to assertion what is causing symptoms so he can get to the root cause and come up with practical solutions.
What really stands out is the level of professionalism and personal attention. Appointments never feel rushed, and I always feel that my concerns are taken seriously. The treatment approach is thoughtful, individualized, and based on what is actually best for the patient. I always feel like Dr. Aina truly has my best interest at heart.
The staff is equally outstanding. Staff are friendly, professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. They make what can sometimes be a difficult or stressful process much easier and more comfortable.
I would highly recommend this psychiatrist and staff to anyone looking for excellent mental-health care. It is rare to find a practice where the doctor and staff are consistently compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly invested in their patients. I am extremely grateful for the care I have received.
