Compassionate Counseling Consortium
David is the facilitator for the Compassionate Counseling Consortium. This organization is formed by a group of clinicians who charge $5 for each session to clients who are unable to pay for counseling.
Consortium objectives include providing mental health for those who cannot afford it, providing services to those who have been treated with prejudice by other providers, and offering needed services to those who haven’t been successful with other treatments.

I've known David as a peer almost 14 years and he is the go to therapist for hard core addiction. He understands it and has great compassion. He's great with teenagers and I've referred many of my clients to him when they needed counseling in addition to the Somatic Trauma Release that I do. Working jointly with David has been great for my clients and they all have incredible things to say about him.

His office was very rude and they told me they didn't have any information on what insurance they took. Then the rude receptionist proceeded to tell me to call back after I've called my insurance company. I wont be going to this office or recommending it to ANYBODY ELSE !!!
I apologize for the limits on my immediate response. I'm an independent behavioral clinician who accepts Medicaid (member of a dying breed) providing a significant measure of pediatric care to local kids (age 5-12) on Medicaid. I have to rely on a simple answering service to help with incoming calls. The remainder of my practice is private pay, and most insurance companies reimburse my patients with the professional invoices I provide. If you wish, I will call you directly before the day is over to assist with finding the right help if I'm unable to provide it for you.
