Eastwood Clinics – Conner House

I was treated at Samaritan center for my mental health back in May this year, the staff was great and nice.

The second day being here, I was physically attacked by a nurse because she was talking inappropriately towards me, and I decided to pull out my cellphone and record her. Once she saw that she was being recorded, she panicked! She immediately pushed away from her desk as she stood up, walked around her table, and once she entered striking range, she attacked... she went right at my phone, attempting to take it from me or break it by knocking it to the floor. I struggled with her as she grew angrier and angrier... she began to squeeze my fingers and tried to pressure me into giving her my phone. She shoved me into the hallway BACKWARD (I was in wheelchair)....I WAS IN FEAR.... After a few minutes of me talking her down, she calmed down and then proceeded to act normal! I was afraid and confused as to what to do... once she calmed down, she seemed like a totally different person... but I had seen the other side of this woman and that mean side could pop out in an instant... Also, 80% of the staff is there only for a paycheck and the least amount of work they can do, they will do... don't come here if you're in need because THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR NEEDS!!! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE END OF THEIR 12HR WORK SHIFT... Anything between the punching in and punching out is, to them, a distraction to be avoided! (addem: the few staff members who are actually there to help and assist, DO INDEED TAKE THEIR JOBS SERIOUSLY, but they too will admit that they are outnumbered by the incompetent staff members)!!!

I had a WIC appointment there and the lady who helped me is very very sweet
