Everybody is very nice and patient and all the doctors have great personalities and very professional did some fillings f9r my teeth recently and very easy and quick process

I Got the opportunity to check in with the rudest red headed young gal behind the front desk, working the evening shifts. Then, was checked in by a male triage nurse, that obviously needs a bit more training on how to decide who gets priority. He also asked me several times, why I was there. This was after he had taken my BP which was highly elevated, severe tachycardia, syncope and I had told him that I believe I could have a spontaneous spinal fluid leak coming out of my nose. Which can be common with my genetic condition. He said “so, why did you come here”? Seriously..? I was then placed back in the waiting room, for well over 2 hours, waiting to be seen. There was also a gentleman in the waiting room when I arrived. He was severely vomiting everywhere. He had to ask registration gals to get him a vomit bag, after they sat and watched what was happening with him for quite some time, and they just sat back looking at the sick man, whispering to each other. It took 30 minutes, for someone to come clean up the vomit all over the waiting room floor. I was feeling so bad for this man, he was laying down on couch behind me at this point. I got up and went over and asked him if he needed a blanket or anything. He said, “No, I am warm enough thank you, but I sure would like to see a doctor. I have been here in the waiting room for over 4 hours now”. ( My goodness, show the poor man to a bathroom that he can use, until he’s called back to be seen). I couldn’t believe it! At this point, I had been there for 1.5 hours myself. Then a gentleman brings in his elderly mother because she can’t breathe. The registration gal told him to go sit in waiting. The gentleman said, “ I would think, someone that can’t breathe, would be seen immediately”. The registration gal said, “sir, I’m aware”! So, he took his mom, in her wheelchair, and sat in waiting. This poor woman was wheezing so bad, and very pale. She definitely could not breathe. It took them about 10 minutes to call her back, which is good, because a second longer… they almost saw MY flip side! I watched the registration ladies be rude to almost everyone in there, to the point they were rolling their eyes, talking amongst each other about patients (in a joking fashion), and also would open the door to triage, and joke with the triage nurse about patients. It Made me absolutely sick watching all of this. At this point, I had been there well over two hours in waiting, so I stood up and walked out. (Myself, Being the fourth person to get up and walk out of that waiting room since I had arrived). I was actually afraid that I would possibly be called back, before the gentleman that had been there for Over five hours waiting, and very sick!! I was obviously sick myself, but I have been a healthcare provider throughout my life, and have Never been so disgusted with staff that works for an ER, or staff that the ER decides to represent themselves with! What ever happened to kind, caring and compassionate? Now that, Would be the definition of somebody who belongs in the healthcare field, even when it comes to registration and triage nurses!

Staff was attentive, prompt, and courteous. I've been to a few hospitals in very large cities and I was never treated as well as I was here in Helena. Thank you so much for your kindness as I worried about my wife like a momma bird. You all helped her get through a painful time. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

My favorite second hand store. It is clean well organized and prices are very reasonable. Also they are helping people in need both physically and spiritually. This store is a real asset for the community.

You are not going to find a better Crisis center ..... absolutely the best care I've had for horrific PTSD EVER I felt that compared to other places I used to have to take my ex-wife and once when I got divorced....hands down no comparison....incredible care and loving nonjudgmental staff and I was acting pretty darned weird due to Trauma response......do your self a Favor and don't go it alone it took 30 years for me to get help like this. The rest is up too you God bless.

Their professional therapy and case management services, care, and support has been life changing for my family. The staff at Winds of Change have been a cornerstone for my family member's recovery from being hospitalized for mental health treatment.

I thought the programming and services were good. I actually found the staff to be very friendly and accepting of real diversity. Which unfortunately I did not find the rest of the town to be so much as. I admit at first I didn't like having to go to recovery mall. But I got used to it. Sometimes I miss the question they used to ask. As to what change in diet everybody wants. And of course everybody would say along with me more beef. The only thing I didn't like. Was that when I moved out. I did it with somebody I met there. And it turned out to end up being a mistake. Also when I came out. I noticed some people that I talked to. Did not want to talk to me anymore. But other than a few clients I think the service and program is good. To those of you who give the reviews. Especially the ones of a more negative nature. Keep in mind that living in a group home requires some adapting. If you have a preference for living on your own and making your own rules. Of course you're not going to like this living arrangement to much. In general they provided a good one.

I've had good and I've had bad when it comes to the VA system and the people at the VA clinic are the best. Interested in my welfare? More like a cheering squad for doing better than getting by and living more than just surviving. great coaches and encouragement, summoning new & unknown programs to help me with a flick of the speedi dial fingertip.

In a place where I felt I needed someone- Tiana was my go to. She was my rock when my world felt so unstable.

Do not recommend. Therapist, goes by the name Linda.very damaging to families and homes. She gives no d*** about helping mental health. She only cares about a paycheck. I suggest you find a therapist with a heart. And in my own personal opinion, I believe she always takes the women inside. She has some vendetta against men. Just my opinion of her. It seems like instead of finding out who you are. She only wants to tell you who you should be. And I don't think that that's very healthy as individuals. She told me that i'm too much and I need to Be less... Of course, that's not word-for-word but around about..

All but two of the TT’s were amazing, and seemed very invested in patient recoveries, My counselor was both empathetic and challenging. And created a safe space for me to be honest with myself and her. I have been to this treatment center three times now. Every time I have gotten a lot out of it, but this last time changed my life. Sometimes I think people confuse treatment with a vacation and a spa. But if you are willing to try and do the work necessary, they Will go so far for you. But of course, they are not gonna work harder than you’re willing to work. I can’t say enough about the Case Manager currently she went above and Beyond for me. She had a massive impact on my heart, My life and my recovery. My counselor Case Manager, and the Director all made me feel like a priority. And sometimes I struggle with myself a priority. It meant the world to me.

This place teaches alot of useful skills like anger management, meditation, and focuses alot on mental health not just about staying sober. Teaches alot of relationship skills ect, Staff are all really kind and the rooms and showers are big and nice. It's alot better then I thought, but I wasn't forced into going, left early and didn't make it to graduate but been sober ever since the ninth and My relationships have improved let alone My physical health. I Absolutely Do recommend this place to anyone who wants to get sober and stay sober!! Thank you mcdc they saved my life! Hope I never need to go again but if I did I would go happily!

When I went to MCDC, I was younger and it was in the other building. I hated it when I went through and I was court ordered both times I did. Now that I have overcome my addictions through Gods grace, I can see where the staff was coming from and also understand that they are human beings that grow as they help us to. I would say that for anyone that is serious about getting sober, this is a good place and willingness to do what is best for yourself rather than what you want to do is a big part of recovery. Trust the process, and know as long as your looking towards the light, which I have come to know is the Son of God, Jesus Christ, than all the hard things will be used to strengthen you and make you more resilient.

Taught my first born so much & also stuff I learned from them as well! Amazing program, for people who can’t afford daycare costs. My second born is in there now & I can’t wait for him to learn a lot too. Good place to work as well!
