Courteous and caring team, interested in our personal well being and mental health. This business has improved 100% in terms of their behind the scenes scheduling, etc. I have established a level of trust with Dr. Mushtaq. I am learning to trust them to guide my my progress. I am comforted by this knowledgeable team.

The office itself is impossible to get a hold of - their voicemail isn't properly set up and they rarely pick up the phone, so I would have to wait for them to call me if I needed to change an appointment or ask a question. I saw several different psychiatrists with them, and it was clear that they did not listen to a word I said in our appointments, often asking me the same questions multiple times throughout a ten minute appointment. It was also always implied to me that the goal was to get off medication someday, and I was made to feel like being on medication was a bad thing, which is incredibly irresponsible as a medical/mental health provider. When I informed them that I would no longer be seeing them and had found a new provider, they let me know that if you are "terminated" in their system, you are not allowed to use their services again in the future. It was very manipulative and poorly run, and could be incredibly detrimental to the mental health of someone who is struggling to find proper support.
