During detox, you’ll be under medical supervision to help assist if the medical team needs to intervene during the beginning stages of your early journey in recovery. The residential program here will be the next phase once completing detox. You will work with counselors and a licensed clinical staff to help develop an individualized treatment plan as well as medication management. Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

She helped me dealing with my health having pancreatitis, the loss of my best friend, while finding out I was facing prison. I truly don’t believe I would have been able to stay alive or get through any of this without her. She truly goes above and beyond. My counselor Andre is like a brother to me he has helped me through my emotions, learning how anger isn’t a primary emotion. Anger management has been so helpful with him and he’s taught me how to handle life situations assertively with care. He supported me 100% while battling in court, and continues to till this day. I couldn’t have asked for better counselors. While facing prison I truly have had the best Guidance Counselors. That have helped me through the hardest times of my life. Learning how to deal with addiction, my health, grief, trauma, court systems, and how to fight for my life. While losing my Best Friend and friends along the way due to this addiction and life circumstances, fighting to remain sober and with emotional relapses. I am truly blessed to have each and every person here at Towns Health by my side guiding, helping me learn and understand how to continue to stay sober, having support and serving my community, heal my mind, body, and soul, with no cravings. I am blessed to be the one in my family breaking these generational curses with depression and addiction because of the family I have here at Towns Health. My life has truly changed here and I continue my journey with my Towns Health family by my side. Let me just say my counseler andre helped change my life in the most positive way! I did almost 14 months in treatment with him as a primary counselor and the amount of compassion and genuine support he put into my treatment made all of the difference for me. I've been in a couple other treatments before but none of them compare to the level of kindness, respect, and care he brought to the table every session!!!! There are many other amazing counselors there to fit many different personalities and recovery needs as well!!! Also dr.towns always makes himself available to help with any medical recovery/addiction supports that may be needed which really makes this facility top tier !!!! Not all places are like this, and as freindly and accessible. 10/10 highly recommend !!!!!!
I just finished the Town Health Services program. It took me about a year because I had a bunch of relapses, but I finally got through it. They helped me a lot, especially with anger management. One of the main reasons I used to drink or use was because of my anger, and that really helped me work on it. I think this program is worth checking out. The counselors and anger management people are cool and actually care. I’m not sure if I can say their names, but if you’re looking for real recovery, Town Health Services is the place. They’ll keep it real with you and help you out.

This is Steven green. I just finished a 90 day program here and it was the best decision of my life to have picked this program in galt California. My first day walking through the doors I was welcomed with open arms. The 2 secretary's there are amazing and made me feel comfortable and relaxed plus answered all my questions. The counselors at this program are amazing each one shared their personal stories with me which related to mines(addiction) I've never in my life admitted I'm an alcoholic until I met these counselors. I appreciate 🙏 everything they have done for me during my journey of being sober. I thank each and everyone of you from the bottom of my heart. I will forever be thankful to Towns Health, specially Andre, Nate and of course Dr. Towns. They helped my husband throughout his recovery and thanks to them he was able to turn his life around in a positive direction. Beware!!!! Not a good company I thought it was excellent with the five stars. I spoke with Heather and she was rude and yelling over the phone wouldn t let me speak. They discriminated against a gentleman with mental disabilities, and try to lie on him because they didn t understand his diagnosis. which they were told several times from a family member to contact if they have someone asking him any questions. When asked for proof Heather kept putting us on mute chatting with Dr.Town. He was listening into our conversation and he seemed scared to join in. When asked for proof and to send documentation to an email or through the mail. She was screaming and yelling and then shortly hung up. Dr.Town in the future return calls and stop acting scary and having unprofessional Heather to handle your conversations. trust me she s not a good fit when it comes to communications with clients or people. That was judging him and didn't do a proper accessment. I was there a few days ago, and heather went off on one of her staff members telling them what they did wrong very unprofessional in front of us. Heather in the future learn work ethics and take your employee to the back and tell them what they did wrong. Don t tell them in front of the clients. Next time if you can t answer a question don t hang up in my face. Just say you don't know the answers. You need to take some interpersonal classes and learn how to deal with the Public. Your poor attitude is a zero. I asked her to send me documentations with proof for his discharge and she stuttered and couldn t answer the question and hung up in my face. I went there for 90day treatment staff is really nice and the counselors are extremely helpful they will give you great advice on staying clean and sober and help you every step of the way I went face to face every day really built a bond with a lot of the staff and counselors I could tell they genuinely cared about my recovery told me where to find meetings gave me books that I could read to help and was always there if I needed to talk or something was bothering me if I ever need help again witch I hope I don't I will definitely choose them Everytime

The doctor is very experienced in substance abuse, and while I can’t mention specific names, one of the counselors has played a major role in keeping me sober for a long time now.
