Town's health services has changed my life It may only be a 3 month program but I was able to stay on with them for over a year in there outpatient I wouldn't be the man I am today without the their help and if anybody else is struggling with any kind of addiction please give this place a call. They didn't only change my life but they helped change my lifes and relationship with my wife and kids.

Towns Health has truly saved my life. I came here a few years ago and while staying in the program, Dr. Towns, Heather and all of my Counselors have never left my side and always gave me guidance with no judgments through not only my addiction, but through true hardships, trials and tribulations. I truly consider everyone here to be my family. Dr. towns has been a caring doctor that I can depend on and trust. He truly cares for his patients and values their overall health. I’m truly thankful to have a great Doctor. Heather has been there through some of my hardest moments freshly in the program unwell and family who couldn’t understand but she became mine right away. From day one she always gave me the realest advice with honesty, love, and no judgments. My counselor Tammy is the best Tammy I’ve ever known. She has guided me with the love and care while fighting in court, battling with ptsd, trama, and fighting for the Job of my dreams. She always gave me so much hope and believed in me. My counselor Rhonda has been amazing more than I could ask for in a counselor. She feels like family to me and she is truly someone that hasn’t only guided me but has done it with love fully and open heartedly. She’s honest with me and does it with so much care. She helped me dealing with my health having pancreatitis, the loss of my best friend, while finding out I was facing prison. I truly don’t believe I would have been able to stay alive or get through any of this without her. She truly goes above and beyond. My counselor Andre is like a brother to me he has helped me through my emotions, learning how anger isn’t a primary emotion. Anger management has been so helpful with him and he’s taught me how to handle life situations assertively with care. He supported me 100% while battling in court, and continues to till this day. I couldn’t have asked for better counselors. While facing prison I truly have had the best Guidance Counselors. That have helped me through the hardest times of my life. Learning how to deal with addiction, my health, grief, trauma, court systems, and how to fight for my life. While losing my Best Friend and friends along the way due to this addiction and life circumstances, fighting to remain sober and with emotional relapses. I am truly blessed to have each and every person here at Towns Health by my side guiding, helping me learn and understand how to continue to stay sober, having support and serving my community, heal my mind, body, and soul, with no cravings. I am blessed to be the one in my family breaking these generational curses with depression and addiction because of the family I have here at Towns Health. My life has truly changed here and I continue my journey with my Towns Health family by my side. I would more than recommend you to come here, not only for addiction, but to help you learn how to deal with life circumstances the healthy way, from trauma, hurt, and for overall healing because everyone here has experienced it and that is something that can’t be taught from a book. I am truly blessed because of every single body I have here. I get to live the life I deserve and see life differently today because of my Towns Health Family. Everyone at Towns Health are true living miracles who continue to help people become living miracles. God is so Good.

Let me just say my counseler andre helped change my life in the most positive way! I did almost 14 months in treatment with him as a primary counselor and the amount of compassion and genuine support he put into my treatment made all of the difference for me. I've been in a couple other treatments before but none of them compare to the level of kindness, respect, and care he brought to the table every session!!!! There are many other amazing counselors there to fit many different personalities and recovery needs as well!!! Also dr.towns always makes himself available to help with any medical recovery/addiction supports that may be needed which really makes this facility top tier !!!! Not all places are like this, and as freindly and accessible. 10/10 highly recommend !!!!!!

I was in the program for over 10 years. I broke my chains and the program worked. Once I was off I felt how I felt before ever taking medication. Its hard but worth it. Through god and nuropyschologic I got my self through it. I wake up thankful for no longer being dependent on medication. I wish I would of done it sooner but fear got the best of me which is why I needed jesus to carry me though it.

Yes coming to bart was a chance for me I've been with the others for quite a few years over 15 years an that's some big shoes to fill because I Loved the core clinc that where very good to me for many years and always treated me with respect an honor an dignity the counselor are great people Easy to talk to an together So this Baart Program is got some big shoes to fill but so far so great I Got Lesley as my counselor an she is a great listener and compassionate and understanding so will see Lesley how we keep it together 🤩

Great bunch of people working there. From Mikey at the front desk on weekends, to Janean, Shay, Kirk, and of course the beloved and beautiful Kaleen who does everyone's job. Administrative people also consists of quality people, their names escape me. Each of them compassionate, conscientious and kind, choosing to help others attain their individual goals in sobriety. The clinic seems to be populated on most days by people who are experienced at using drugs, sobriety, and generally being run over by life. Not one of them have I ever heard come lain that a counselor didn't see them, or want to speak with them. Truly a cool bunch. I've heard horror stories of other clinics treatment of clients, that doesn't exist here.

From the first day that I walked into the facility, I was treated with compassion and kindness. I was not feeling great but the staff promised to take care of me and they did not disappoint. The only thing that took so long was the paper work besides that, this facility is awesome and I recommend it. AOA.

Went in on Friday June 3,2022 My counselor calls me on Wednesdays at 650am and that fine but that day I could not sleep at all so when I finally fell asleep I missed my call but I tried called back at 730 and no answer so I called the front desk they had someone call me and she talked to me for about 30 min and then said she had to go because she had another client but she never said I was going to be on stand by so I thought I was Good Friday comes around and I’m on stand by smh 🤦🏽‍♂️ but Friday I had an interview @1pm and I let them know I can reschedule and make it up but they did not care they had me wait till 1:30pm when my interview was at 1

1.a. staff: starting with the clerk, she was sweet and kind and told me i would be helped soon (: bonus point: no need to sign in on a sheet of paper whatttt that is so cool! goes you to show how quick the customer service is at this veteran affairs community partner :) 1.b. statf: then i meet with my case manager, miss DeGene Dean, where she welcomed me warmly and went straight into presenting all of the steps and information i need to set up my veteran benefits and even welcomed questions no matter if they are big ones or small ones 2.a. atmosphere: love the outdoor patio area, it is well trimmed, has good well-maintained benches, and some areas of shade 2.b. atmosphere: the lobby has a nice aquarium to watch the wildlife in it as well as comfy seats with a nice high quality quench ®️ water dispenser to fill up a cup of water which this dispenser filters out the acid and toxins as well as the dispenser being stocked by high quality fresh water from WinCo Foods ®️ by Sheldon Road, Elk Grove, Sacramento County, U.S.A. america 🇺🇲 9. overall: me would come back to this place as a veteran 😊

My case manager Micheal Boyd is the best thing that has happened to me since moving to Sacramento. Michael is smart, professional, hard working , committed and compassionate. He deserves a really big raise. Like immediately .

I have been at the treatment center for year and a half had an amazing Counselor having a hard time dealing with her no longer working there . It doesn’t stop the main concern TREATMENT. Everyday is a task but it’s a wonderful place to be in treatment they have wonderful staff hard working.

Javance was with me from day 1 and was there every time I needed him. Javance did not fail me and he also kept me uplifted when times got hard I was blessed to have him as my specialist.

This program helped save my life and bring my daughter home... The people who work here are a special breed of people that show pure compassion support and care for the clients they work with and I can honestly say if it wasn't for my recovery specialist Barbara that I most likely wouldn't be alive especially alive with over a year clean!!! Bridges will always hold a special place in my heart 💞💞💞
