I absolutely love this hospital. I have went here for myself and my child and I have never received better care anywhere else. The receptionist are always so nice and efficient, and the doctors and nurses care about you and listen to you. They don't let you leave feeling okay, you leave welhen you feel great. Everyone is so sweet and so kind an caring. Unless I have to go to emergency, this hospital is my go-to for urgent care.

Dr Morris is great! Staff and Drs are friendly.

For COVID Testing: Arrived at 8am on Dec. 29 in the drive-thru line, no appointment (appointments right now are only available about 5 days in advance). It took about 2.5 hours to get through and get tested. When Monica (nurse) arrived, she was very friendly and I even remarked that I had to do ANOTHER test that weekend due to an international flight. She helped me get an appointment (which you can only do if you talk to someone personally). I was pretty impressed, but the wait is really long (when I left there were cars out into the street and I imagine close to a 4h wait).

Great staff located in a not so great area of town. I have always been treated with respect and kindness by the font desk folks and my counselor, George. He is a legend. He has been through it all, which makes him very relatable.. I highly recommend Lifeline to anyone who needs the help.

My sibling was in a terrible medical condition due to alcoholism. The doctor told us he was going to die if he didn t get treatment immediately. I called all across the country and talked with staff who walked me through the treatment process better than anyone else and offered a reasonable price. I flew my sibling across the country the following day. He is now a completely different person and recovering. They literally saved his life. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They do things the right way. Kind, caring, but firm. Fair price. They know what they are doing. As a seasoned trial attorney, I can tell the fakers from the real deal. These guys are the real deal.

Out of many non profit in Bay Area; my teens and I l love serving here the most. The staff and residents are appreciative, polite, kind, and encouraging. I feel safe leaving the teens here to volunteer by themselves.

Homeless people are in needs, shouldn't wait for a list to get food or bed. This tells me that somebody trying to look good themselves with their own benefit & not for the purpose of help others which are really in need. Shame on them.

There isn't a day that goes by that i don't either think about, tell of my experience or thank God for allowing myself the restoration in my life that I have today. I was a student with TEEN CHALLENGE in 2019 and am beyond proud to say that I am 5 years sober today and have the best and brightest life because of my experience in the program. If you are ready to make the change for yourself and your family, this is the place for you. Please find strength in yourself and/or the ones you love and make the change today and receive the help they offer with open arms and open hearts.

I've been volunteering at the San Jose Women's Center for the last seven years. I'm humbled by the work God is doing within this incredible organization. I'm usually there twice a month and able to meet their students and work with the staff. In doing so, I've been able to get to know many of them. They've shared heart breaking stories of the bad habits which have nearly destroyed their lives. However, if they can survive the first few months (the hardest part of the program!) their spiritual souls are revived and they begin to live in hope with a new perspective that transforms their minds to overcome the addictions which have chained them. It's hard to explain, but each time I visit and get an update from them, I can see the power of God at work. It's what keeps bringing me back to serve so I can witness the miracles and encourage these ladies not to give up. If they can hang in there, Teen Challenge will teach them not only what they need to survive, but to thrive in a life after addiction. Every year I return to their annual Galas and am reunited with former students who update me on their successes and how grateful they are for staying the course and trusting God through the process. Our Lord has rewarded them, and often times they tell me that they thought they knew who God was when they entered, but during the course of the program they truly find Him and their life hasn't been the same since! I have no idea how the staff has the capacity to love, extend grace, share their wisdom, and encourage so many women with all that happens at this center; but it's inspiring to know that they can do it with the help of God. When I come across difficult situations in my own life, I just remember the tough love and grace of God from the Teen Challenge staff members and I try emulate the same with the people I encounter. Life in the Center isn't easy, but the year commitment to the program is worth it. I've witnessed it on a regular basis and I thank God this program exists to help those overcoming addictions, and for those of us who want to volunteer and make the world a better place. It takes faith and discipline to succeed, but Teen Challenge has the love and patience to see you through. I highly recommend this organization over many of the other rehab places who have a far less success rate.

Alum Rock Women and Children's center was everything I didn't know I needed. The love and support that I received from the staff was by far life changing. I would recommend Alum Rock not only to women who struggle with addiction, but to anyone that needs to bring balance back in there life.

When I was there I wasn't ready . They found me with a phone amd told me they were confiscating it . So I left and didn't look back until I served a second prison term .

2005is my clean date from meth. 2020 is 15 years in June. Thank for the foundation guys. God bless ya all

Do YOU want recovery? If not don't read this review and go waste your life some more. But if YOU want to change because there's still an ounce of self love left in you this is the program for you. Fight to get in. Some programs focus on keeping you active, working, some are more focused on amenities and keeping you as physically comfortable as possible so you can "focus more on your recovery." Cole House is neither. If you honestly want a good life for yourself this place is a godsend. You'll get your basic amenities, 3 meals, clean bathrooms, and clean beds because that's all you need if your really at wits end. Weights, tobacco and coffee too, but let that be the LAST reason you come here. You don't go to rehab for luxuries. Nowhere else however will you find the combined life experience shared between these counselors. These are people who've DRAMATICALLY changed their lives and have lived what they preach. If there was a series about these guys stories it would break Netflix. They share a profound academic knowledge of recovery and substance abuse and are very hands on in the way they work with people so you will live recovery from day one, they waste no time. These people will be brutally honest with you about your faults and your positive attributes. If I had to go back in time and do it all over again, but had money for a five star resort, I'd still go to Cole house and know my life was gonna change..
