About BAART Programs Antioch

Their research supported MAT program is designed to support the sustained sobriety of clients in opioid recovery through the longer term use of FDA approved medications to reduce cravings and decrease relapse risk.

Their outpatient treatment program includes individual, group, and family counseling and life skills training addressing topics such as relapse prevention. Evidence based approaches may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and other proven modalities.

To help clients maintain long term sobriety, BAART Programs offer wraparound services that may include case management services, ongoing support groups, help for pregnant women, employment and housing support, and referrals to community resources and social services.

BAART Programs may be able to offer grant funding to some participants. They also accept payment through insurance plans such as Medicare, Medicaid, VA Insurance, and private plans from companies like Cigna, Humana, BlueCross BlueShield, and more. Because insurance plans vary, be sure to contact your insurer for details about your coverage and out of network benefits.

I came in for an intake and was a bit nervous on what to expect. The medical assistant Taye was amazing! He made me feel not so embarrassed to be in my current situation. Overall the process was smooth and I appreciate Taye for making me feel seen and heard. He even provided me with resources I didn't even know were available to me.

I hope that at least one person reads this and gets the courage to take a leap. BAART program especially the Antioch location is life altering. They really do help you recover. The staff is all so supportive, encouraging and caring. I have had nothing but the best support and experience with them. They listen to me and my concerns for my recovery and health. Helping me reach my medication levels without having to worry about struggling with symptoms or cravings. My biggest enemy was ME! My pride and ego kept me from going to seek help. My counselor, Anthony, and the entire staff have made it easy to stay with the program. I felt no pressure or judgment from them only encouragement and support. If your struggling with fentanyl or pain medication addiction I encourage you too reach out and seek help. Methadone has truly saved me. I didn’t know how well it works. No cravings for fentanyl or pain medication. The withdrawals were manageable if not nonexistent. Don’t fear the unknown. Go in and seek your future self that’s not fighting daily with that darkness we call addiction.

Accepted Insurance

Please contact to verify your specific insurance provider.

BAART Programs Antioch works with several private insurance providers, please contact to verify your specific insurance provider.

Other Forms of Payment

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Medicare is a federal program that provides health insurance for those 65 and older. It also serves people under 65 with chronic and disabling health challenges. To use Medicare for addiction treatment you need to find a program that accepts Medicare and is in network with your plan. Out of pocket costs and preauthorization requirements vary, so always check with your provider.

Medicaid is a state based program that helps lower-income individuals and families pay for healthcare. Medicaid covers addiction treatment so those enrolled can use their coverage to pay for rehab. When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Military members, veterans, and eligible dependents have access to specific insurance programs that help them get the care they need. TRICARE and VA insurance can help you access low cost or no cost addiction and mental health treatment. Programs that accept military insurance often have targeted treatment focused on the unique challenges military members, veterans, and their families face.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

Drug and alcohol addiction often takes a heavy toll on one's body. Over time, a physical dependence can develop, meaning the body physiologically needs the substance to function. Detox is the process of removing drugs and/or alcohol from the body, a process that can be lethal if mismanaged. Medical detox is done by licensed medical professionals who monitor vital signs and keep you safe, healthy, and as comfortable as possible as you go through detox and withdrawal.

Treatments

Many of those suffering from addiction also suffer from mental or emotional illnesses like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, or anxiety disorders. Rehab and other substance abuse facilities treating those with a dual diagnosis or co-occurring disorder administer psychiatric treatment to address the person's mental health issue in addition to drug and alcohol rehabilitation.

Opiate Addiction Treatment Centers specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction.

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Programs

Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.

Clinical Services

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

I left to go to harmonic solutions and returned to Baart for the counseling. The counselors truly care and are here to help you if you allow them. The front desk staff is kind and. Efficient. Tae is an absolute delight and always goes above and beyond To help with any issue. Anthony isn’t my counselor but he spent over an hour listening to me on a bad day and gave me so many positive coping skills and ideas to better communicate. Steve the security guard truly cares about all the patients and wants the best for everyone attending the program. He goes out of his way to be sure you feel safe while at the clinic and your property is also secure.

I got to admit I've been coming here for almost a decade. If it wouldn't be working I would have been coming all this time. Overall the place is nice & friendly except because of two three individuals that work here a lot of people that I know personally they try to avoid those individuals as much as possible.
