This place changed my life. I didn’t think I could. They’re amazing. They treat you like a person, not an addict. The counseling I get is very helpful but they’re treatment in me alone is what help me just being treated like a regular person matters so much when you’re going through this.
Cannot think them enough they are giving me my life back💗

I cannot say enough about this place, I’ve been to other methadone clinics before but this one surpasses them all! The Doctor is absolutely amazing she’s so smart and compassionate. Ceola is my counselor and she is so smart and so capable, She’s one of the best problem solver I’ve ever met. She’s super responsible and has helped me in my journey tremendously. I can honestly say that I have never had a counselor that has been so educated and knowledgeable! Having her as my counselor and having this particular Doctor has helped me get my life back and my children back. The extent that my counselor has gone for me To help get my life back in order is just absolutely Amazing they should literally get paid triple!I normally don’t write reviews but I think it was so necessary to let people know how great they are. Motty And DC working at the front desk are also amazing! And miss Letta Has helped me a lot also!

I was a little surprised when the nurse asked about the purpose of my visit, since the appointment had been scheduled directly by the doctor. But these things happen, so I simply corrected her, and we got on the same page. The doctor, on the other hand, was extremely competent, and the appointment took place in a warm, friendly atmosphere. We received expert care and recommendations in no time, and we were both very satisfied with each other )))

The clinic is amazing in regard to the friendliness of the staff and ease of access.
I am, however, a bit disturbed by the Pride Flag (specifically the "Progress Flag") that is displayed in the main lobby. Personal feelings aside, this has no place in the display; it does not make sense. There's the US flag with all the branches of the military. Then......the Progress Flag.
No POW flag, either. How is this Pride Flag equal to the branches of the military? It's not only unnacceptable, but it's out of place. It simply doesn't make sense.
Could it be displayed elswhere? Another way?

My loved one's sister recently attended Heartwood Detox in San Rafael, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. She was understandably scared and uncertain about taking this next step in her recovery journey, but from day one, the team at Heartwood welcomed her with open arms and made her feel supported, safe, and cared for.
One thing that really stood out to us was that many of the staff members have been in her shoes and understand firsthand how scary it can be to take that first step toward recovery. Their personal experiences, combined with their compassion and encouragement, helped her feel comfortable and gave her hope that recovery was possible.
The entire experience exceeded our expectations. Not only did she successfully begin her recovery, but she also experienced tremendous personal growth during her time there. Since completing the program, we've seen positive changes in every aspect of her life—from stronger family relationships to improved friendships and a more positive professional outlook.
The staff was exceptional throughout the process. Everyone treated her with compassion, respect, and genuine concern for her well-being. A special thank you goes to Jesse, the owner, who truly stood out. Jesse's dedication, kindness, and hands-on involvement made a lasting impact on both her and our family. He was the star of the experience and played a huge role in helping her feel welcomed, supported, and confident in her recovery journey. It was clear that he genuinely cares about every person who walks through the doors.
If you or a loved one are considering treatment, I would highly recommend Heartwood Detox. They provided the support, guidance, and encouragement needed to help start a new chapter in life.

I am a person that never ever gives reviews, however, I believe this one warns it. Going to a detox and a rehab is so hard scary and you are riddled with shame when I was at Heartwood and I finally was able to get the strength to eat, the first person that shared kindness, no judgment, no disrespect, and no shame was the Chef at Heartwood Novato. I don’t remember what his name is, but what I do remember is how he made me feel. I have been at rehab before and this time it was very different and I have been sober since this Chef has brown hair, kind eyes, and he would talk to me, and I saw him talk to all the clients and listen to them and hear their stories and make them feel so good about who they are as a human being not about the things that they have done. And I think this person really deserves to be lifted and raised up to the highest because that’s what he gave to me into the other clients that I got to see while I was there. I really think it’s important to recognize those that help light up our souls because that’s what we need in this world and so this recognition is to the Chef at Heartwood Novato to thank this person for lighting up my soul when it felt so dark, and it felt so judged, and it was riddled with shame it was you that fed me and it was you that helps me feel more human than anyone else has ever made me feel. Thank you for your delicious organic food and for the beautiful conversations that we had. You are a gift to the recovery world.

Novato, CA | Reflections Executive Rehab Facility is a drug and alcohol rehab located in Novato, CA. They provide residential addiction treatment. Reflections Executive Dual Diagnosis Rehab in Novato, California, is a treatment center that specializes in providing customized dual diagnosis treatment. They’re staffed with a team of therapists, healthcare pract | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I spent three months in Reflections' inpatient program followed by six months in their outpatient program, and I can say without hesitation that it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The level of professionalism, compassion, and clinical expertise provided by every member of the team is truly world-class. In my opinion, Reflections sets the gold standard for addiction treatment.
If you fully commit to the program, embrace the guidance of the staff, and continue your recovery by participating in support groups such as AA or NA after treatment, I genuinely believe you will give yourself the greatest possible opportunity to achieve lasting sobriety.
I arrived at Reflections completely broken by addiction. I left with something I had not felt in a very long time—hope. More importantly, I left with the strength, courage, confidence, and tools necessary to build a new life. Today, I have been sober from the hard drugs of my choice for many years, and there are no words that can adequately express my gratitude to the incredible team that helped make that possible.
The accommodations are exceptional. The campus is peaceful, immaculate, and thoughtfully designed to promote healing. The residences are more luxurious than many five-star hotels, the meals are healthy and genuinely delicious, and every detail reflects a commitment to creating an environment where recovery can thrive.
What impressed me most was how individualized the treatment is. Reflections understands that addiction affects people from every background. Whether someone arrives with nothing left or is a successful executive leading a major company, every client receives a personalized treatment plan tailored to their unique circumstances, challenges, and goals. During my time there, I met people from every walk of life, and every one of them was treated with the same dignity, respect, and unwavering support.
Reflections didn't just help me stop using drugs—it gave me my life back. The program, the staff, and the community transformed my future in ways I never thought possible. While no treatment center can do the work for you, if you come with an open mind, trust the process, and are willing to follow their recommendations, I truly believe Reflections offers one of the greatest opportunities for lifelong recovery.
If you are reading this because you or someone you love is struggling with addiction, please don't wait. Make the call. It could be the decision that changes—and even saves—a life. Reflections certainly changed mine, and for that I will be forever grateful.

I'm writing this review as a family member (not a patient) but I have only positive things to say about my entire experience with Reflections.
Several months ago, my brother was in a very dangerous place in his life. It got to the point where we feared for his life on a weekly basis and knew we had to do something urgently. Our family staged an intervention and successfully got my brother to agree to inpatient treatment. After extensive research, I found that Reflections was our best option, and I believe choosing Reflections is a decision that may have saved his life.
From the very first phone call I had with program director Olejan, I felt a level of genuine care, intelligence, nuance, and humanity that Olejan brought to our conversations. He wasn't trying to sell us the program or anything like that. We had heart-to-heart conversations that made me feel like Reflections would be our partner in my brother's recovery.
I felt confident in the credentialed clinical team they have there with Dr. Hanna, and reassured that the level of care my brother would receive would be top-notch, with more one-to-one therapeutic care than what most inpatient treatment centers could offer in Los Angeles. My brother's main therapist at Reflections was Stewart Bryant, and they formed an amazing relationship that my brother cherished during his stay.
Week by week I would check in with my brother while he was at Reflections, and just hearing him progressively become more clear-headed, alert, deeply reflecting, emotionally available and vulnerable and willing to speak about everything, working through foundational issues in his life, being more optimistic and committed to his sobriety - it was so profoundly encouraging to see the signs of his work at Reflections really taking root.
To any family member reading this while desperately searching for the right place for someone you love: Reflections was an amazing option and I highly recommend you reach out and speak to Olejan who will wholeheartedly address any concerns you may have about Reflections being a good match for your family member in need of treatment.
Thank you to the entire Reflections staff for giving my brother high-quality treatment. I am forever thankful to them for being that pivotal first step in my brother's road to full recovery!

New Bridge offers an exceptionally talented team of, staff members, addiction specialist, and clinician's who've helped me address my co-occurring substances and mental health issues. The New Bridge environment (residential treatment facility, & extended satellite sober living environment), are safe and clean, and provide the type of space where I was able to successfully focus on, addiction & mental health curriculums, group therapy, as well as personalized "one-on-one" therapy/counseling sessions. Additionally, the treatment facility environment is supportive of "peer-to-peer" feed back & coping skills, "focus" and "affirmation tools".., all (to which I found) have great value in early recovery...!
What I enjoyed most about New Bridge is the dignified and professional way each staff member treated me, and treated me as valued (from the newest staff member, to the kitchen staff, to nurse staff, maintenance staff, the on-site doctors, to group staff, the clinical coordinator staff, the assistant director, up to the director). These staff members, all, display a "real human" level of authenticity and care...! I'm truly happy that I chose New Bridge..!!!
I will offer this thought to anyone who is wondering if this is the right place, or not..., "if you have a true and real desire to gain recovery, everything you will need to assist you, to help you focus, guide & support you in the process of recovery.., can be found at New Bridge..!!!" I highly recommend this amazing treatment facility, and hope you do not waste another second deciding on when to start your "road to recovery" at New Bridge - because it starts the moment you say "Yes"..!!!

San Francisco, CA | HealthRight 360 – FOTEP is an addiction treatment center for adults, located in San Francisco, California. Addiction-related services offered include mental health assessments and counseling and residential treatment and reentry services for parolees. HealthRIGHT 360 offers hope and healing through compassionate, integrated care that includes pri | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I was at 815 Buena Vista however have been to 890 in the past. 815 is boys and girls while 890 is just guys but they have a gym and a pool table.
For intake, meaning you're staying for detox which is 5 days or staying 90 days you'll need to go through intake. Show up at 8:30am. Trust me you'll save yourself hours and getting from intake to your bed can take the whole day so showing up early is important.
There are 2 mandatory classes you have to attend not to be kicked out. One in the morning and one in the evening
Set alarms on your phone for everything. Eating, pills, classes and snack time.
Never disrespect your instructor. If he has his way of doing things then follow it even if your way is better. Many of them came from where you are a few years prior so they have no problem getting ghetto with you for not following the rules.
Buy your own pillow and blanket. If you're in detox you'll need 3 blankets and still cold. I wore my jacket to bed.
Utalize the therapists that are there for you. You need to sign up for this individually. Nobody is going to tell you.
If you need a license or ID from DMV get a voucher from your councilor.
Every package you get will be inspected.
For snacks I recommend ordering from Amazon. Then when the snacks show up you need to play dumb. Make up an excuse like this was sent to me. It's ok. Store the snacks in your personal bin. Then when the guy who's working is cool go say you need your bin. Then load up your snacks in your bag then bring them upstairs. Snacks! I recommend hiding these from staff room searches.
You can vape weed. You'll have to sneak it in but I highly recommend it. There are giant windows always open in your room and bathroom. Go to the bathroom unless your roommates are cool otherwise vape from your bed.
Hide your stash. People steal
Get a tripod for your cellphone so you can watch TV or movies
Bring a large coffee or insulated mug larger than 20 ozs. You're going to need it.
You need minimal clothes. Clothes are washed every day and delivered to you.
Bring smokes and some lighters even if you don't smoke. Menthol a plus
You'll have a lot of time to work out your life. Make the most of it

Came here for a dentist appointment. Very busy place with strict policies regarding lateness. Most of the staff were professional and welcoming. The young Asian receptionist on the 5th floor was especially friendly and kind.
Facilities like this often receive a lot of undeserved criticism, but they play an extremely important role in our community and the city. Thank you for serving the comunity.

I used to attend the BAART clinic on Cutting Blvd. It was back in the 90's and early 2000's. Dr. Kyle Moore is an excellent Dr. and person in general.Areka was the receptionist I believe. They encouraged me to remain clean and he even wrote a letter to the Judge for me to allow me 2 months to allow me to taper off before I went into custody. Great group of people and I like this clinic because of them and the medication isn't watered down! Which has happened to me at other clinics!👍

Despite this place being a small health clinic, the medical staff does step up with their professionalism. Supposedly, this place is meant for those who are looking to solve their addict problem. At the same time though, people can see a physician here for a physical check up. Truly appreciate their professionalism from the personnel returning phone calls when people leave them messages, to the personnel being able to give patients their diagnostic. People can even contact the medical staff via email. There is parking available but, it is limited due to the space being small.

I can't say enough positive things about this recovery program. I arrived at one of the lowest points in my life—completely defeated by my circumstances and the choices I had made. From day one, the staff were incredibly supportive, compassionate, and motivating.
There were at least five times when I wanted to walk out the door, but each time a different counselor met me with understanding, encouragement, and genuine care. They made me feel like I could overcome even the hardest days if I fully committed to the program.
The medical team was outstanding as well. Whenever I felt that a medication wasn't working for me, they listened and adjusted my treatment promptly. Their responsiveness made a huge difference in my recovery experience.
What stood out most was the compassion and empathy shown by every staff member. They truly make you feel like they're in your corner and invested in your success. The educational classes were informative and reassuring, helping me realize that I wasn't alone in my struggles.
The relationships I built with other patients were equally meaningful. The support, encouragement, and camaraderie helped strengthen my determination to stay on the path to recovery. The program also offers frequent outings, which made it feel less like a detox facility and more like a place focused on healing, personal growth, and rebuilding your life.
And the food—absolutely amazing. It felt like every meal was prepared by a chef from a top restaurant. Combined with the gorgeous views of the bay and the Golden Gate Bridge, the environment provided a sense of peace and hope that was invaluable during recovery.
The rooms are spacious, private, and include personal bathrooms. Honestly, it felt more like staying at a high-end hotel than a treatment facility.
I left with a renewed sense of confidence and hope for the future. Recovery is never easy, but this team supports you every step of the way, never letting you lose sight of your potential. They provide the tools, guidance, and encouragement needed to build a better life.
If you're struggling with addiction, you owe it to yourself to seek the best care possible. In my experience, Marina Harbor Detox is that place!!!
