Wait times are almost always pretty quick, especially when compared to other offices in the surrounding area ! Even when I lived in Fairfield, I would rather drive to Vacaville to go to this one than go to the Fairfield one. If it's within reason and makes sense to you, I would recommend anyone in Fairfield or Suisun do the same. Also, the ladies here are always super friendly, helpful and understanding. I've never had a negative experience at this location, and I can't say the same for any other one- not just in this county but in any county !! (Now if only DMV could be more like that.... 😅)

I cannot say enough about this place, I’ve been to other methadone clinics before but this one surpasses them all! The Doctor is absolutely amazing she’s so smart and compassionate. Ceola is my counselor and she is so smart and so capable, She’s one of the best problem solver I’ve ever met. She’s super responsible and has helped me in my journey tremendously. I can honestly say that I have never had a counselor that has been so educated and knowledgeable! Having her as my counselor and having this particular Doctor has helped me get my life back and my children back. The extent that my counselor has gone for me To help get my life back in order is just absolutely Amazing they should literally get paid triple!I normally don’t write reviews but I think it was so necessary to let people know how great they are. After almost 5 years of continued sobriety, I can honestly say programs like this only work if you are willing to admit you have a problem, stay accountable, and genuinely put effort into your recovery. A lot of the negative reviews here seem to come from people who expect results without consistency, honesty, or responsibility. Recovery is not easy, and no clinic can do the work for you if you are still trying to manipulate the system instead of change your life. From my experience, the staff here have always been respectful, supportive, encouraging, and available whenever possible. At the same time, people need to understand that counselors, nurses, and staff members are dealing with many patients every single day — including individuals who repeatedly miss appointments, ignore expectations, or waste the time and energy of people who are genuinely trying to help them. Staff members are human too, and I think many of the complaints fail to recognize the amount of patience required to work in this environment day after day. What stands out the most to me is that this clinic encourages actual recovery and accountability instead of simply handing out medication and sending people on their way. If you consistently show up, communicate honestly, and take your sobriety seriously, the support is absolutely there. I also want to specifically recognize the director, Kim, because she is honestly one of the most compassionate, respectful, genuine human beings I have ever met. The amount of patience, understanding, and support she gives to people — even during difficult situations — deserves recognition. She has played a huge role in my recovery journey and continues to support people however she can, even when she does not have to. Running a program like this cannot be easy, especially while dealing with so many different personalities and situations, but she continues to show professionalism, empathy, and strength every day. At the end of the day, recovery only works when the individual decides they are truly ready. No program is perfect, but in my experience, the people working here genuinely care about those who are serious about changing their lives.

I was a little surprised when the nurse asked about the purpose of my visit, since the appointment had been scheduled directly by the doctor. The clinic is amazing in regard to the friendliness of the staff and ease of access. I am, however, a bit disturbed by the Pride Flag (specifically the "Progress Flag") that is displayed in the main lobby. Personal feelings aside, this has no place in the display; it does not make sense. There's the US flag with all the branches of the military. Then......the Progress Flag. No POW flag, either. How is this Pride Flag equal to the branches of the military? It's not only unnacceptable, but it's out of place. It simply doesn't make sense. Could it be displayed elswhere? Another way?

I went to archway having lost everything. Cars homes kids family money. I lost everything. I came to archway recovery services October 11th 2024 having no idea who I was or what to do about my addiction to methamphetamine. They taught me about my triggers and how to identify them. They taught me patience. I was planning to go for 45 days and graduate and ended up staying a whole 90 and going to SLE (SOBER LIVING ENVIRONMENT) I found out where I was in my recovery when I never even knew there was a place i I could be which was I was in preparation and by the time I got out was in action. The Rech Techs (to many to name)are very nice and professional. The managers Ms. Donna and Ms. Letti are very nice and professional and amazing people. The executive director Kevin is also an amazing person. This program is like none I have ever been to. It has a panel to go through before you graduate and the reason for that is to be sure you are ready for the outside world before you enter it. Some people may not like it but I loved the way they ran it. It's a very special place and I would recommend it to anyone in this world who has ANY kind of addiction. Thank you ARCHWAY RECOVERY SERVICES you saved my life and repaired my relationships with the most important people in my life. My husband was accepted to the program in one day.... He called on Thursday April 2019 & was told to come in the next day. He was accepted in one day... I have never heard of a program so quick to help... I AM SHOCKED!!!!! He is on a 30 day blackout period and I along with our 14 year old son cannot wait to hear from him... I went through this program for a month, twice. The first time I was pretty unwell but it wasn’t too bad. The next time I went through, I had a great time and did much better because I myself was better. To be upfront, many people who went through were facing homelessness without the intervention of laurel creek. Many of the clients had been homeless in the past. This place needed a good grant of extra funding to make it a little better. There were a lot of plumbing issues and I tend to think the place needs a decent amount of work. Overall is was good. The counselors were professional and helpful. I’m hoping I don’t need to return for a 3rd trip but I found that if you just go with the program, it’s not too bad. It’s a crisis center so people are usually not at their best when being there.

I’ve been looking for turf at a number of places. I discovered Purchase Green through a magazine. I read all their reviews and they were almost always a five star review. Trina was always mentioned. I went there and met Five Star Trina! Besides their product, Trina was incredible and of course sold me on it. I highly recommend their turf products. If you have been sentenced to take a DUI Class in Contra Costa County I highly recommend this Dawn Center. Ya maybe sometimes the staff may be a little rude with us, but think it about how many wishy washy people do you think come in and out of that center a year? I am sure there are way more than we can imagine. No matter what excuses or what reason you have for getting a DUI in the first place that is not their concern, but you do have to go to a DUI class. So Their concern is you get signed up you come to classes/groups on time pay your fees they provide payments schedules. And don't talk mess be respectful and do what the class requires like the M.A.D.D. class in a timely manner and by the time you are are done you can get your certificate. It is cut and dry. They are not there to become best buddies with us they want to help us get our certificate and be done with it just like we do. The only reason I chose to keep going back is because this is the place to go to get it done. So if you want to get it done go to the Dawn Center Pittsburg and hang in there and be done with it. Just don't get another DUI or you will have to do the class where ever you decide to take your DUI class, Again. Thank you. To be wise Remember Don't Drink and Drive! Faithfully Me

I think this Dawn Center is awesome and the staff is actually very nice ..Cant go there to judge them when we made a mistake but James,Consuelo, Conchita and the others are all Great for sure ..YOU HAVE TO LEARN HOW TO STEP OUT THE BOX !! Wollam Recovery Center literally saved my life. I had lost everything and became homeless. My sister intervened and found this place. I spent 3.5 months there. They have an amazingly organized structured addiction recovery program with daily classes. I highly recommend this place. No judging.
