This place needs to be shut down immediately and investigated. I'm currently here to rehab my legs to strengthen them and twice I have been left unattended for over an hour. I am a fall risk. I am also diabetic and they do not offer a debetic diet. When asked, I was told, "then don't eat."

If it wasn't for villa maria and the awesome staff,I would be dead by now. To be frankly honest,I didn't have a pot to piss in,but this facility not only gave me shelter, they gave me hope, life and my life back. Kevin Curiel and all the staff are awesome individuals who truly care and fight for your success, tooth and nail,to give you a reality check on what life after addiction is truly about. I was a lost soul and suicidal and had not life what so ever, and the second I came here,my life changed. Never have I felt like someone I never new loved me,more than I do today of the staff at villa maria. It takes community service and hands on help to succeed and from the moment I walked into villa maria,I knew I was home. From the staff, the groups, the living conditions and the care that I was given, today I can say that , villa maria is a top notch facility that will facilitate your needs and care with utmost profession but most importantly, love and support. If your feeling hopeless and suicidal and have no idea what life has in store for you,I recommend that you make this decision to come to villa maria and get your life back. Recovery is not easy, but villa maria will lay out a plan of action for each individual and support you win lose or draw with the best health care and support you could only imagine. Please, don't allow life to destroy you,and go to villa maria and get your life back. I guarantee you that they will battle for your life and give you the path to success and walk you through all that is needed to succeed. 5 star and nothing less.

Other Forms of Payment

Medicaid is a state based program that helps lower-income individuals and families pay for healthcare. Medicaid covers addiction treatment so those enrolled can use their coverage to pay for rehab. When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

The initial phase of recovery treatment typically includes 24-hour clinical care in Arizona. This constant supervision ensures a safe detox process, which helps the individual physically stabilize from substance use. Patients will receive medications to curb withdrawal symptoms and cravings, as well as other necessary medical treatment. This period typically lasts up to a week, then the individual will receive medical clearance to begin inpatient or outpatient rehab.

Inpatient rehab is designed primarily for persons in early recovery and those who are exiting detox programs. It's ideal for clients in crisis or at an elevated risk of relapse. Inpatient treatment centers provide housing and meals, allowing clients to focus on their recovery away from distractions and addiction triggers. Clients engage in intensive psychotherapy, and many inpatient programs feature recovery-focused life skills training and/or complementary therapies like meditation, creative arts therapy, and other holistic treatments.

Arizona's substance abuse treatment centers can provide tailored treatment for individuals with substance use disorders and mental health conditions. Treatment programs may include medically assisted detox, 12-Step recovery, intensive outpatient programs, and aftercare support. Addiction experts employ evidence-based therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and talk therapy to uncover and reframe unhelpful patterns. By graduation, you'll have developed new coping strategies, learned new stress management techniques, and have the capability of sustaining your recovery.

Treatment for addiction includes mental health services that are provided while during your stay at the facility. This may be a hospital, clinic, or a luxury treatment center setting. You receive 24-hour support and monitoring by mental health counselors and clinical staff. Most inpatient programs last 30 days, but some can last for two months or longer. Mental health is addressed during treatment via group and individual counseling, addiction education programming, and often recreational activities.

Clinical Services

Individual therapy for drug and alcohol addiction includes focused attention on the unique challenges that trigger addictive behavior. During individual therapy sessions, you have a safe space in which to discuss stressors and emotional struggles. Therapy fosters trust and open communication that helps develop personalized strategies to overcome addiction.

In Arizona, group therapy helps promote accountability and motivation for men and women who want to stay committed to addiction recovery. It fosters a sense of community where you can share your progress and learn new coping strategies from your peers.

Family therapy involves sessions where members of the family discuss how addiction has affected them individually and collectively. Therapists can guide families in developing coping strategies that help support their loved one's recovery while also focusing on their own emotional health.
