Mom had an appointment at 11am. We arrived a few minutes before the appointment, it is currently 1:46pm and my mom still has not been called, and apparently by a conversation someone else had with the receptionist, the person that is inside with Dr. Moore will be out by 2:30pm , and it's who my mom has an appointment with. Never, ever, would I have planned or imagined that a visit to a psychologist would take an estimate of 4-5 hours, I had to call family members to pick up my children from school, since I won't be out of here anytime soon. So far, I would not recommend this place and if I could pick no stars I would, if like my mom , you are sent here for an evaluation for benefits, plan to be here for several hours.

I Apologize for the inconvenience, we were extremely busy today due to the overflow of clients and fewer providers in the area. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

I do not write a bad reviews, but this was the worst. I wasted money and my family wasted time. I would not prompt this company to someone I care about. The only nice thing was the receptionist.

Personal experience.... Had 2 of my children "tested" back in May of '23 it's now Jan '24 and I still have yet to receive any information. I call, or text and no response other than I'll talk to Dr. Moore. I've had my children's PCP office request the files and nothing yet. We are one of few/several families that were referred to her by our counseling office and our office says that none of theirs that have went ..... Ever got results. It's very disappointing, when you go for a visit...out of town... You are not prepared to have it be an all day affair, and still months later after you and your children endure this....oh and with no time frame foe them to be able to leave or have lunch etc. And never receive any kind of response or results to be able to try to move forward to get any kind of help that could be needed. 1* rating is rather high.
