How is it that my mother always at this hospital every two weeks due to several health issues goes in with a blanket that belongs to her mother. this is not just any blanket. It’s a valuable item to her and it disappears and no one knows where is at her mother passed away years ago this blanket. It’s about 57 years old. my mom‘s been crying and stressed over this piece of blanket and means so much to her. Don’t explain how people belong to disappear from their bed and no one seems to know what happened to it Not to mention tecs And nurses are so rude on N 4 smh just sad..

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

Treatments

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Clinical Services

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

My girlfriend was admitted to this Hospitals ER around 1pm on Sunday the 3rd of May 2026 . After numerous test and X - Rays she was admitted to the hospital around 10pm that evening . My girlfriend has a pulminary condition which requires that she not be around perfumes or colonges, fragracese , smoke , aerosoles etc . When in an ER she has to be in a closed room and when in a hospital room she has to be in a private room . For 10 days I had to remind staff to shut the door to her room or remind Nurses and Doctors to shut the door behind them . Their comment was "I will only be a minute" and my responce was "and that is 59 seconds too long for her . Almost everyone did not take this issue seriously . The second day she asked for a new bed and she was told they would get one and she did not receive a replacement bed until her 9th day there . She didn't get a bath for eight days . This was a horror show . I will continue later in another review .

If you are thinking of having an outpatient surgery at this hospital, please go somewhere else. Unless you like to be in pain after the surgery. And when you tell the recovery room nurse that you have the worst pain in your life, she responds: "Just go home and take a nap". I wish I could give 0 stars.
