The facility accepts most major insurance plans. They also take Medicare and Medical Assistance (MA). If you’re unable to pay then they won’t deny you care. They offer a sliding scale fee schedule based on the size of your family and income.
The center is LGBTQIA+ friendly. They understand the unique mental health challenges that those in the LGBTQIA+ community face and are prepared to help with specialized programs.
There’s also an outpatient substance use disorder program for adolescents ages 12 to 18. The program has individual and group counseling, programs for families and care coordination. There’s also peer led support for alumni groups.
If you’re 18 or over then there is help available for mental health and substance use disorder through the intensive or regular outpatient programs. You’ll meet with counselors who are licensed alcohol and drug use counselors. You’ll get individual and group therapy, drug screening and family programs. You’ll also have an individualized plan and a care coordinator to help you navigate the process.
The counselors help you identify triggers that cause you to use substances as a coping mechanism. Once you’ve identified the triggers then you can work on healthier ways to cope with your emotions. In the adult substance use program, you’ll also learn about good nutrition, skills for managing your life and exercise.
The intensive outpatient program (IOP) includes group therapy three times a week for four hours each session. You’ll also have a one hour individual session for substance use counseling once a week. The program runs for about 10 weeks but is based on your progress.
The regular outpatient program has one four hour group therapy session once a week and a one-hour individual session once a week. This program also runs for about 10 weeks.
One former client noted that the staff is always professional. Another mentioned that this is her favorite location for getting help with her substance use disorder and mental health because the counselors are knowledgeable and resourceful.

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Medicare is a federal program that provides health insurance for those 65 and older. It also serves people under 65 with chronic and disabling health challenges. To use Medicare for addiction treatment you need to find a program that accepts Medicare and is in network with your plan. Out of pocket costs and preauthorization requirements vary, so always check with your provider.
Residential treatment programs are those that offer housing and meals in addition to substance abuse treatment. Rehab facilities that offer residential treatment allow patients to focus solely on recovery, in an environment totally separate from their lives. Some rehab centers specialize in short-term residential treatment (a few days to a week or two), while others solely provide treatment on a long-term basis (several weeks to months). Some offer both, and tailor treatment to the patient's individual requirements.

My child had his first visit to the doctor. I asked an interpreter to assist over the phone, but the connection was choppy and the quality wasn’t good. While this might be fine for general medical consultations, I don’t think it’s suitable for situations where you need to express your feelings. Also, the doctor’s diagnosis was different from what I had expected, so I plan to ask about my concerns at the next appointment.
I have been a patient for over 5 years and since they changed their name and merged this company has gone downhill. I have talked to every department and was just told they LOST MY RECORDS. They dont even know who my prescribing doctor is! From billing, scheduling, and nursing department the organization is rediculous and incompetent. What a dumpster fire!
Expect more stress!!! These office people create stress for someone helping a loved one navigate appts. They're inconsiderate!!! A zoom link was sent via email for today's correct time (Monday) and an hour before this afternoon's appt as usual. But after waiting several minutes for the therapist to join, we realize the on zoom waiting area states 1:02 pm, Saturday, Sept. 12th. We call. A gal goes on and on asking about all the general info, insurance info, and when she asked if there's any backup insurance we cut her off and had to say, that's not why we're calling. We're trying to find out why the therapist hasn't connected yet (15 min past appt) and it appears that the link is wrong. She resends the link. Same dang thing! Then she puts us hold. 10 MINUTES AND NEVER RETURNS. We hang up and call back. Talk to someone else. She says what the screen is saying on their end and usually when this happens it means the appt got canceled. Well, we didn't call! It appears it got canceled on their end for some reason and someone should have reached out to us. Well......they need to FIRE that SOMEONE! If that someone truly exists. Most likely no one will ever fess up nor will anyone dig into it. So we also see online that the next 2 weeks appointments are gone as well!!!! As a "mental health" facility, you're going to abruptly cancel appointments without notifying the client???? You should be sued! The only "notification" we received was an email CONFIRMATION for today's appointment with a zoom link, albeit for a previous day and time. Yes, we saved the email. While on the phone the 2nd time, we ask for a phone number for the Woodbury office. There isn't one but she could transfer us. What a JOKE! Supposedly, someone is actually supposed to be calling us back tomorrow. At least we know the therapist is still there as we called a 3rd time to see if we could schedule an appt. Now, we already stated on the phone that we better not get billed for this. We'll be watching!!!
