I love coming here. I've been in therapy on and off my whole life. No one has picked out and helped me directionally with my traumas as they have. I've seen two therapists here. One for life and grieving the other for EMDR. They both have been fantastic and such a great asset to my healing journey. Nystrom as a whole system is great as well for medication, nutrition and referrals for other issues. Truly a blessing to have. I've recommended a friend to nystrom after not connecting with other therapist and she's enjoying her therapist as well.

Collin has been an amazing provider for my teenage son. He's been a great person for my son to talk to. I love that we can use zoom for counseling as where we live it's hard to establish care because of how much it's needed.Nystrom was pretty quick to find a provider and helped direct me with all of my questions

I ve had a very good experience with Valhalla Place in Woodbury. One time the building had water damage and I had to wait like 2-3 hours at another clinic to get dosed. But that was a freak thing.Valhalla has saved my life. I ve never had an issue there that wasn t my own doing.Been coming for like 12 years and I just do not see any of the negatives that people have listed. It s been only positive for me when I m on the sober track. I ve been clean for over 500 days now.Thank you, Valhalla Place.

I received great care at all of my appointments, primary and specialty care. My hospital stays have given me an opportunity to meet skilled caregivers, nurses. The doctors are knowledgeable and related well with patients and staff. Thank you for serving us veterans.

Anna the head floor nurse on 3E was a gracious host and facilitated a mentorship session with a brother veteran. This was very humbling for me and especially Dave, the day before Veteran's Day!

Like any VA facility, this one has many concerns to resolve to provide quality care to veterans. They seem to do their best with less. Personnel and provider shortages are becoming a problem. Some appointments can take several months to be seen. Community care needs to improve in providing referrals for quality care outside the VA and not just those who are the lowest bidders. VA recently denied over $10k in payments to my dental surgeon because they couldn t get the bill submitted within their 6 month window because the clerks had repeated bouts of COVID. I can no longer maintain continuity of care because of VAs lack of consideration. The dental provider was highly skilled and experienced. Now he refuses any further authorizations from any VA. Today s visit went very well at the VA for a minor procedure. All staff and providers were delightfully cheerful. That is certainly an improvement. God bless!

The people here are genuine and so welcoming and welcome newcomers with open arms the intake process is super tedious and long and takes 3 to 4 hours but it s so so so worth it!!!!! no regrets choosing to come here I promise you will feel the same I can t say one bad thing about this place at all. If i could give this place 10 stars I honestly would i m pretty sure this place saved my life

I'm currently unhoused so I'm staying here for the night check in at 7pm I can stay here until 7am they feed you I want to order my own food but once your in them doors I can't order my own food. They have a place here to hang out during the day if you have no where to go

I am employed through the AICDC which means I work at the KOLA Drop In Ctr / A3 Drop In Ctr as well as Homeward Bound.Both L.C ( Ast Mngr) and J.D ( Mngr) go above and beyond for us Staff as well as the Residents for each of these facilities! Not to mention the amazing Case managers that are teamed up w Management.I am extremely grateful for being a part of this transition working side by side w the American Indian Tribes throughout our beautiful state of MN.

I was worried about the stigmata of that kinda of treatment, but wish I came a lot sooner. If your sick of the daily grind just go.

I've changed my review they've implemented a lot of good things. The monthly mandatory group is online now which is amazing I have severe phobias and sitting in a small room of 20 people with potentially catching COVID makes me feel a lot better knowing I can sit at home in a group on camera and my counselor Rob is amazing and genuinely cares so they fixed a lot so I give this clinic a thumbs up. My previous review wasn't too fair I feel like they fixed a lot of the issues that I had problems with which is really good lots of places don't do that and they certainly don't listen to their clients usually and fixing those issues so it's a very nice change of pace to feel like we are heard

Gwen and Scott are the best. I tried other treatments, but this one is definitely the best. All the other ones I tried, were for profit, and it truly showed, they were more interested in moving you to a higher level of care than actually helping you. My advice, always choose a non profit treatment facility, and Canvas is the one I chose and I highly recommend it.

Our Therapeutic Assistant Practitioner is second to none. Does an amazing job listening and caring.

Our school has had an incredibly positive experience with Canvas Health and their staff. The mental health supports their skilled staff provide has made a difference in the lives of 1,000s of students and staff over the course of the past 2+ years. Their work is making a difference not only at school but outside of school for everyone as well. The communication by the staff (both on site and off) is thorough and responsive. We are so grateful to have Canvas Health as a part of our student success story!

Best drug and alcohol Counselor team i have ever met!

The staff were awesome and very knowledgeable.

This facility and their program is amazing and saved my life. I have been in this program 4 times I believe. This is not because the program was ineffective but because I was battling a lifetime of issues. The staff is like family to me, they genuinely care and they played a huge role in changing my life. I also participated in their aftercare programs PHP/ partial hospitalization program and the step down program from that was the AMHOP/ adult mental health outpatient program. These were also very effective and a key factor in my rehabilitation. After care is so important, although this was stressed when I was completing my treatment plan I did not take advantage of these services the first few times I completed the inpatient program. However after completing both after care programs, I understood the importance and have been able to maintain my mental health and sobriety. Most everyone dealing with addiction knows 9.8/10, we are self medicating dealing with severe underlying mental health issues. So addressing both issues at the same time was definitely what the missing piece to the puzzle. I highly recommend Mercy Hospital Unity Campus! Oh I didn’t mention the food and beds, way better than any other facility I have been to! I could go on and on about the many positive attributes, but I won’t. The staff is so warm and welcoming, you will feel right at home! I could go on and on about the many positive attributes, but I won’t. Definitely worth investing your time, you will NOT regret your decision to give it a try!

I have been in the intensive outpatient treatment program here for several months. I absolutely lucked out on my group. I have received so much support and have learned so much about addiction. I feel like I have gained the tools to maintain long term sobriety. Thank you Lyric!
