I love this place. The staff are very nice and very helpful. I thank God for them for now. I am on the right path and never going back to drugs ever again.

I have been with this clinic for a while and I have had nothing but good experiences and I also wonderful counselor and I definitely recommend them they are great they always have your back.

I have been a patient here at least 30 years. I love NPWC the Medical staff and personnel that work here do so because this is where they want to work. This is not a place you work just for a paycheck! I love the diversity of the staff and the clients. Everyone is welcome is here.I love my Primary Dr. Schabert. I don tknow how many years I ve been her patient but I m sure it s been over a decade. She is an excellent physician. She is through and I trust her very much.She cares about her patients and will make hunt you down to ensure that you are following are orders. She tickles me!The Director, Dr. Erickson just retired after three decades! He is the kindest caring person you could ever hope to have. His presence will be missed by everyone. A bureaucrat he was not!! During Covid he was right out front inthe midst of it. Making sure the testing protocols were running properly. He was in the clinic on Saturdays! He saw patients along with the other staff. In other words he walked the talk! So congratulations Dr. Erickson on a career well done! Thank you for being youThere are so many more people that have been great to me over the years.In Behavioral Health, Therapist Ann Sparks, who is another person that is retiring this February. I will miss her very much. She has been very good to me. I felt safe telling my stories to her and she was always there for me with clarity and sage advice. Empathy when needed and a gentle but firm push when required.Dr. Alton is another person that is a good physician to have to have on your corner team. He steers the boat to where you need it to go. He keeps you grounded and I appreciate it.I don t want to forget the Health CareAttendants. They make the patient feelat at ease and take care of basic requirements for the doctors charts. This enables the doctors to spend moretime talking with their patience. Time is so valuable between a doctor and their patient. They make easier for the doctors to their jobs easier and more efficient. They are the ones that do the set ups and the finish parts as well.The front desk/ referral / triage department are the crew that makes all of Northpoint work. Their job is no easy task rather on the phone or face to face! I ve seen some delicate situations handled with kindness, patience, compassion and professionalism.I appreciate their dedication and patience they exhibit everyday on the job. They treat me with o and respect (the old school staffers know me well).I know this was a long review but this is a very special place with very special people working here.

Best treatment I ever be

Graduating from the program at Park Ave has been one of the proudest moments of my life. I am filled with a deep love and appreciation for this program and all that it has done for me. When I first entered treatment, I was unsure of what to expect. But from the very beginning, I was met with structure and a sense of accountability that I had never experienced before. The counselors at Park Ave are not afraid to challenge you and push you to become the best version of yourself. They truly care about your recovery and are always there to offer support and guidance. The staff at Park Ave are some of the most friendly and knowledgeable individuals I have ever met. They make you feel welcome and comfortable, creating a safe and nurturing environment for recovery. However, it is important to note that this program is not for everyone. If you are not serious about your recovery and not ready to make a change, then Park Ave may not be the right choice for you. But for those who are truly ready to turn their lives around, Park Ave is highly recommended. I am grateful to have found this treatment center and I hope that others will have the opportunity to experience the life-changing impact that it has had on me. I would like to give a special thanks to my counselor Maria R, as well as the house manager Chris and client advocate Will, and all the other staff who have helped me overcome this disease. Their dedication and support have been instrumental in my journey towards recovery. I cannot express how much this program means to me and how grateful I am for the opportunity to have been a part of it. Park Ave is truly worth it, and I will always carry the lessons and tools I have learned here with me on my continued path to a healthier and happier life. Thanks you, Park Ave Center!!
