First I believe Dr. Dickman is a wonderful provider. My issue is with this business. First I had a appointment on a Monday. I received a call the Friday before my appointment and they told me I had to give them my credit card and pay my balance or I was not allowed to be seen! This is less then 24 hours notice and when I call the lady back I just get a voice mail. I am going through a tragedy in my life and it's apparently more important to get mu copay then to be seen! I will not give anyone my credit card to keep on file. I also can attest that they don't get back to patients also. Very heartbreaking!
