Accepted Insurance

Revive Recovery Center works with several private insurance providers and also accepts private payments when possible, please contact to verify your specific insurance provider.

Other Forms of Payment

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

intensive-outpatient iconIntensive Outpatient
Intensive inpatient programs (IOP) offer high-level support for clients in early recovery, those exiting detox or inpatient rehabs, and those at an elevated risk of relapse. Intensive outpatient treatment typically includes rigorous individual, group, and family counseling. Evidence-based complementary therapies, such as acupuncture and massage, are widely available. Medication assisted treatment (MAT) may be provided. Clients in IOP receive a minimum of nine hours of treatment per week but may engage in up to 20 treatment hours weekly.
outpatient iconOutpatient
Many clients who enroll in an outpatient rehab program are exiting intensive inpatient care and no longer require such high-level clinical supervision. Outpatient programs typically follow a step-down structure, with treatment frequency and intensity decreasing as clients progress in their recovery journey. Partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) levels of care are the most time-intensive and are designed primarily for clients who have just left inpatient treatment or who are at an elevated risk of relapse.
partial-hospitalization iconPartial Hospitalization Program
A partial hospitalization program (PHP) offers a short-term alternative to inpatient treatment or a step-down option after a residential program. With PHP treatment, you'll receive 6 to 8 hours of daily support, up to 5 days a week. The duration of a partial hospitalization program can vary with the average length being 90 days. While commuting is necessary, some programs also offer telehealth options. PHP treatment is often covered by insurance and typically offers medication management, relapse prevention techniques, and behavioral therapy.
sober-living iconSober Living Homes
If you're struggling with adjusting to daily life after inpatient rehab, a sober living home in Arizona may be a good option. These residences offer an in-between option where you can practice the skills you learned in rehab in a structured, drug-free environment. This transition can help you prepare to face the "real world" after treatment. You'll live with others in recovery and follow house rules such as contributing to chores and paying rent.

Treatments

Alcohol use disorder (AUD), also referred to as alcoholism and alcohol addiction, is a chronic condition that involves craving alcohol and an inability to control drinking. A person with AUD must drink greater and greater amounts of alcohol to achieve the same effects and experiences withdrawal symptoms if they stop drinking alcohol. Several evidence-based methods are available to treat AUD through alcohol rehab in Arizona. This treatment can occur on an outpatient or inpatient basis.

Drug rehab in Arizona is the process of treating individuals who are dependent on a particular addictive drug. Because addiction is complex, this treatment typically includes a variety of interventions that address the many physical and emotional issues involved.

mental-health iconMental Health And Substance Abuse
opium iconOpioid Addiction

Arizona's substance abuse treatment centers can provide tailored treatment for individuals with substance use disorders and mental health conditions. Treatment programs may include medically assisted detox, 12-Step recovery, intensive outpatient programs, and aftercare support. Addiction experts employ evidence-based therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and talk therapy to uncover and reframe unhelpful patterns. By graduation, you'll have developed new coping strategies, learned new stress management techniques, and have the capability of sustaining your recovery.

Programs

adult-program thumbnail image
Adult Program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.

Clinical Services

Individual therapy for drug and alcohol addiction includes focused attention on the unique challenges that trigger addictive behavior. During individual therapy sessions, you have a safe space in which to discuss stressors and emotional struggles. Therapy fosters trust and open communication that helps develop personalized strategies to overcome addiction.

Trauma therapy focuses on helping you understand and manage emotional and physical responses to past trauma. Using therapeutic interventions, you learn to reframe the experience. This helps reduce your anxiety and gives you greater control over your life.

eye-movement iconEye Movement Desensitization And Reprocessing

Family therapy involves sessions where members of the family discuss how addiction has affected them individually and collectively. Therapists can guide families in developing coping strategies that help support their loved one's recovery while also focusing on their own emotional health.

Also known as CBT, cognitive behavioral therapy in Arizona is one of the most common types of psychotherapy. It offers a structured method of counseling that effectively treats substance use disorder and dual diagnosis disorders.

Dialectical behavior therapy in Arizona focuses on acceptance of your reality and behaviors while also attempting to make changes in unhealthy behaviors. It has been shown to be effective for the treatment of anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorder.

Revive was the best recovery experience I have had outside of a residential setting. Their therapeutic staff really knows their stuff, and their support staff is always friendly and helpful. They have the right mix of classical psychology, like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, as well as alternative therapies like yoga and sound baths. I have tried multiple IOPs in the Valley, and I think Revive is among the best. They give you personalized attention with the latest therapies like EMDR, as well as excellent groups run by professionals. You couldn't ask for a better placement.

Thank you for the review! We appreciate your kind words and are happy you were impressed with our program. We’re grateful for you!

Revive recovery has two good employees who care about recovery Justin and Caleb.... besides them this is just a money grab..... my military insurance paid more than 100,000 dollars towards my recovery only to have me racially profiled and kicked out the program for attending my uncles funeral which was on the east coast they had multiple therapist leave the program within the 100 days I attended.... the owner is very arrogant aggressive and quite simply racist.... I addressed the racism with my therapist James on 12-14-24 after experiencing it firsthand .... my therapist admitted to knowing why I was concerned and emailed me that he would be looking into it..... a few weeks later he was dismissed due to his concerns.... a week later I was dismissed from the program.... this program is just a money grab.... pinnacle peak really cares about your recovery... also desert hope in Las vegas.... Revive recovery has a cocky owner named Braden who has a money man that purchased this company and the are making money off desperate addicts they don't care about actually helping... this center is here for when you can't get into another center

Response from the ownerInvalid relative date format:
Thanks for sharing your experience. We are sorry to hear this and take all concerns seriously. We want to provide the best substance use/mental health treatment and support to all our clients. Due to HIPAA we can’t discuss individual client care in a public forum. Reach out to us directly so we can discuss what you've shared. Your feedback is important to us.

Revive Recovery Center is a special place that combines expert care with professionalism and empathy. My father enrolled in their intensive outpatient program for eight weeks. He had been to many other programs previously, all of which were more expensive and, on paper, should have been more effective. Wrong. He saw the most growth at Revive-- hands down. Revive's secret is that their staff truly cares and is willing to dive deep in the trenches with you. They can relate to your pain because much of the staff have fought similar battles-- and won. Revive's commitment to family stood out to me. Addiction is a brutal disease that impacts friends and family significantly. I was blown away when I learned of "Family Day" and how Revive brings in family members to talk about their pain and learn more about the science of addiction. Through this program, I have become a better human being. I am more compassionate and understanding. And, perhaps most importantly, I have a better relationship with my father. The program they've developed is truly awesome. It's unique, and it has a real chance to make a difference—we desperately need more Revive Recovery Centers in this world. If you are considering entering a program or having a loved one enter a program, please do not hesitate to consider Revive Recovery Center.

Revive is the rehab of all rehabs. I just finished my whole 90 days here and my experience has been truly incredible. Dr. Kelley was my therapist and she was amazing. Highly intelligent, both intellectually and emotionally. She uses different types of therapy depending on the client. She’s kind and caring. As is all the staff. Revive is truly one of a kind!

Response from the ownerInvalid relative date format:
Thanks so much for your review! We’re happy to have been part of your recovery journey. And we think Dr. Kelley is amazing too! Wishing you all the best!
