About Secrets Of The Heart Transitional Living, LLC.

Secrets of the Heart Transitional Living, LLC, is a program in Oklahoma that provides a structured sober living arrangement for women 18 and older. The program provides accountability as women learn to navigate their newly sober lives. Some women live there while completing an inpatient alcohol and drug treatment program.

You must be sober for at least 30 days to enter the program. Women can bring their children into the house with them.

Women can bring up to three children, and the children must be 12 or younger without exception. The house is in a residential neighborhood only a few miles from downtown Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Residency Requirements

The program requires daily recovery meeting attendance, and you must have a sponsor and actively work a 12-step program. You’ll have random alcohol and drug screening tests and must follow the house curfews and rules. The home is structured, comfortable and safe.

Rebuilding Lives After Addiction

Some of the individuals on staff have their own experience with addiction. They relate to the clients and strive to mentor them.

The program philosophy is one of understanding and compassion with individualized support. Clients learn relapse prevention strategies, develop life skills and learn better coping strategies to assist in long term sobriety.

Other Forms of Payment

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

Each sober living home in Oklahoma is a substance-free environment where residents can get support from others who are in recovery. Intensive treatment is not provided, but recovery meeting attendance is typically required. Residents must also maintain household duties and pay rent. There is no time limit for how long residents can stay, as long as they continue to abide by the established halfway house rules.

Treatments

People with alcoholism (also known as alcohol dependence or alcohol use disorder) do not have reliable control of their alcohol use. They experience withdrawal symptoms if drinking suddenly stops. Due to these symptoms, medical detox is often best for those who seek treatment for alcohol addiction. Once this supervised process is complete, alcohol rehab in Oklahoma can provide further treatment and follow-up for recovery.

To address the issues of addiction, each drug rehab in Oklahoma is tailored to meet the individual's needs. Treatment may occur in a residential or outpatient setting, and may last from a few days to several months.

Programs

Rehabs for women provide a safe, nurturing space for female clients to heal. These treatment programs consider the specific obstacles that women can face during recovery and place a special emphasis on mental, social, physical, and reproductive health. They explore how each woman's experience has shaped the trajectory of their substance use, addressing issues such as sexual abuse and past trauma.

Accreditations

State Licenses are permits issued by government agencies that allow rehab organizations to conduct business legally within a certain geographical area. Typically, the kind of program a rehab facility offers, along with its physical location, determines which licenses are required to operate legally.
