I have been here for 3 weeks after being in Physicians Regional. The experience has been beneficial for me by my therapy people Wayne, Susie and Monique. Jennifer and Brandy have been very helpful and kind to me. Mary has been very helpful also. The food has been very good here.

The Solaris north staff is unbelievably efficient and professional, especially the case manager Brandy. It is very organized and more than kind to the patient. So pleasantly surprised at the level of care we are receiving. I highly recommend solaris.

I have been a nurse many many years and have worked in several Long term care and skilled nursing facilities. I have been here a little over a year now and can honestly say this is by far the best facility I’ve worked for. The staff is very caring and the management team goes above and beyond to meet the residents needs

Addiction Treatments

Treatments

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

Drug rehab in Florida provides quality treatment to help individuals overcome dependency related to a wide range of addictive substances. Programs address both the physical and mental aspects of addiction in order to help you make a full recovery.

A combined mental health and substance abuse rehab has the staff and resources available to handle individuals with both mental health and substance abuse issues. It can be challenging to determine where a specific symptom stems from (a mental health issue or an issue related to substance abuse), so mental health and substance abuse professionals are helpful in detangling symptoms and keeping treatment on track.

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

Programs

Young Adult Program

Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Clinical Services

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

My family member has been at Solaris as a permanent placement resident for 2 years. The decision is a painstaking one for any family. However, from the moment of placement our interactions with Admissions, Administration, Social Services, Nursing, Dietary, Therapy, Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Dietary services have been professional, caring, receptive, and supportive. The nursing staff has been excellent and work closely with our family to provide coordinated care for the best possible outcome for our family member. I have witnessed the entire Administrative staff "roll up their sleeves" and participate in special events, dining room assist, etc. The primary caregivers in any facility are the CNA's and provide the assistance that we cannot provide for my family member. They are responsible for all activities of daily living for our family member and do their best, sometimes under difficult circumstances such as COVID, etc. Their work is difficult but performed with a caring and kind manner. Family members should be actively engaged with staff so that if issues arise they can be addressed. My concerns and feedback have always been resolved. We are a hands on family and work in conjunction with staff at all times. No facility is perfect anywhere in our community but the effort to strive to be better and best as a team is a mindset and is on display at Solaris.

My aunt is a patient at Solaris North Naples. She has been there for a couple of years now. Having been in health care I know the challenges that the staff faces. My aunt is always clean and well dressed even though she cannot do anything for herself. I think the staff does a great job.

I wouldn’t recommend bringing your loved ones that suffer with chronic illnesses, staff is unresponsive and simply don’t care for residents overall health.

This place has a foul odor and mold on the ceilings. They serve ice out of a dirty cooler with tap water. The nurses lack empathy towards patients/residents with dementia. The director of nursing, Jennifer Kirisits is cold spirited and rude. Some staff claim the place has deteriorated due to her poor leadership style. This place has been around for awhile and perpetually changes its name for a reason look elsewhere.

I am absolutely disgusted with this place. There was a dead roach in my mother’s dinner plate.

This is the most unsanitary roach-infested facility I have ever been to. Not only is it disgusting, the staff especially the Director of Nursing Jennifer Kirisits herself, and some of the other nurses are some of the most awful nurses I've witnessed. The staff here verbally abuse patients, family members, and private duty caregivers. I understand healthcare is expensive, but if you have any other option than this place, please choose the other option for the sake of your loved one.
