About Pathways Recovery

Pathways Recovery is a luxury rehab in Roseville, California. You can access inpatient medical detox, gender specific residential programs, and intensive outpatient care for adult men and women. They provide drug and alcohol addiction as well as co occurring disorder treatment.

Each program focuses on healing your mind, body, and soul with proven and holistic therapeutic interventions. You’ll build a personalized, trauma informed treatment plan to help you reach your recovery goals. You may start treatment in medical detox to rid your body of substances under 24/7 monitoring. Depending on which level of care fits your situation, you can participate in group and individual therapy, trauma therapy, 12 Step programs, mindfulness activities, and medication assisted treatment.

What stands out most to me is their women’s campus. You’ll benefit from exceptional amenities while living in an intimate, family like setting. Their ranch style treatment center is on 5 acres of tranquil farmland surrounded by breathtaking oak trees and flowers. You’ll have access to a jacuzzi, a heated swimming pool, and a large patio. They provide plenty of space for wellness and reflection along with access to nature trails, hiking, gardening, and more.

I also love their focus on holistic healing. They work to revitalize your life, offering nutritious chef prepared meals, a gym, a personal fitness instructor, yoga, and more. You’ll benefit from caring for your whole body to gain positive habits that promote long term recovery.

I was a patient at Pathways not too long ago. The facility is absolutely beautiful. The staff is wonderful except for that. God awful counselor Shelli she is rude to people. She talks behind the clients backs. She’s fake to your face. She treats the staff poorly there at the facility. I have overheard her talking to the staff and she is so rude and mean to them. I even heard her tell Renee one of the counselors oh, I’m gonna add that client to the blacklist. For PATHWAYS to have such a beautiful facilities, it’s really sad that they have such a poor counselor who’s in charge. She acts like she owns the place and tells people what to do and she talks to them with absolutely total disrespect.

I stayed at Pathways for 3 months recently and I can say that this program helped save my life! I hold this program, the house, the staff dear to my heart because it was the most loving, caring environment to be in for residential treatment. The food, the structure of the days, yoga, crossfit, the therapists are all outstanding. They say “we’ll love you until you can love yourself” and they truly mean it and then continue to love you just as much after you learn your worth. I highly recommend Pathways to anyone reading this, if you’re looking for residential treatment and can’t decide.. stop looking because this is it, this is exactly where you need to be!

For me, being at Pathways was a life changing experience and continues to be as I go through each day fortified with healing information, self respect, many learned life and recovery lessons and coping skills infused and nurtured by the staff at Pathways. Their professionalism, respect for all of us women, their kindness and intuitive insights made my 6 week stay completely safe. The daily groups, weekly one on one therapy sessions and personal case management are stellar. This was not my first….or even second inpatient recovery experience but it was by far the best. The home is beautiful, surrounded by nature and the accommodations are plush and meals are really good. I continued my recovery at their IOP which helped me stay solid and active in my recovery and healing. I guess you can tell; I highly recommend Pathways for your recovery journey.

Accepted Insurance

Pathways Recovery works with several private insurance providers and also accepts private payments when possible, please contact to verify your specific insurance provider.

Other Forms of Payment

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

medically-assisted-detox iconMedically Assisted Detox

Drug and alcohol addiction often takes a heavy toll on one’s body. Over time, a physical dependence can develop, meaning the body physiologically needs the substance to function. Detox is the process of removing drugs and/or alcohol from the body, a process that can be lethal if mismanaged. Medical detox is done by licensed medical professionals who monitor vital signs and keep you safe, healthy, and as comfortable as possible as you go through detox and withdrawal.

outpatient iconOutpatient

Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

intensive-outpatient iconIntensive Outpatient

Intensive Outpatient programs are for those who want or need a very structured treatment program but who also wish to live at home and continue with certain responsibilities (such as work or school). IOP substance abuse treatment programs vary in duration and intensity, and certain outpatient rehab centers will offer individualized treatment programs. The Intensive Outpatient Program gives patients the chance to participate in a structured treatment plan part-time while they transition back to home and work or other responsibilities.

Programs

adult-program thumbnail image

Adult Program

Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.

Clinical Services

Individual therapy for drug addiction includes a customized treatment plan that considers your history and life circumstances. During your therapy sessions, the therapist helps you uncover underlying issues and triggers for addictive behavior that support a holistic approach to recovery.

During group therapy, men and women learn to express their emotions openly in a non judgmental setting. This helps you process your feelings and reduces feelings of social isolation that are often associated with addiction.

Best experiences I’ve ever had in recovery. The staff was great, and the level care was outstanding. Art, Stephen and the rest of the crew were amazing in helping jump start my recovery. If you can get into this place it’s well worth the money.

Don't get me wrong Pathways is amazing, I got so many new skills and whatnot. But a few of the staff definitely pick favorites. Within my last two weeks here, I experienced conflict between housemates and when I talked to staff nothing came resolved. My stuff got treated like crap by my bathmate, and a few of the other women in there intentionally harmed me, and when i went to staff about my issues they did not resolve anything. Within the last two weeks I was there, my experience became toxic. Rude and inappropriate things were said and done towards me, and a few of the women had my back on the situations. Yet staff did not talk to the people who treated me the way they had. The medical staff was amazing, I loved them so so much, my heart goes out to them. But the director violated HIPPA. As I left she had went and told someone about my experience at Pathways without my permission. Which is very unappreciated. But I hope this house works better for future people. Much love to Mia, Pam and Kristin for the experience they had given me 💞

I spent 37 days at this incredible house. Beginning with the inquiry process to the Discharge Plan everyone was helpful and efficient. The staff: Shelli, Kristin, Tyan and Allie were so invested in each of our(8 women) recovery. The daily schedule included pertinent therapy ( both individual and group sessions) exercise, self-care, meditation and reflection time. Again, all aspects of the program including the nutritious food were EXCELLENT! The medical staff: Michelle, Mia, and Pam and Lynasia were kind and efficient. I cannot say enough about this facility. I came in with low self esteem and not much self-love. Through the loving guidance of the staff and clients here, I left a different person: confident, knowledgeable of coping techniques, full of self respect and love. I highly recommend this program for anyone with an addiction to drugs/alcohol seeking treatment. They love you until you can love yourself💖

Committing to inpatient recovery was the hardest thing I've ever had to do but I am eternally grateful that I chose pathways! It was an amazing life changing experience for me! The residents were all so very friendly and warm, but the staff, I don't have enough words for... Kind, caring, attentive, nurturing, unique, selfless and patient just to say a few. I am forever changed because of my experience with them. Highly recommend!!!

Pathways saved my life. The facility is amazing with all the state of the art amenities. The staff members and medical team are down to earth, knowledgeable, and inspiring. They teach and counsel with love, compassion, empathy, and from experience. Art , Steven, Aaron, Patrick , Tom, Wes, Fresta , Denise, Ashley, Michelle, The office staff and Danita the owner are on another level of addiction treatment. I was fortunate enough to have a place to go during Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, my wedding anniversary, and family birthdays, and they made me feel right at home. God bless you all.

Pathways recovery has changed my life in so many positive ways. I spent 60 days as inpatient at the women's recovery program. The staff were all amazing, genuinely caring about the women in every aspect of their jobs from counselors, nursing staff to the chef. I have had previous experiences as an inpatient an I really appreciate Pathways holistic approach which included going to a gym and yoga studio as well as a healthy diet. I was able to do some trauma work that has transformed my life, being able to heal in a safe and supportive environment was a great start to my new way of living. I will be forever grateful to Pathways for showing me the tools I needed to learn to love myself again and stay on my sober path. My husband has also been able to find support and some healing with the families group support which he is still attending. Thank you Pathways ;) I will be forever grateful.
