About Pathways Recovery
Pathways Recovery is a luxury rehab in Roseville, California. You can access inpatient medical detox, gender specific residential programs, and intensive outpatient care for adult men and women. They provide drug and alcohol addiction as well as co occurring disorder treatment.
Each program focuses on healing your mind, body, and soul with proven and holistic therapeutic interventions. You’ll build a personalized, trauma informed treatment plan to help you reach your recovery goals. You may start treatment in medical detox to rid your body of substances under 24/7 monitoring. Depending on which level of care fits your situation, you can participate in group and individual therapy, trauma therapy, 12 Step programs, mindfulness activities, and medication assisted treatment.
What stands out most to me is their women’s campus. You’ll benefit from exceptional amenities while living in an intimate, family like setting. Their ranch style treatment center is on 5 acres of tranquil farmland surrounded by breathtaking oak trees and flowers. You’ll have access to a jacuzzi, a heated swimming pool, and a large patio. They provide plenty of space for wellness and reflection along with access to nature trails, hiking, gardening, and more.
I also love their focus on holistic healing. They work to revitalize your life, offering nutritious chef prepared meals, a gym, a personal fitness instructor, yoga, and more. You’ll benefit from caring for your whole body to gain positive habits that promote long term recovery.

My life was getting very complicated with alcohol. Where I once could balance my life and my relationship with alcohol, I instead found myself white-knuckling through each day. Alcohol grabbed a hold of me and would not let go, so I turned to Pathways for help (best decision ever!).
I was greeted at the Detox House with respect and acceptance. The intake process was so smooth and the staff held my hand ensuring I was safe and supported the whole way through. The Detox House is warm, inviting, and cozy with 24-hour care to ensure that you are safe as well as comfortable.
Once I moved to the women's house (there is a men's house too), I was greeted by a gorgeous home tucked into the countryside - a true healing house. The intimate, home-like, setting is the perfect space for gathering for meetings and education.
The staff at Pathways is gentle and kind on top of being extremely educated and able to guide you through the process. Every staff member treats you as a family member and ensures you feel seen and heard.
Pathway's holistic rehab approach focuses on the healing of your mind and body through a healthy food program, exercise, meditation, art and very cozy beds. It truly is a magical place.
If you find yourself in need of taking back the life you deserve, I cannot recommend Pathways enough. I hope your adventure to a sober life begins here. You won't ever regret it.

I was in desperate need of help. I had a serious drinking problem. I was at the end of my rope and didn’t know what to do or who to turn to. Not only did they help my addiction, they helped me find myself again and find the underlying cause of my addiction. I spent 60 days there and I always felt like I had one on one attention. Shellie, the director is so warm and welcoming and makes you feel at home. The staff is incredible! Each and every one of them. The food is great and the surroundings are beautiful! If you or a loved one is looking for a new place with compassion and understanding, this is an amazing place.

Levels of Care
Drug and alcohol addiction often takes a heavy toll on one’s body. Over time, a physical dependence can develop, meaning the body physiologically needs the substance to function. Detox is the process of removing drugs and/or alcohol from the body, a process that can be lethal if mismanaged. Medical detox is done by licensed medical professionals who monitor vital signs and keep you safe, healthy, and as comfortable as possible as you go through detox and withdrawal.
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.
Intensive Outpatient programs are for those who want or need a very structured treatment program but who also wish to live at home and continue with certain responsibilities (such as work or school). IOP substance abuse treatment programs vary in duration and intensity, and certain outpatient rehab centers will offer individualized treatment programs. The Intensive Outpatient Program gives patients the chance to participate in a structured treatment plan part-time while they transition back to home and work or other responsibilities.
