Melanie was extremely rude and condescending to me when I called about a charge dispute. Their Groupon is shady! It offers $250 worth of hypnotherapy, makes no mention that it's only valid for 1 session. The second session was "discounted" at $150 but the first session was (according to her) charged the full $250, which makes no sense because the first session was a very basic introduction to hypnotherapy.
Also the bathroom had no soap, paper towels, or trash can. Makes me wonder what the employees do after they use their own bathroom. I mentioned it during the first session and there still wasn't even soap by the 2nd sessions! These people are working there 8+ hours a day and never washing their hands with soap.
Melanie hung up on me, was very rude, raised her voice a few times, talked to me like a child, and talked to me like I was dumb. I clearly explained that I was supposed to get $100 towards the 2nd session since each session is $150 but she insisted that the Groupon only counted toward the first which was NEVER even hinted at in the groupon description. So I should've only paid $50 out of pocket for the 2nd session, but was charged $150 and she refused to refund the $100. Awful experience

We did everything we could to help you. We had the owner call you regarding a refund of any monies spent but you neither answered his calls nor returned them. We personally could not give you $100 refund on a Groupon which you spent $25 to purchase. The Groupon is very clear. The St. Pete office was being renovated at the time you visited. Sorry for any and all inconveniences where that was concerned. While we apologized for your awful experience, in lieu of doing everything we could to make it right, we feel meeting your expectations may not have ever been feasible. Coincidentally, maybe The Tapping Solution, can offer EFT to help you with your needs (as we do when requested of our clients). We wish you the best and pray you get the help you need.
