I have great things to say about BHG! From the case workers to the whole staff really!!! Medical, front desk, and even security guards. The whole team on Marion Barry SE Center is so wonderful at what they do you can tell when a facility cares about their clients and it's more than just a job for them. They all sincerely care for the clients to maintain sobriety and are willing to do whatever it takes to help you achieve that goal. Ms. Dayna Woods is the best sobriety coach in the world with the most patience and care concern wanting me to reach my potential one hundred and ten percent. Ms. Tonya is so educational I learn something new every session with her groups. Mr. Tim always so supportive. Ms. Donna, Ms. Tamara, Mr. Kioshu the front desk support and all the case workers the dosing nurses I have something positive to say about every worker there! It's a big supportive family that I couldn't do without on my path to sobriety and wouldn't want to do without them all!!! So I say a huge thank you for everything every single one of you the staff at BHG!!!! Cause without you there would be no me! Sincerely, Melissa Dispaltro #6666

Whitman-Walker Health is an absolute pillar of the community, living up to its motto of providing affirming, expert, and compassionate care for all. Having an amazing experience with them years ago, I can proudly say still clean today—the facility remains impeccably run, professional, and welcoming from the moment you walk through the doors. My counselor, Chris, was phenomenal. What truly sets their care apart is the brilliant philosophical approach that seamlessly bridges deep insight with practical daily life skills. Instead of just talking through challenges, they equip you with actionable, real-world tools that genuinely transform your day-to-day life.
