Missouri Network Outreach Center MO

About MoNetwork

MoNetwork is a nonprofit recovery community center in St. Louis, Missouri offering peer support and harm reduction services for clients and families navigating substance use and recovery. The center provides drop-in community space and street based outreach along with access to health resources including naloxone and wound care with referrals to treatment.

Peer Support and Recovery Community Services

MoNetwork’s core offering is peer led recovery support that includes peer navigation, recovery support groups, family support services, and referrals to substance use treatment and behavioral healthcare. The center also offers client addiction counseling sessions for those seeking more structured support.

Peer support focuses on relationship centered care that builds trust and helps people identify their own goals and next steps. Services are designed to reduce barriers and create a welcoming environment where recovery is possible at any stage.

Harm Reduction and Health Support

MoNetwork integrates harm reduction into recovery services through naloxone access and distribution, on site wound care, and health supporting supplies. The center operates a statewide mail based naloxone program and maintains naloxone boxes and vending machines throughout the community.

On-site partner visits provide HIV and Hepatitis C services, testing, and care coordination to address health needs alongside recovery goals. They provide both a drop-in center and mobile street based outreach in downtown, North City, and surrounding areas. Most services are free with addiction counseling available for a fee.

If not for Chad Sabora...I would be lost and my son may have lost his life to this disease call addiction. I receive support, education, and constant answers to any questions no matter how insignificant it might seem. I have text him at late hours sick with worry....he ALWAYS answers me. He got my son the rehab he needed several times and never gave up on him. The work they do for harm reduction and new legislation is endless. Chad Sabora IS making a difference. I am blessed and thankful to be a part of the weekly family support group and involved with this organization. All Chad needs to do need to do is ask...and I will stand a post to assist in the fight for all who are suffering. He is angel fighting the devil.... Thanks Chad
